As a deaf member of Royalla Motorcycle Club, Hunter has lived long enough to recognize trouble—and act fast. When Annie runs into his path with fear in her eyes, he doesn't hesitate. Pulling her from danger is instinct. Staying close is his choice.
Silence never meant loneliness until meeting Annie. Suddenly, his quiet world feels different.
Always the caregiver.
When Annie's older sister calls her in the middle of the night, begging for help, she leaves everything behind and rushes to Leigh's side. She never expected her badge-wearing brother-in-law to hold her hostage, or the biker who saves her.
Sometimes, healing feels impossible. Within the chaos of bikers and loyalty, Annie finds herself falling for Hunter.
A story of survival, sisterhood, and a love that refuses to be ordinary.

This is the 2nd book in the Royalla MC, and it was another good read, but not as good as the first in the series - Just Heartbeats. Compared to the first book, this was disappointing.
I liked the couple, especially the ML Hawk, but he & the FL (Annie) never had enough time to be alone together. The entire story was based around Annie's sister and while the story was interesting and the wrap up was satisfying, there were only stolen moments between the 2 leads, because it was mostly about the sister's troubles. Maybe it's a set up for the next book involving Leigh, but I really prefer the story to concentrate a little more on the couple and not all the drama caused by another characters' problems.
I love the author and the stories she creates. I'm His Silence is a fast paced read with emotion and suspense. It was a bit repetitive but the ending was perfect for Annie and Hunter
