Off Limits Collection - Alyson Archer
Three spicy forbidden love stories all wrapped into one collection and honestly this was such a fun time. Each story brings its own flavour of taboo and tension and if you’re in the mood for spice this absolutely delivers.
1️⃣ "Wanted by the Champion" had me immediately. Give me a hot figure skater any day. Alex is a champion figure skater and Cate is recently returning to the ice. With an immediate connection and age gap whew! This one was spicy spicy like open a window levels of heat. The chemistry was undeniable and I flew through it.
2️⃣ "Santa’s Pretty Helper" might have been my favourite. Best friend’s sister is a trope I will always say yes to. I truly did not think the words sexy and potatoes would ever belong in the same sentence but here we are and somehow it worked. As someone who has experienced family drama around relationships I really appreciated the normal grounded family conversations in this one. Although it felt sane and refreshing don't let that fool you. The spice in this one...I don't know if open door covers it.
3️⃣ "Forgive Me Father" was not my personal favourite of the three story wise but wow did it bring the heat. Golly gosh the spice in this one. The title really tells you everything you need to know and if you’re reading for pure intensity this one delivers.
Overall this collection was bold fun and unapologetically spicy. And when I say spicy I mean SPICY. If forbidden love is your thing and you want three quick reads that turn the heat all the way up this collection is absolutely worth picking up.

The title of this book truly embodies all the forbidden fruit, off limits of desire and intense burning attraction in 3 short stories sure to test boundaries.🥵🥵🥵 Taboo unfiltered. You may blush. You may need a cold drink.🧊🧊 Possibly a cold shower.😝 Expect plenty, and I mean oozing OTT dirty talk from older men falling for their women. The ladies are younger so expect an age difference for each couple in their own consenting stories.📖

As soon as his Coaches recommend 20yr old Cate Wilson, Alex became obsessed with her. I mean the man fell hard on the ice for her.💥🙃💥 Was it unhealthy? Maybe.😭 But he wasn't creepy about it. He just knew who he wanted. And he longed for Cate, the more they trained and practiced on the ice, the closer they became. Touching and trusting. And Cate was also drawn to him. She'd had a crush on him since she was a teen.😘😘 But that girl wanted her man at all costs.lol
Expect great world building and emotions pulling these 2. Is it spicy? Ohhh yeahh.🔥🔥🔥 Dirty talking Alex worshipped Cate. He genuinely cared and wanted to take care of her. There's a mix of romance, praise, consent, you're mine! mine! mine! rolled through out.👍🏻 This story, I liked best. It wasn't weird for me as a reader. I could see how these 2 adults could have fallen for each other. I didn't feel the taboo component with them. They were likable. 5 stars.⛸️⛸️🤵🏻💕⛸️⛸️👩💕

Here's when the story takes a turn. See Gabe has a secret. A dark filthy one. *Slight spoiler.* He does camming while thinking of.... her. The man has to earn an income.🫰🏻🤑💸 No judgement, Gabe. But guess what. Sweet looking Bella also has a secret of her own. Another *slight spoiler*. Bella is into p*Rn and is an exhibitionist.👩🏼💻 There's world building as secrets are ready to burst with truth and blurring all the lines that no longer matter. Gabe talks dirty and is obsessed with Bella. But Bella gives it right back to the one man she's wanted for awhile now. It gets hot and heavy.🫦💦🌋💦🌋 How will the rest of the family react?
There's one thing I didn't like about this story. For me as a reader, I didn't care for Gabe and Bella camming together. They didn't do the main act of intimacy on camera but the other stuff, yes, open display. They didn't block their identity or hide in shadow. It was for all to see. When you love someone, imo, that experience, shouldn't be sold for anyone else to have. But again, that's a me thing. That was an odd twist. It made their love feel less than. It was an okay story. High heat and filthy. My rating is a 3.7 rounded up to 4 stars.🎉👨🏻🍳🍄👱🏻♀️🎉
Lastly: Forgive Me Father.
I tried to read this one, but tbh it made me cringe and feel uncomfortable. It's very taboo. It instantly began and ran. Not like the other 2 stories that built from a foundation. A priest and a parishioner. A dirty talking priest named Gabriel Thorne, 38, aka Gabe. Another MMC named Gabe.🫡 His last name wasn't lost on me. Olivia, angel ((😬)), is 20 about to auction her v card after making her confession to Father Gabe.🙄⛩️😶 The constant reminder of going to h3ll and burning. Gabe giving up his celibacy, paying for her. Uhh. The focus should have been a priest breaking his vows, his promise to God and juggling his faith and his own desires. But that's my opinion. I stopped.✋🏻🚫🚫🚫🚫 This one is not for me. Again, no judgement to anyone who feels comfortable and likes this type of story. I will not be including any rating on this one. Only the first 2.

They go from zero to forever in the blink of an eye, but it completely works for them. The fact that Cate came into their relationship with some hero worship helps the believability.
I love the fierce protectiveness of his... claiming of Cate, privately and publicly. I also love her backbone and willingness to fight her own battles. Together, they make for a sizzling read! This 4.5 🌟 read is worth every minute. 🔥💜🎉

I liked both Alex and Cate as MCs and *loved* the figure skating aspect of it all (pro tip: signing up for the author's newsletter will score you a post-Olympic bonus epilogue). If you like quick, smutty reads, give this one a try!

Santa's Pretty Helper is an absolute smutfest (not going to lie, toys came up that I didn't know existed until now), but it's also somehow ultimately a slow burn story (the online element means there's plenty of smutty content, but our MCs don't actually get together until well after the 50% mark) and has quite a bit of sweetness to it too. All together, though, I'm not sure how these two didn't melt every snowflake right out of the sky here...
For all that he's almost twice her age and her brother acts a bit d*ckish for a while here, this is a pretty low angst book once the mutual pining period is over. So if you're looking for a quick and uncomplicated erotic romance with a festive twist, give it a try!

It's a shorter story, like all of her books, but somehow you still end up feeling like her characters here have had a full story. A hot as heck story, but one that still has substance and, at times, even some sweetness.
Olivia, our virgin, has had a crush on her priest, Gabriel--but she also has a troubled younger brother who is, well, in a lot of trouble. She wants to help him but has very limited resources--so she decides to take a drastic step. And of course goes to confession about it...as you do.
Oh, and Gabriel? He's noticed Olivia, of course he has. But he can't do anything about it, because of course he can't. But when he hears what she has come up with for a solution? It flips a switch in him and he's going to stop at nothing to save her. Even if saving her means destroying the life he's been living.
And you know what? In the end I was more than ok with that. And so was Olivia. And Gabriel ;)

Hum, what to say without giving too much away. This is a set of three stories that will steam up your glasses and make you reach for a cold drink. I had already read book one, “Wanted by the Champion” which is why I wanted to see what other of her books were like. This story is about a world champion skater who needs a partner after his current one gets married. He picks a very young, beautiful, and wonderful skater. Who has had a crush on him for a long time. This was a very good story and the best of the three for me as along with all the steam was caring and friendship too. Book two is “Santa’s Pretty Helper” deals with a young girl who grew up around her brother's best friend, an older chef who thought of her as a sister till her nineteenth birthday and everything changed for both. Hot pepper heat off the chart sexy so be prepared. “Forgive me Father’ was harder to read as it deals with a topic some may not want to read. While others will enjoy the forbidden edge of the story. All in all, these stories are just want was described in the book details. Hot, steamy stories of what most would call forbidden couples. But sometimes love desire and the heart take’s us where it wants and with whom it wants. Grab a copy and see what you think. I received an ARC from the author and wish to thank her. This story was an interesting read as the intensity of skating demands were on full display. I really enjoyed how Alex wanted more than just their professional partnership and how he went about it. It was a delightful plot with deep characters.

Wanted by the Champion: This is a wonderful novella, that gives you those feel-good feelings. I really like the dual persons POV’s it really helps you connect with the main characters quickly. Alex is older and very confident, while Cate is younger but is a strong woman that believes in herself. The combination makes an enjoyable story to read. Overall, it is a well written story which has the perfect pace to keep you engaged.
Santa's Pretty Helper: A cute, funny Christmas novella. AA does such a wonderful job putting an engaging spicy romance into this short story. Bella and Gabe’s story is one I enjoyed sitting by a cozy fire on a cold ugly day.
Forgive Me, Father: If you are looking for a quick hot spicy weekend read, this is the perfect book. There is a little bit of drama, just enough to keep it interesting. Was looking for something that would keep me interested and take my mind off life drama’s. This fit the bill for what I was looking for.

Cate has always had a crush on Alex and the chance to work with him is not one that she is going to pass up. The heat between them builds and builds as Alex tries to remember that Cate is much younger than him but he has to give in when Cate confesses that she also feels the tension between them. Some red hot and steamy scenes as Alex teaches Cate about the joys of being together. A definite recommend.

Off Limits was a great title to interest readers. At the end of each taboo couple’s novella, I can’t imagine any of the couples not being together! While all of the collection have some of the same tropes in common, one of the things I found most enjoyable is the romantic (and lots of chili peppers) connection of the main characters. There is a bit of pining going on in each so when the couples get together it’s explosive! Links to spicy epilogues included. Santa’s Pretty Helper, my favorite of the 3, is part of a larger cam show collection. Snap up this trio! Lovely FMCs and swoon worthy MMCs!

I enjoyed the first two immensely and happily recommend them. These books were very well written, however I am learning that I am not a huge fan of age gap romance. Each book was well written and they were really sweet love stories and I do recommend these books if you are into age gap romance. There is not much plot however but it does scratch the itch of forbidden and insta love romance, there are times that you need that.

I just loved all three books. Each Novella length with unique stories, lots of smut, dirty talk, older man falling for younger women, innocent heroines and lots of love and HEA.
No drama just a little pinning before they confess their love and find their way to bed.
If you want to read about couples in love and their passion and kinks I highly recommend this collection.

This is a collection of few stories that have different circumstances but follow the same format for a HEA. Older man, younger woman who are super into each other but have angst due to age differences. It's pretty snow but. For shorter books and then explosive heat. Easy to read and follow.

This collection was very spicy and had some great stories. The characters were well-developed, and the plot kept me engaged throughout. While some stories were more to my liking than others, overall, it was a satisfying read.
