Null Down Under
With our experiment in the army dead in the water, at least for me, it’s time to take stock of my life and where things are going. Especially since Clan Drake is coming together. Growing. Our chimeras, liches, and vampires are growing. Becoming the type of family we all dreamed of when we were little.
Including babies on the way. So. Many. Babies.
Or, taking stock is what should be happening.
Life, however, has other plans.
For one thing, did you know that nulls aren’t just born in the United States, Canada, and Mexico?
Right? Yeah, that’s something I need to keep in mind, because there’s a big, wide world out there and our people aren’t exactly known for living good lives.
New information calls for a trip to Australia to hunt for fellow nulls before the bad in the world finds them and brings them low. Something I’ve sworn to fight with everything in me until we’ve made a safe haven for every null out there.
Can I save our brethren in the land down under? Or will I find dealing with a new government in a new country along with new supernaturals enough to push me beyond my limits?
It’s time to find out if we gain new family members or we have vengeance in our future. After all, with new threats coming our way, the world is going to learn just how protective I can be and what I’m willing to do to save my people.
