Wrath of the Cursed Witch

Rate this book
How Far Would You Go To Break a Curse?

Death. Eve can feel it in the frigid, icy air of the Unclaimed Wastes. She can see it in the treacherous blue eyes of a creature once believed to be myth. She can hear it echoing in the soul she had given to the grimoire for the promise of safety.

But soon, Eve realizes that one should never trust what is cursed. And now there are other terrors that loom before her. Ones of legends and lore, nightmares and tales as old as the Blood of the Blackthorn itself.

As the fallen goddess wakes from her centuries long slumber, the world of mortals and magic is rife with the wrath of her vengeance. The Age of Witchcraft has returned and with it a war that threatens all.

“You are my Summer, Eve. And I am nothing but a Winter born of desolation”

What an EPIC conclusion to such a captivating trilogy. Everything was heightened in this last installment of The Eternal Curse saga, and I had CHILLS chapter after chapter. Nail biting, heart pumping, nauseating stakes, this was SO WELL DONE.

I was so happy to see Adriana become someone so formidable. For certain other specific characters to have their happy endings, and sad that we lost a few loved ones as well. All the characters in general have such admirable inner strength, and their character arcs were true transformations of the people they were in book one.

This was giving major invisible string theory, and I ate it up! It’s bittersweet leaving this world, but i’m happy knowing that everyone and everything feels as it should be.

Thank you so so much for the opportunity to read early!

The finale of the Eternal Curse trilogy throws readers straight into the escalating chaos that has been building throughout the series. Eve and the many allies (and enemies) she’s gathered must face the consequences of the dangerous bargains and decisions that brought them this far.

This was such a satisfying conclusion to the trilogy. When a story has a cast this large and a world this expansive, it can be really difficult to wrap everything up in a way that feels meaningful. At least while maintaining that character-driven aspect. But this finale does a great job of bringing so many character arcs full circle. Watching where these characters started in the first book compared to where they end up here really highlights how much they’ve grown.

The pacing is intense. There’s almost always something happening and yet it never feels overwhelming. Instead, the narrative steadily builds toward the final confrontation, layering one big development after another in a way that keeps the momentum going. I did think a little bit of the ending kind of petered out. But at its core, this series has always been about its characters, so that didn't much matter to me. Bonds deepen, loyalties are tested, and by the time the finale arrives it genuinely feels like these people have fought through everything together.

Because there are so many characters and shifting storylines, there were occasional moments where the different groups and perspectives were a little tricky to keep track of. But at the same time, that broader scope helped make the conflict feel much bigger. It shows how many different people are involved in shaping the outcome of this world and reinforces the sense that every character has an important role to play. I would have really liked a summary of the previous books because of how complex things are, but that's something I wish was in all books.

And the epilogue was such a lovely way to close things out. It leaves the story on a warm, hopeful note while still allowing a little space for the world to continue beyond the final page.

Overall, this was a powerful finale that really sticks the landing. It delivers action, emotional payoff, and satisfying character arcs; everything you want from the final book of a trilogy that you’ve invested so much time in.

Thanks to the author and R&R Booktours for the complimentary copy. This review is voluntary and all opinions are my own.

“ The grappled for control, fire against water, sister against sister, blood against blood.”

WOW, honestly, this final book has me totally lost for words. Rocio Carranza delivers an emotional, high-stakes, INTENSE conclusion to the Eternal Curse Saga.

The grief, the BETRAYAL, the manipulation, and the secrets are HEAVY in this book. I felt like every single chapter delivered an emotionally charged piece to this story- mind you, this is a multi-POV book- so every character is going through it. People are DYING, or close to it, left and right, and NO ONE is safe. Honestly, Adriana really takes the cake in this one, and I could not get enough of this. Watching her character grow from innocent flirting in the stables to this intensely strong leader was ev-er-y-thing!

“I am not a princess. Not anymore.” Nor would I ever be again…
“My apologies, I-.”
She straightened. “I am a queen.” ⬅️ this line still gives me chills.

I highly recommend this trilogy- this is one I will be re-reading, I enjoyed it so much.

Thank you so much to Rocio Carranza for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Review of Advanced Copy received from author.

I really enjoyed this trilogy! I was pretty happy with the way everything wrapped up. I loved the multi POV’s in book 2 & 3 (it was confusing for me in book 1) and thought it was the perfect way to see everyone’s journey and how all of the pieces came together at the end.

I only wish that the battle scenes were a bit longer and that we got a bit more of a conclusion at the end. I would have loved to understand more where Eve was going after the war, where her relationship with Clarisa stands, etc.

I would recommend this series if you love witchy stories with political intrigue!

This definitely had a lot more happening so it was much easier to digest than the first two!! I really think this world is cool & had tons of potential, I just think the books needed to be longer so we could explore all the different aspects that were thrown at us throughout the series. I think having at least 8 different POVs with only 400ish pages in each book made me feel some whiplash in story/character development. Just wish it was more flushed out for how many aspects there were, but not a bad read! Super fun to receive as my first ARC though :)

ARC Review

The final in this trilogy!
Again, I am very happy to have been able to read this so close together because I was that excited!

This book reads like a well done HBO series! The characters were so vivid in my mind that they had me on the edge of my seat from time to time and I had to remind myself they were on paper and not in real life.

The story nicely wraps up in a conclusion that slowly starts to make sense as the characters move across the board and finally get to reunite with their long lost loved ones or finally see their enemies meet their final demise.

There was the build up to the final epic battle, apologies for time lost and decisions made, wrongdoings being forgiven and some of the best side characters had their heart warming moments on page! I absolutely loved it!

A special mention for the scene where Eve sees King Marc for the final time, CHILLS, I thought I wanted her to have her vengeance. But this was so much better!

Rocio Carranza hats of to you, this was one of the most refreshing fantasy series I have read in a while!!

Alright I had to sleep after finishing before I wrote this out. Mostly because it was wayyyy too late (oops) but also because I was so sad this amazing series is finished. This book, like the last, just kept getting better. I could not put it down (as evidenced by finishing the second book and then reading this entire book in one day).

These books had A LOT going on with all the different houses, POVs, backstories, etc. and I was worried how much closure we would get. I was a bit disappointed in absolutely nothing about Eve and Clarisa's story, but maybe that's the beauty of it - nothing more was needed from it. Amarin had me crying, as he quickly became one of my favorites. When I saw a chapter from Lucia's POV I almost screamed.

FINALLLYYYY Adriana started being the badass we knew she could be. I put it in my review for book 2 that I hoped she would find her voice and oh boy did she ever.

Pazel still makes my heart break into pieces for him and for Niani, but it warms my heart hearing that she took over as captain.

This book did multi-POV beautifully, because while Eve was our main girl, I truly fell in love with everyone else just as much. Seeing each character's contribution to this story made the wins that much more satisfying. You really do feel invested in everyone's wellbeing all along the way.

I am so incredibly sad this world is over but so incredibly grateful that I was able to experience it. Rocio, you are an insta-buy author for me moving forward. Your stories on resistance, womanhood, humor even in the dark, love in all forms, and friendship that transcends what we thought possible are all so real and beautiful.

I received these three books as ARCs and I am very grateful to be able to share my honest opinions on them. Thank you!

What an epic conclusion to such a captivating trilogy. This final installment of The Eternal Curse saga dialed everything up to eleven, delivering a heart-pumping, nail-biting finale that left me with chills chapter after chapter. Rocio has a masterful gift for keeping the reader guessing; even when you think you’ve predicted the path, the plot shifts, ensuring you never truly know what is going to happen next. It is a rare and beautiful thing to see a story breathe to life with such depth, making the high stakes feel both personal and incredibly intense.
The character growth across this trilogy is nothing short of a transformation. Adriana evolved into someone truly formidable, and Eve’s journey was especially powerful—she is such a total badass. Despite the multiple points of view, every character felt rich, compelling, and essential to the narrative. I particularly loved how my thoughts changed on certain characters; those I doubted in the first book completely won me over by the end through their admirable inner strength. While it was heartbreaking to lose a few loved ones along the way, seeing others find their happy endings felt deeply earned and emotionally satisfying.
This story truly has it all, from magic and witches to royals, pirates, and dragons. I especially appreciated that while the romance was present, it remained plot-driven and didn't take over the magical aspects or the character development. It allowed the trials each character faced to be woven seamlessly into the story, adding layers of emotion to every scene. It is bittersweet to leave this world behind, but I’m happy knowing that everything feels exactly as it should be. I was hooked from the start, and I can confidently say I cannot wait to read more from this author.

Wrath of the Cursed Witch was an overall satisfying conclusion to the trilogy! Rocio created such an engaging world across these books, and it was great to finally see how all the characters’ journeys came together in the end.

One of my favourite aspects of this final instalment was the character growth. Eve, in particular, had such strong development throughout the story. Watching her grow into herself and step into her strength felt really rewarding after everything she has been through. Her journeys felt earned and were one of the highlights of the book for me.

I also really loved the blossoming relationships throughout the story. The connections between the characters were written so well, and seeing those bonds deepen added a lot of heart to the narrative. It made the group dynamic feel genuine and gave the emotional moments even more impact.

There were times when the number of different groups and POVs made things a little hard to follow. With so many moving pieces, it occasionally felt like a lot was happening at once. That said, I did enjoy the broader perspective it gave the story, it made the stakes feel bigger and showed how everyone played a role in the larger conflict.

My biggest criticism would be the final battle. After everything that had been building across three books, the defeat of the main villain felt quite rushed. The “big bad” we’d been waiting for was resolved almost in a sentence, which made the climax feel a little underwhelming compared to the buildup.

That being said, the epilogue was absolutely lovely. It was the perfect warm and fuzzy ending, and it was so nice to see where everyone landed after everything they had been through. Overall, this was a strong and emotional conclusion to the trilogy, and I really enjoyed spending one last time in this world and with these characters.

Wrath of the Cursed Witch
By Rocio Carranza
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Prepare to be spellbound, because Wrath of the Cursed Witch is the crown jewel of a trilogy that demands your undivided attention. Rocio Carranza has crafted a dark, high-stakes masterpiece that masterfully balances epic fantasy with deep emotional resonance. This isn't just a 5-star conclusion; it is an atmospheric, soul-stirring journey that proves some stories are well worth the investment of your heart and time.
The story centers on Eve, who finds herself in the frozen, lethal Unclaimed Wastes, grappling with the reality that she has essentially tethered her soul to a grimoire for protection. As a fallen goddess awakens to reclaim the world with a vengeance, the "Age of Witchcraft" returns, plunging mortals and magic users alike into a brutal war. Watching Adriana evolve from a perceived "spoiled brat" into a complex, resilient figure is one of the most rewarding arcs in the series, standing alongside the gritty political intrigue surrounding Tessa, Theon, Luka, and Axel.
If you crave a world where the magic feels dangerous, the sacrifices are heavy, and the redemption is hard-earned, this is your next obsession. From the electric tension of the opening chapters to an epilogue that brings the saga to a beautiful, unexpected finish, this trilogy is a masterclass in dark romantasy. Do yourself a favor: clear your schedule, grab the first book, and prepare for a journey that will stay with you long after the final page is turned.

10/10 Would recommend this book to all family and friends.

I have been putting off finishing this book because this series is by far one of the best I’ve read in a really long time.
I had to absolute pleasure of meeting Rocio at a book event local to me and she won me over saying this series was game of thrones meets witches, because I LOVE game of thrones. I have now been turned into a missionary of the witches and spread the word of the eternal curse series to anyone who will listen to me yap.

This book is filled with the most incredible story of found family. It gives me the vibes that throne of glass did, but hit my soul better.
When Pazel died I genuinely was like fuck this; I’m not reading the last one. But the story telling, the pace, everything is spot on. I HATE when a book spends a million years building to something and not giving anything. This book does not do that. The build is perfectly paced and I am obsessed with every single twist and turn we take in this.

The ONLY thing I wish I would have gotten was Eve and Clarissa coming back together, but considering Eve and Theo leave for 20 years, I’m choosing to believe Clarissa, Ana, Eve and Theo got some time together that we don’t get to see.

The ending had me in tears, Dakon and Beast picking the book out together and then reading it to the kids, a story of epic proportions and then Eve walking in. I was CHOKED UP.

Rocio, genuinely 10/10. It was incredible. I’m so incredibly honored that I have been able to meet you and talk about this book with you because I love the series so much!! It’s incredible. 🫶🏻

Quick Summary
This final installment delivered everything I hoped for. Despite having multiple POVs, each character felt rich and compelling, and I genuinely loved them all. Eve’s journey was especially powerful, she’s such a badass. The trials each character faced were woven seamlessly into the story, adding depth, and so much emotion. With heavy moments of loss and beautifully crafted endings, this trilogy wrapped up in a deeply satisfying and memorable way.

Reading Thoughts
📘This book has a few Pov’s but I loved each and every character.
📘Eve is such a bad ass and I loved her journey through this book.
📘The trials that each character had to be put through to obtain a happy ending was woven into the story so well
📘So much death was felt with each character.
📘Loved the end to this trilogy and how it was all wrapped up at the end.

Words that linger
🍷“No. We are done morning, Eve. We are done running and being weak. The time for anger, for revenge, is now.” -Dakon
🍷 “I died somewhere between losing and finding you, the girl you were betrothed to back in the capital is gone forever….” - Adriana
🍷 Ana kissed her, deeply, urgently, and Clarisa wrapped her arms around her neck. Time was moving quickly, and if she died here, now, on this ship, it would be in Ana‘s arms. Forever in Ana‘s arms. - Clarisa

In the land of Serit you will come across a wide array of colourful characters. From swashbuckling pirates to powerful witches, even the odd prince or Princess. The jewel of this cast however are the storytellers. If you are lucky enough to come across one, they would tell you tales of sirens luring sailors overboard, of the tenuous love shown between the mortals and their Gods, and even a dragon who had lost its fire. When the land becomes dangerous and hope is seems all too far away, wouldn’t it be wonderful if one of not all of these stories could come true?

When Roccio says your favourite characters aren’t safe, she means it. This was an epic ending to the series and I feel this was the best of the three books. Watching the threads of the middlemarch style come together made this a truly satisfying read and conclusion to the series. A personal highlight for me was watching Adriana grow from the arguably spoilt and naive girl she was at the beginning of the series, to the woman and leader she became at the end. With themes of redemption, resilience and rebellion, this is a quick read of a series that packs an emotional punch for its readers, whilst offering hope in our current reality of uncertainty.

---CRITIQUES AND POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD---
+Roccio's ability to develop so many characters that the reader can really feel and root for is exemplary.
-The only drawback from it being 5 stars was the pace, which was overall my only real gripe with the series. Where the author excels in using Multi-POV is the ability to create emotion and empathy from the reader to the characters, but the pace unfortunately inhibited my opportunities to fully celebrate each characters arc successes or grieve the losses of my favourite characters adequately.

Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Serit and cannot wait to see what this author does next. Congratulations on such a magical series Rocio.

What a good conclusion to this series. This book was by far my favorite book out of the series. It could be because this book was more adventure/action-driven than the others.

The character developments were good throughout this book. We got even more characters and lost some... I again have to give props to the author for writing so many different characters with switch povs and not making it complicated to read.
Sometimes, with the amount of main/side characters we accumulated over this series in this book, even though Eve/Clarissa are the main characters, their story lines were overshadowed by side characters (Adriana) at times. I enjoyed the side character stories, but many times we would switch back to Eve, and I had to think, wait, what was going on with her?

I enjoyed the action and battle scenes, and I wish they were a bit longer. Sometimes they felt rushed or ended very quickly. Which is odd for how hyped up some of these characters are for their powers/fighting skills.

This series concluded nicely (although maybe too quickly), and seeing all these characters and their stories combine at the end was very satisfying. The author did a great job building this world and growing their characters throughout this series.

Thank you, Rocio Carranza, for letting me read your ARCs and sending me a lovely note with the 3rd book! I enjoyed this series and can't wait to see what you write in the future!

I have been waiting for this finale since the cliffhanger in Flame in the Silver Storm, and Rocio Carranza did not disappoint. Wrath of the Cursed Witch is everything a series conclusion should be: high stakes, emotionally devastating, and utterly satisfying.

What I loved most about this installment was the character development. We’ve seen these characters go through hell over the last two books, but seeing them fully embrace their power in this one was so rewarding. There are so many layers to this series—from flawed heroes finding themselves as unwilling pawns to some truly delightfully wicked villains.

The pacing was relentless, and the atmosphere was so thick you could almost feel the magic and tension on every page. With so many moving pieces across Givensmir, I was eager to see how all these storylines would collide. One of my favorite parts was seeing a certain villain we love to hate finally get their comeuppance. Some of my book annotations regarding their situation included: “lol,” “Haaaa,” and “Fuuuuuck yes!”

If you’ve been following this series, you’re going to love how the threads are tied together. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to this world, but I couldn't have asked for a better ending. If you’re a lover of dark fantasy, read this trilogy!

Thank you to Rocio Carranza for the eARC! All opinions are my own.

4.75 stars. What a great resolution to an amazing series. Thank you to Rocia and team for allowing me an advanced copy of this 3rd installment. My only critique was with the relationship between Eve and Clarisa. It felt a little unresolved, but maybe that was for the best.
This story kept the pace with the multiple POVs. The relationships formed and lost were the real heart of this story, and the way all paths started to cross and come full circle was perfection.
unfortunately, I couldn't help but draw parallels to our own governing powers in our current society, but we have hundreds of years of history for inspiration when it comes to corrupt leadership. A stark reminder that the Salem witch trials were indeed not fiction. One of the most profound quotes was when Adriana proclaimed that the ones being burned were not witches, but women.
I love the lore of the story, and the flashbacks to how the culmination of past events shaped what was happening. Despite everything going on I found it easy to follow and kept me interested with what and with who was going to happen next.
As many have described it, this is game of thrones meets the Salem witch trials and I couldn't agree more.

I finally finished the last book of the Eternal Curse trilogy, and what a ride it was. 🕯️✨
A huge thank you to Rocio Carranza for the ARC of Wrath of the Cursed Witch!

I really enjoyed where this story went. It didn't feel like a rushed race to the finish line; instead, it took the time to actually honor the world and the characters we’ve spent so much time with.

The standout for me was definitely the structure. We continued to get multiple POVs, and got to follow everyone on their journey. Often in finales, side characters can get lost in the shuffle, but having everyone’s perspective ensured we saw exactly how every storyline unfolded and eventually came together. It made the closure for the entire group feel complete. 👏
Can we have a moment for the wild spirit that was Pazel and the healer Izan. 💔

Why you should check this series out: If you’re a fan of dark fantasy where the stakes are high and magic comes with a real cost, this is a great pick. Carranza is so good at building a world that feels both beautiful and a little bit terrifying. 🥀
If you’re looking for a new dark fantasy world to sink into, consider this your sign to start the Eternal Curse trilogy! 📚🖤

Thank you to the author for allowing me to read this ARC!

Wrath of the Curse Witch, is the final book in this trilogy, and it brings the magic, tension, and fate of this cursed worlds full circle. Watching everything unfold as destiny and power collide kept me hooked until the very end. Dark magic, dangerous secret, and a heroine determine to fight the curse threatening everything she loves. The stakes feel higher, the emotions deeper, and the pull of this story is impossible to ignore. Tropes: curse witch, dark magic, destiny vs choices, dangerous secrets, slow burn tension, and fantasy romance.

I really enjoyed this final segment of the Eternal Curse series. The character growth, and overall plot were well written. The characters themselves seemed well thought out, and had a depth that made them feel like I was fully immersed in them. When I thought I had it figured out, I most definitely didn't, and I love story lines that keep me guessing. The multi- pov was another item I enjoyed in this book. I will say that the pacing was a little off for me, and give how thought out all other elements of the book were done, this would be an area it fell a little short for me.

I loved the different characters, and identities we meet. Their own challenges and the way they were portrayed, adding in the depth of emotions, made this series ( and this installment specifically) an emotional, gripping story. I also was thankful that almost everything was wrapped up in the end. I hate books that leave it up to the readers imagination or on a cliffhanger, and this ending felt, settled.
Overall a well written book, and series

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5

The writing itself? Poetic, fantastical, raw & amazing!

There were so many amazing and joined love interests- but too many imo. They all were full of love and truly only one bad character in the whole book.. I couldn’t help but think of the quote “and when everyone is super - no one will be.”

This was just a little too convoluted for me to follow along with a different character pov and situation and location at every new chapter… I couldn’t follow what was going on long enough for it to all come together. Nothing happened the way I really expected it to -
I still have quite a lot of questions honestly.

Her mom? Her sister? The books actual importance or spells? Izan- really?? So much else I can’t even remember to bring up unfortunately 😭

I did really love the first two books; I just couldn’t stick to this one much & found myself mostly wanting it to end which makes me SO sad considering the hope and love I had for the trilogy..

It is definitely a HEA and I’m very thankful for that after all the characters have been through.. I just don’t know & that’s where I am with the low rating that I hate to give 😭

Wrath of the Cursed Witch is the anticipated ending to this enjoyable, fast-paced series. This conclusion has mad kings, powerful witches, and unlikely heroes all vying for control of the narrative.

I enjoyed this series as a whole unit. The plot lines are intricate, the characters are interesting, and the magical elements make it an overall fun read.

With this conclusion specifically, I did feel that there were moments I wished were fleshed out a bit more. Some significant conflicts were so intriguing, but they seemed to be solved rather quickly or easily. While I did of course root for our main characters to prevail, I’d have loved a little more of a struggle to see them really persevere and power through. I found the ending to be very fast paced as well, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but I would have liked to sit in these epic conclusions for certain conflicts a bit longer before being thrown into the next event.

All in all, I had a great time with these stories and characters! Thank you to the author for allowing me to read ARC copies in exchange for honest reviews, and thank you for sharing your work with all of us!

This book was amazing from the get-go. It grabbed my attention and held it! It had multiple POV’s and the chapters flowed between characters. With vibes of Games of Thrones meets One Dark Window, is action, fantasy, and heartbreak throughout the book! There are bold heroines, reluctant allies, deadly betrayals, and more! I enjoyed seeing the character development and the bonds strengthen between certain characters. There were some characters, *cough, cough, Mark and Navir* that I definitely wanted to slap multiple times throughout the book. As the story continues to build, the twists and turns are unpredictable and kept me on the edge of my seat! I really enjoyed the introduction of a few characters and how they played into the story. It ends in HEA and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ending for Eve (FMC)!!.

Eve and Dakon (MMC) go through many challenges with one another and have become a chosen family. They rely on one another and they complement each other’s strengths. We see old friends and allies as well as new ones being created.

Book 2 walked so book 3 could run.

This was easily the strongest book in the trilogy for me. The pacing does not slow down. It’s nonstop action and constant movement. Everything that felt a little muddy in book two finally clicks into place, and all the storylines start making sense in a really satisfying way.

It definitely gives Game of Thrones energy. Shifting alliances, war consequences, and a reminder not to get too attached to anyone.

The stakes felt consistently high this time, which made it hard to put down. I genuinely devoured it.

That said, I do wish we had a bit more closure at the end. I wanted clearer answers about what ultimately happens to Eve and Clarisa long-term — especially where Eve ends up after the war. I don’t need everything perfectly wrapped up, but a little more emotional resolution would’ve made it hit even harder.

Overall, though, this was a strong finish to the series and the payoff after book two was worth it.

I absolutely adored this story! I got it as an arc and I can confidently say that it had me hooked From the start. One thing about Rocio’s writing from what I noticed reading all three books in this series is that you never know what’s going to happen next. Even when you think you do you don’t. I loved the multiple povs. The strong willed fmc. The many love interests. And over all the development of the characters. Some characters I can admit I didn’t like in the first book because they didn’t appear to be loyal to Eve but by the end of this book my thought on them changed.
This book has it all
•magic
•witches
•royals
•war
•pirates
•dragon
•romance
I also liked that the romance in this fantasy book didn’t take over the plot yes there was romance but not spicy romance. Made the focus more on the development of the characters and the magical aspect.
I cannot wait to read more books from this author.

This was a fabulous ending to the trilogy! Everything that was set up in the second book really fell into place in this one amazingly. I didn’t feel like anything was rushed or took too long. The characters had such great growth and endings. I was worried about adding Victor in so late in the series but he really did slot in well with everyone else.
The build up to the final show down felt heavy and tense. The final battle was a smidge underwhelming right at the end but I’m not mad about it as the rest of the ending was more than good. I did get a little confused with Lucia’s chapter ending but that was probably because I was still on a bit of a reader's adrenaline rush from the rest. (Is that a thing? If not, it totally should be.)
I really fell in love with these characters and world through the whole series and I am really happy with how everything ended. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a well made fantasy story.

Bittersweet ending!

The end to this witchy and magical trilogy has come.

It's a bittersweet ending with multiple points of views, multiple love stories, and multiple storylines that connect at the end for the much deserved ending these characters needed.

I enjoyed reading about each character and how they inevitably grow because of their circumstances. There is even more information in this installment that will tie up with the whole series. There are even more moments where you'll want to enter this world and disappear a few of the individuals, if you know what I mean.

Dakon will forever be my favorite character in this series, but, I was amazed by the evolution of Adriana in this installment.

Thank you so much Rocio for the opportunity to read this whole series. It was an honor to adventure into this world.

ARC spoiler free review!

Thank you so much Rocio for the opportunity to ARC read the epic conclusion to The Enteral Curse trilogy. I loved how all the pieces fell into place with this one and how we finally got to see how this next generation of witches/ brilliant leaders would lead their world.

The Eternal Curse trilogy is a great read if you love witchcraft, pirates, fatal bonds, romance (lgtbq romance too!) and just a great fantasy. I loved that we also got to see the consequences of taking something (magic) that does not belong to you (iykyk!) The imagery in this book was great you could really tell inspiration was pulled from the PNW landscape.

All in all I’d recommend this one to anyone who wants a good quick fantasy trilogy that they can dive into and devour in a couple days!

🤔If breaking a curse means risking your soul would you still try?

Following Eve through the frozen Unclaimed Wastes had me hooked from the start. She’s already paid a terrifying price giving part of her soul to a grimoire for protection and it quickly becomes clear that cursed magic always demands more. As myths turn real and a fallen goddess awakens to unleash her vengeance, the story builds into a tense, high-stakes battle between mortals and magic.

What I enjoyed most was the dark fantasy atmosphere, icy landscapes, dangerous creatures, and the constant feeling that Eve is one step away from losing everything. If you’re into witches, curses, ancient gods, and epic magical wars, this one is a fast, gripping read.

✨️Thank you R&R Book Tours and Rocio Carranza for sharing Wrath of the Cursed Witch with me!

I didn’t finish this book… it finished me.

I won’t pretend this story hasn’t lingered with me, even as I write this short review. Page after page, I felt like I was the one running, the one grieving, the one loving, the one saying goodbye.
While I’ve loved watching some characters grow into who they were meant to be, I’ve also suffered alongside those forced to make the hardest decisions and sacrifices.
At times, I felt so consumed by the story that I was almost grateful when Rocio Carranza slipped in a flashback or shifted to another character’s POV—just to give me a moment to breathe.
You can feel her passion in every word, the care she’s put into shaping each character and every scenario, delivering the powerful ending this trilogy truly deserved.

I received an ARC of this book but I'm giving my opinion freely.
