This book includes a brief introduction by the author followed by 93 of his suggested habits. Many of the habits mention other books he or his friends have written. They also mention his podcast, his websites, and other products that are available for purchase. Do not even get me started on his bad habit of excessive name-dropping and accomplishment bragging. (If I have to read about his restaurant ownership venture one more time, I am going to scream.)
*I may have missed a few. The counting game got old in a hurry.
I would not recommend this book to anyone new to self-help books. I am afraid it would con them into thinking they had to go out and purchase the other items mentioned.
I would not recommend this book to anyone who is all about self-help books. Nothing new will be gained from reading this one.
I would only recommend this book to fans of the author.
One star to a book that was all about pimping out the merch.
