Spreadsheets meet flannel in this cozy opposites-attract Christmas romance.
Corporate banker Meena Patel is supposed to be on vacation, visiting her grandfather at Pine Ridge Manor. Instead, she's been volunteered to plan the facility's Christmas party—with an impossible budget and an even more impossible collaborator.
Brice Matthews, grumpy tree farmer and spreadsheet skeptic, has zero patience for uptight city women who color-code everything. Been there, got left behind. But working alongside the organized, ambitious Meena, he starts to wonder if maybe she's different. Maybe she's not just passing through.
Between matchmaking seniors, secret Santa schemes, and decoration disasters, these opposites discover they make a surprisingly good team. Until corporate calls with the promotion of Meena's dreams—and both must choose between playing it safe and risking everything for love.
A heartwarming small-town romance about putting down roots, second chances, and finding home in the last place you expected.
This is the third book in the Frost Pine Ridge series. It can be read as a standalone as the main characters of the books in the series change with each book. This book follows the Christmas gala that Meena oversaw during the beginning of the holiday season.
Meena has taken time to spend with her grandfather and he has volunteered her to head up a Christmas party for the facility he calls home. She has a ridiculously small budget, a co-chair that seems to point out the flaws but wants the party to be the best it can be. He has a vested interest, his grandmother resides in the same facility as Meena’s grandfather.
We have other seniors trying to matchmake. Both Meena and Brice have been putting others off but for different reasons. Read this heartwarming second chance holiday romance and smile at the outcome. Well written and incorporating individuals’ insecurities help this to end in an upbeat manner. Looking forward to the next book to see if I have guessed correctly who the next main character will be.
I was given an Advanced Readers Copy and these are my opinions.

I really loved this second chance romance.
The continuing stories in this small town is absoutely fantastic and joyish!
