This was a VERY interesting concept for a story, and quite a steamy little read!
Hell's Bounty tells of a succubus who is a bounty hunter employed by Hell. While "on the job" of securing a soul for Hell, she encounters Marcus. I won't spoil anything for you by telling you more about Marcus, but let's just say he is a man unlike any she had ever met (and there had been a lot...she is a succubus, after all!)
The story develops a few gripping twists that had me eagerly turning the pages to see what would happen next!
While I, personally, would have liked to see the "loose ends" elements of the story tied up a little more, the plot was great, the love scenes were smokin' and I would read more books by Kayden!

What a passionate book.

The only way I can describe this book would be sweltering! Kayden Claremont knows how to pull the reader into the story so well that I couldn't turn the pages fast enough just to see exactly what was going to happen next. The characters were easy to like, easy to get to know. Each character have their own special qualities but when you put all these qualities together, you have two fantastic characters that make the story so enjoyable that you can't help but ignore everything else just to finish this book.
Raven Hart is a gorgeous woman who works at the police station as a detective to cover for the fact of what she really is and that is a succubus. A succubus is something that takes a persons soul by kissing them and sucking their soul out of their body. Men find her alluring, sexy and every man wants to do nasty things to her. She is good at kicking ass when she needs too but when she ends up wanting a guy who works for Heaven and she works for Hell, things get quite interesting.
Marcus Dionyslus also works for the police station as a detective and gets to be Raven's new partner. The sexual tension between them has steam coming off the pages. It takes every ounce of restraint not to jump each other when they are in the same room together. But a crime has been committed and things don't add up and together between the sex that would make the devil blush and trying to prove the truth, you get one hell of an awesome book.
If it's a cold night and you want to cuddle up with a good book, grab this one because not only is this book fantastic, it will also keep you way beyond warm, this book will heat you up in more ways than one!

I loved the premise of heaven and hell having bounty hunters that reap souls for their respective sides. It was unique and at times quite funny.
The chemistry and sex scenes between Raven and Marcus were hot, hot, hot!!
I would have liked to see more depth in the story development because I really enjoyed where this story was going and the potential for it to be great is there.
I'm hoping this is novella is book one in a series, as there were a few questions and situations that were never quite answered and I'd enjoy reading more from this author in the future!
