Full disclosure: I know Keith, and knew him "before," when he was living his unhealthy life. He gave me this book asking for my honest review. As others have mentioned, the book does not cover all 100 steps. Presumably, they will be covered in subsequent books. But I think it is good that the steps remain to be covered. One thing Keith stresses is that change is process. he my not know all the steps yet, as his journey is ongoing. This makes it more appealing in my opinion.
I think Keith's steps can apply to many journeys, whether it is weight loss, personal growth, quitting a bad habit or starting a good one. Each chapter has a step, then hints on how to take the step, and questions to ask yourself about how you are prepared to take those steps. Start walking!
Ironically, this book reminds me of a bag of chips: each chapter is a small, tasty bite. And you aren't bloated after each one. In fact, each lesson is easy to digest, and you have room for more when you finish that bite. On the flip side: you don't feel guilty when the book is done, because, unlike a bag of chips, there is substance!
