I've read easily more than ten (10) of these types of books and this one by far is one of the absolute best.

Highly recommend this book if you are actively pursuing real estate investment, either in practice or in planning for the future - this is a amazing entry in this category of books.

This offers full, top-to-bottom coverage with fair and honest Con's with equally accurate Pro's for real estate investment. What really makes this hit so hard for me as well, is that the author's risk appetite/investment approach remarkably 100% matches mine - this is a rarity. Prior to this, I've had 85-90% matches, but this one really mirrors precisely my execution approach and strategy. It's as if I wrote the book when it comes to mindset and overall delivery.

I highly, highly recommend this one if you are considering picking a book about this subject.

Very high level, easy to understand, comprehensive for all types of real estate investing. I would recommend for people wanting to learn more and coming from zero knowledge of how real estate investing works.
