Njal had been arrested for murder but found not guilty because proof was circumstantial. But it hangs over him and the guilt is heavy. His parents decide he needs help and finds a place. The MC is all behind this. He is their propect and want him healed so he can return to them.
Sophie is a teacher and getting ready for another school year. The first went good. Then she's told one child id being pulled from her class and being sent to another. Then people start acting strange around her. Then she discovers someone is setting her up.
She tells Njal and he goes to his club. Now help is here. Will they find the culprit? Can a man who is bipolar find happiness?
I love how this story talks about an illness that is hard to talk about and makes it so readers can understand.

A Must Read

This author never ceases to amaze me with her books. This time she hits on a subject that some people don’t like to acknowledge and that’s bipolar disorder. With this being the first in the Riders of Valhalla MC Prospect series I know we are going to be on one heck of a ride. Njal is on the road to dealing with his bipolar issues and was taking needed time to do this. That is how he meets the single elementary teacher, Sophie who lives next door to his rental.

Sophie has had a hard life dealing with her strict religious parents especially with her father being the deacon of the church. This was a typical small town with its gossip and judgement of others. Someone was out to destroy Sophie’s life and so many people believed what they heard instead of relying on the fact that they had known her and should have known that there was no way that she would do what she was accused of.

Njal was the only person in her corner and with the club’s help got to the bottom of what and who was trying to destroy Sophie. Their story was heartbreaking at times but the road they travelled had me hoping that they could find some peace. This is definitely a book that I can highly recommend. I can’t wait to see what this author gives me next.

I was really liking this. Then halfway through it started turning almost clinical/robotic. The MMCs were speaking exactly the same way, and it became a chore to get through the last of it. The intimate scenes between Njal and Sophie were also clinical and no real emotion behind it. Was it because Njal was bipolar, and Sophie a sheltered, Christian virgin? Or is this how the author writes always? I did start her Valhalla series way back, but DNF'd because the FMC was insufferable. I don't know. I think I'll go back and see for myself because if this is how the author writes. So clinical and unfeeling then she's definitely not for me. An MC shouldn't be this docile or robotic. Especially ones with a Norse background. This is a new series. I think the Valhalla series is connected? Overall the first 40% was solid then went into something almost Wattpad like.

This was such a gripping and gritty read and it follows the very real challenges of mental health issues. Njal has bipolar and the system that was meant to support him tore him apart. He gets support from the MC but rents a place outside of town to help his journey to finding himself again. His neighbour, Sophie, is the deacon's daughter and she's been vilified by the town. She's suddenly lost her job and become the town outcast. Ha! Njal is on hand to support her and their path to an HEA, while not smooth, was so rewarding. Expect to get caught up in the action, drama, danger, abuse of power, betrayal, vengeance and hot romance when you crack this baby open. I loved it and can't wait for the next book. Good fun!

Slander is the first book in Elizabeth Knox’s Raiders of Valhalla: Prospects series, and it absolutely hit every mark for me. Elizabeth Knox is one of my favorite authors in the MC romance genre, and with this book, she has truly outdone herself. I read it in one sitting because she has created a world that feels completely alive. The Raiders of Valhalla feel real. The towns feel real. The pain, loyalty, love, and betrayals all feel real.

What makes Slander so powerful is the emotional weight behind the story. This is not just another MC romance filled with heat, action, and club loyalty. Those elements are here, but they are handled with purpose. Njal has been through hell, and he comes back from it as a calmer, more controlled version of himself, a man who knows exactly what he is capable of, but who also refuses to let anyone drag him back into the darkness he fought so hard to escape. His strength is not loud or performative. It is steady, hard-earned, and deeply moving.

Elizabeth Knox does a phenomenal job exploring the stigma attached to mental health challenges and the ways people are judged, dismissed, or broken down by the very systems that are supposed to protect and support them. She does not shy away from how cruel people can be when ambition, bias, fear, or selfishness take over. At the same time, she does not allow those heavier themes to overwhelm the story. Instead, she balances heartbreak with healing, pain with triumph, and darkness with the kind of love that feels necessary rather than forced.

The romance in this book is beautifully done. Yes, there is steam, but this is not the typical super-hot, high-intensity steaminess often found in MC romance. That would not have fit this couple. What Njal and his heroine needed was connection, trust, patience, and something that felt emotionally real. Knox manages to create an instalove situation that actually works because their bond feels genuine from the beginning. It does not feel rushed. It feels like two people recognizing something in each other that they both desperately need.

There were moments in this book that brought tears to my eyes. The emotional intensity is strong, but never excessive. It takes the reader into those tender, painful places where sometimes you need a good cry just to release, acknowledge, and let go. Slander is heartbreaking, healing, romantic, and powerful. It is a compelling start to this new series, and it reminded me all over again why Elizabeth Knox remains one of my favorite authors in this genre.

Njal has been in this routine for sometime now, one that would be for the rest of his life.
He was on the path to becoming a patched member for Raiders of Valhalla.
He was keeping his head clear while helping Meghan establish her second Beans and Babes location.
It was about an hour outside Tallahassee, FL.
This was the quiet Njal wanted to clear his mind.
But when Hoagie, the dog next door, runs into his yard , Njal meets the neighbor.
Their first encounter was honest just two people meeting.
Names weren’t exchanged then but would be later.
Sophie was a teacher at the elementary school in town.
She loved her kids and job whole heartedly.
So being called into the office by the principal was unusual.
Karen told Sophie that there were some complaints about her inappropriate relationship with her students.
She would be suspended without pay pending an investigation.
The pictures and the text messages Karen had, Sophie knew they were fabricated.
But how would she prove it.
Sophie was besides herself and shows up on Njal’s front porch and tells him her story and the problem she now faces.
Njal felt like he had to help her not out of pity but to give her herself back.
He could see that she didnt have the family support he had and he wanted to give that to her.
Njal wanted to make sure that Sophie wasn’t like the women before in his life.
Confiding in Dag and Esperanza about her situation, they both were willing to help her.
Meghan was even willing to give her a job not asking any questions bout her situation and treated her respectfully.
With this love and unconditional support, Sophie finally understood what a family that supports without question look like.
Sophie wanted to feel the love that Njal possessed, giving her heart and soul to him.
He accepted it, but didnt feel irrational about it. He felt like Sophie completed him.
She was definitely different and he felt it daily.
Njal knew that because of his past proving that Sophie was different would be a challenge.
Sitting across from Runes, Njal tells him that letting the law handle it would be the best not his hands.
And when the person behind the fabricated information was revealed, Njal had two choices.
And the right choice was the easiest becasue it was made with a clear mind and Sophie by his side forever.

Received as an ARC and leaving my honest review voluntarily. Sensitive readers to note that the MMC has bipolar and the FMC faces rejection and persecution by her parents and her church congregation. Slander is the first book in Elizabeth Knox’s Raiders of Valhalla: Prospects series and it was a compelling, emotional read that gripped me from the start and had me grabbing tissues by the end.

Njal has been through hell, diagnosed with bipolar and going through the struggles of treatment and learning how to manage his condition. His strength shows in his self awareness of what he had done in the past in his manic state and what he is capable of if he 'loses' himself again. His fight to regain his self worth and self love comes through strongly and you can't help but applaud who he is now - a calmer, more controlled, steadier version of himself without losing the capacity to love and fight for those he cares about.

His neighbour is Sophie Crockett, a Primary school teacher and the deacon’s daughter. And thanks to her 'meddling' hound, Hoagie, the two meet and despite being strangers, the connection and safety they feel with each other is instant and real. When he learns that someone is targetting Sophie and destroying her reputation, and her family and the whole town has believed the lies and have shunned, rejected and persecuted her, his need to protect her is immediate and unwavering. Rather than taking matters into his own hands (as he would have done in the past), he turns to his MC family for support.

This was not an easy read as the struggles that Nyal face living with bipolar is real and the author handled the subject with the sensitivity it deserved. Sophie being brought up in such a strict religious environment with  expectations, and affection and love only given with conditions was heartbreaking. Both of them finding the love, acceptance and support from each other, their MC family and Sophie's sister was the perfect HEA for this couple.

Simply wonderfully written story about two main characters and the plot was simply wonderful
I thoroughly enjoyed this read the story and I have to warn readers that once you begin reading you will not be able to put the book down until you have discovered what the final outcome will be, it is truly captivating right to the very last page.
The two main characters in the story are extremely mature for their age and this is reflected throughout in both thought, words and deeds and the build up of the story regarding the lives of the characters also brings more perspective to the story and you will also enjoy this in its context.
Sophie who is the Deacons daughter that has never ever been given the chance to make her own choices regarding what to do how to feel even who to see and so on and so forth, so having to deal with people has never come easy for her. Now that she is also having to deal with small minded people and slander has not been easy but the strength and support, they have been given from both MC’s has helped them support each other and made them and their relationship all the stronger.
I guarantee that readers will be totally captivated by these two characters and will look forward to seeing both Sophie and Njal in future books in the Raiders of Valhalla – Prospects along with new and future characters in books that are to be released in the near future.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

Njal is the son of Kraken and Magnolia and he is a prospect for Raiders of Valhalla MC. Njal killed three men while he was in a manic state and after he was found not guilty he was taken to a psychiatric facility. It’s been seven years and he is living in a small town making sure he is alright before he goes back to the club. Sophie is a second grade school teacher who was raised in a very conservative family. Her sister Hannah had mental issues and was prayed over many times before she left and found out that she was bipolar. Sophie loves to teach. She has a new neighbor. Her dog Hoagie slips through the fence and goes over to visit Njal. One of Sophie’s students is taken out of her class after the first day which seemed weird. Then she got approached by women in the community who looked at her strangely. Sophie got called in to the office and was told that she was being put on leave without pay because of something that supposedly happened. The principal gave her a copy of the information. She was being accused of being a sexual predator, they had texts and pictures. She went to see Njal who is the only person in town who would listen to her. Njal is working on building a new Brews and Babes and he gets Sophie a job there. Njal also calls Dag and Esperanza who are lawyers to help on the smear campaign against Sophie. Will Njal and Sophie get closer? Will they become an item? Will Dag and Esperanza be able to get Sophie’s name cleared? Will Sophie go to Tallahassee with Njal?

Wonderful New Series Book 1 Raiders of Valhalla Prospects!

WOW... What an AMAZING & WELL WRITTEN Book! This is the start of a new 2nd Generations series, and it packs a punch. There are mention of a mental health crisis in the past, so be warned of triggers.

Njal is an emotional MC romance that pulls you in right from the first page. We go through the process of Njal at his worst day and how he comes out ahead in the first chapter. He goes through his daily regime of checking his emotions, taking his meds and checking in all before he goes to work. He was sent to this small Fl town to finish healing before joining his family in the MC world. He meets his neighbor Sophie when her dog continues to sneak into his yard. They form a bond and she confides in him what she thought was the worst secret in her family until she later becomes a target when someone in her small community starts spreading slanderous lies about her that affect her teaching career.

What follows is a powerful story that deals with today's digital age and mental health challenges affecting many families and shows how two families dealing with the same mental health issues react so differently. I loved this couple as well as how Njal's family immediately embraced Sophia when she had no one supporting her, it makes a real difference. Their romance was beautifully done, the author focused not so much on the steam usually associated with MC books, as it truly was a book about healing. This author continues to surprise me with her emotional, well written books and deep character development.
DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS GREAT START TO THE NEW SERIES!.

I loved Njal and Sophie’s story so much!

What a start in the spin-off series this one was! I loved every page and I literally devoured the book in one sitting. The plot was engaging and the characters were not only well-presented but also with so much unexpected depth. The book discusses important issues, like mental illness, society condemnation in false accusations and the bond of the real family, that sometimes is blood and sometimes is not. Njal’s road to claw himself out of the abyss his own brain is wired to throw him. He is a prospect for the Raiders of Valhalla MC, born and bred there. His family is behind him all the way. Sophie is a sweet teacher in a small town one hour from Tallahasee where Njal moved after being released from the facility he was admitted to, to find the stability he needed before going back to his club. He becomes her neighbor and her dog is the one that introduces her. Feelings make an unexpected appearance and when someone frames Sophie as a child predator and the whole town, including the people who are supposed to be on her side, turn against her without evidence, Njal becomes her shield and his family her own. I loved how they both help each other move on and become the best versions of themselves. The MC family has both their backs all the way – a truly amazing thing to have. I can’t recommend this book strong enough and I definitely can’t wait for the next one! Truly amazing! 5 stars.

This is the first book in the series, but Njal first appeared in the Raiders of Valhalla MC: New Blood series which is where he killed three men while in a manic rage.
Sophie is the daughter of a church deacon, a schoolteacher, and a rule follower until it all falls apart with a letter and screenshots sent to the school board. Before long, she is none of those things as her family cuts her off, she's fired from her job, and she becomes friends with Njal. Njal is a prospect in the MC and spends his days doing whatever the club tells him to do, taking his medication, and taking stock of his mental health. This unlikely couple come together and Njal is the only one who takes Sophie's side and he brings the backing of the club with him. Strangers take her side when her family and a town that has known her for her entire life turn on her.
Njal manages his mental health while helping Sophie and falling for her and her dog. Sophie breaks all the rules by being with Njal and he grounds her, gives her a family, friends, and stability when everything else is crashing around her.
This is a story of loyalty, found family, and love from nothing while her actual family and friends attempt to drive her away because of one person's agenda. Plenty of tissues are needed but this couple will stand, Sophie will be proven innocent, and they will get their HEA.

Knox sure did her research about Bipolar Disorder, because, man oh man, her depiction is very realistic. And I would know; I’ve been living with it for 32 years. Knox writes about it with caring, respect, and compassion and I couldn’t ask for better.
Njal has Bipolar, and he was in a previous book having a psychotic episode. The characters used him as a weapon, and there was some discussion about the ethics of it at the time.
Here, Njal is not a weapon, but a refuge. He meets Sophie, his new neighbor. Sophie is going through some awful, awful stuff. She is a teacher and has been falsely accused of CSA. The town turns on her and even her father believes it.
It’s not often that a book involving CSA is from the POV of the accused, and it’s a tricky topic. Knox handles it beautifully, although serendipity has a big part of solving the problem.
These are some heavy topics. Knox has an excellent Content Warning at the start of the book and I suggest that you look it over.
Njal and Sophie develop a good relationship, with sexytime that is appropriately hot, but isn’t the focus of the story. It’s nice to see Njal get his happy ever after. And I love how the MC absolutely had both their backs.

What an incredible start to the Raiders of Valhalla Prospects series! I think this might be the greatest installment yet, perfectly kicking off the next generation of the Raiders. At its heart, this is a profoundly beautiful story about healing—reminding us that everyone heals in their own way, whether out loud or in silence.

Sophie and Njal’s journey together is unmatched. They help each other process things that the rest of the world had deemed completely unhealable and unredeemable.

What made this story so special:

Sophie’s Journey: As an elementary school teacher, Sophie is carrying deep trauma that she doesn't even fully recognize until her entire world falls apart. The way Njal steps right up to support her—even before she realizes she needs him—is so moving.

Njal’s Growth: Njal is learning to navigate a mental disorder, and with Sophie by his side, he discovers how to cope in ways he never thought possible. Their mutual support is top-tier.

Elizabeth Knox delivers a flawless blend of MC grit, deep emotional vulnerability, and powerful romance. This book completely hooked me, and I can't recommend it enough!.

I enjoyed Slander overall, but I’ve been noticing a pattern across this author’s series: after a certain number of stories, the writing style shifts quite a bit. Earlier books were fully captivating, while the newer ones sometimes read more like a checklist—sections that feel over‑explained, moments that don’t add much to the plot, and places where skipping ahead ends up feeling better than reading through the extra details. I’ve seen the same thing happening in the parents’ series too, so I’m not sure if it’s intentional, if there are ghostwriters involved, or if it’s simply a change in how Ms. Knox is structuring her stories. Either way, it’s still good—just noticeably different.

The core of Slander is strong. The characters have depth, the emotional tension lands, and the darker triggers are handled in the same intense way this author is known for. The plot moves well, and the connection between the leads keeps the story grounded even when the pacing shifts.

Overall, it’s a solid addition to the universe. The writing style may feel different from the earlier books, but the story itself still delivers the drama, danger, and character development fans expect.

Really enjoyed the first series and the author seems to be promising another. The prospect and amain character is Njal. A man with personal issues, having been diagnosed with bipolar he is now adjusting. His introduction to Sophie, his neighbour, is through her dog coming into his garden, she also has personal issues, a teacher accused of being a preditor. The school and town react boldy and brazenly, including her parents and church members. The evidence and photos relied on are false..the school are facing the wrath of Dag and Esperanza, club lawyers and Sophie has comfort and support of the Raiders of Valhalla. Both Njal and Sophie are changed for the better and their lives adjust throught all the drama..but the truth will always come out.
Being a person who likes the bad guys to publically get their comeuppance, I was disappointed that there was nothing dramatic relating to the Paster, the instigator of all the falsehoods. This seemed relegated to a simple newspaper item about the claims being false.
Overall, a sensitive storytelling about sensitive issues, who come out of them well.

WOW! That is the first word that comes to mind after reading this book! I am always nervous to read a book that has mental health as a main feature because it is often seen as a bad thing or portrayed incorrectly!

As a 49 year old reader that was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder at the age of 16, I loved this book! When Njal talks about his Bipolar and the internal struggle, it felt as if I was describing myself! Elizabeth Knox not only showed us the internal struggle for the diagnosed person but also how others then treat that person both the good and bad reactions.

When Sophie enters the story I instantly knew she would be the home that Njal needed and he would bring her the peace and safe place to be true to herself! What she faces is so disgusting and sadly easily done in modern society with the advancement of technology. The way that Njal instantly fought for her and then gave her a family within the club who will always have her back was the chef's kiss!

This biker romance tackles some heavy topics while still delivering a heartfelt and hopeful love story. The hero is learning to rebuild his life after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and I appreciated that his journey is an important part of the story rather than just a background detail.

The romance begins in an unexpected way when he meets his neighbor's dog, which leads to meeting his neighbor. After she's falsely accused of something she didn't do, he stands by her side and helps her through the difficult situation. Their shared understanding of bipolar disorder—she has experience supporting her sister, while he is living with the condition himself—creates a meaningful connection that deepens their relationship.

I enjoyed how the story balanced emotional challenges with romance, allowing the characters to support one another without losing sight of their individual growth. The result is a touching, well-written romance with believable characters and an emotional depth that stayed with me long after I finished reading.

Overall, this is a wonderful biker romance that handles difficult subjects with compassion while delivering a satisfying and heartfelt love story. I would definitely recommend it.

Wow, I really enjoyed Najl and Sophie. Sophie has always lived her life being told what to do, how to act, how to live and when she finally has her teaching job, it’s all she’s ever wanted, something that was all hers and a home of her own. When she gets a new neighbor her dog Hoagie seems to think he’s a permanent resident at his house. Njal has worked hard to come back to the living and to be present in his head and heart. It was a long road but he is managing pretty well and when he gets a look at Sophie, he has to contain himself and not scare her away. Something is going on and Sophie can’t figure it out and when it all comes to a head, the first person she goes to is Njal. He doesn’t judge, just listens to her. He knows she would never do what she is being accused of. Now to figure out who is trying to ruin her life, that will be a challenge, but with the club behind her, they will get to the bottom of it. I loved their story. Njal was so sweet, taking his time with her, never pushing, always letting her be in control. How welcoming his family was with her and Hoagie was just adorable. I'm excited for the next book in this series. I’m glad this crew is back.

What makes Slander so powerful is the emotional weight behind the story. This is not just another MC romance filled with heat, action, and club loyalty. Those elements are here, but they are handled with purpose. Njal has been through hell, and he comes back from it as a calmer, more controlled version of himself, a man who knows exactly what he is capable of, but who also refuses to let anyone drag him back into the darkness he fought so hard to escape. His strength is not loud or performative. It is steady, hard-earned, and deeply moving.

Elizabeth Knox does a phenomenal job exploring the stigma attached to mental health challenges and the ways people are judged, dismissed, or broken down by the very systems that are supposed to protect and support them. She does not shy away from how cruel people can be when ambition, bias, fear, or selfishness take over. At the same time, she does not allow those heavier themes to overwhelm the story. Instead, she balances heartbreak with healing, pain with triumph, and darkness with the kind of love that feels necessary rather than forced.

Arc review

As per Elizabeth’s warning trigger, this one focuses on mental illness, not to be taken lightly.

This read is not as toxic as prior reads. The emotions are here always, but there’s is a beautifulness in how Njal & Sophie connect.

Slander has taken a different route compared to its family’s storylines. A confusing comment, yes, but once you start reading this will make sense. A new pathway for the sons.

Slander will take you on a new road and new generation of the MC. As stated, no spoiling. This is a must read, not because it is MC, but because we read about situations that are led in today’s society.
Njals story has been written before allowing us to know why we got here. We continue on the new path with Sophie - Deacons daughter.

This was an alternates read into medical conditions.

Always remember too, the MC are family.

What a beautifully written story about Njal and Sophie. It was and wasn't your typical MC story.
The writing style I adored, especially with the POV from both Njal and Sophie.
The emotional maturity of the two MCs was well-written and I felt all the feels, exactly where they were needed.
The back story of Njal and how he deals with it now, the respect that he has earned from his family.
How he and Sophie slowly but surely grew together.

And Sophie, the Deacon's daughter that has always been told what to do and what to feel. How she dealt with the people and the slander is incredible. The support she received from Njal. The slow and steady but still perfect pace moving forward story was just what I needed.
Would love to read more about Njal and Sophie and the author is definitely on my to read list. 🧡.

This book was just so good and so emotional I had tears a few times as I was reading. Njal’s story was absolutely heartbreaking and Ms Knox did such an amazing job writing this book and bringing out all the emotions but at the same time touched on a very delicate subject and gave us some insight as to what life could be like for someone suffering from this illness. The connection between Njal and Sophie was undeniable but it was their friendship and understanding of each other that truly held my interest. Sophie and Njal both have their hurdles in life they need to overcome but together it feels as if they could conquer the world and bring some understanding from people who are meant to love you and protect you always. This book was such an amazing read and it was the best start to a new series by Ms Knox. I am hooked and I most certainly will be reading much more.

This books is so good. The emotions that both Sophie and Njal feels comes straight through, and there were times where this book had me crying. Especially during the scene where Sophie finally breaks down from everything that is happening. That scene was so poignant to me. Another poignant moment for me, was towards the end of the book, where Njal and Sophie have Njal's family and Sophie's sister around there new apartment for dinner. The small moment where Sophie's sister, Hannah, says thank you to Njal. That said a lot. With everything both Njal and Sophie have been through and emerged the other side whole, that thank you, I feel, says so much; because without Njal, I don't think Sophie would've made it through and become who she is at the end of the book.

A really, really brilliant book, and one which I think readers who enjoy biker romance books, with redemption elements, will enjoy.

Great book

Wow!!! Njal wasn't sure if he would ever be whole again. 7 years ago he went to a facility to get help. Every day since he walked out he has a routine he goes through to make sure he is still good and whole. Sophie is the daughter of a church deacon and a 2nd grade school teacher. She knows how to fold her hands and keep her head down like a good girl. Then one day she is asked to come to the principal's office to be told that she is put on administrative leave due to allegations of misconduct against a child. She says she never did what they are accusing her of, unfortunately, they have already decided they believe the pictures and Facebook posts over her. Luckily for her she has befriended Njal. In the past he would have tried to solve this with his fists. Now he takes her problems to the club lawyer to see if they have a case. And boy do they. She now has a whole MC at her back that she never asked for or thought she needed.

Riders of Valhalla MC Prospects: Njal and Sophie

More of a contemporary romance than n MC romance, and while it wasn’t dark, it carried some very, very heavy themes.

Sophie has been accused of something horrific, in a targeted attack to discredit her. And when he dog sneaks next door, she strikes up a friendship with Njal, who is just looking for a quiet place to gather himself.

I was very invested in this. It was devastating, heartbreaking and very emotional. You can’t help but feel for Sophie, and seeing her accepted by his family immediately was heartwarming, especially when everyone who has known her for years turns on her.

I really liked this one, and it’s definitely got me itching for the next one.

I loved this book. It's really well written and not in the newest American writing style which celebrates short sentences and everything in the count of three. It's comfortable and fast to read.
It's a romance, a fabulous one, but there's also a true multilayered depth to the story. The characters, their pasts, their mental state and struggle, the support they get from each other and their friends and families. All of that is a complex world that has been masterfully built and developed and I really enjoyed all of it.
And then there's obviously the most important issue of the titular 'slander', which is a really well woven intrigue. The solution will not be very obvious and will keep you guessing for the best part of the book.

Njal is a prospect with the Raiders of Valhalla. He is trying to live his day to day life dealing with his bipolar disorder and maybe earn his way back into the club. Sophia is the daughter of a deacon of the church and an elementary school teacher who find herself involved in a scandal. Someone is trying to ruin her reputation with some untruthful accusations. With no one else to turn to the only person that can help Sophie is Njal. Even though they don't know each other very well, Njal knows right away that Sophie is not guilty of the accusations and wants to help her figure out the truth about who is behind it. Njal turns to the club to help him protect her and discover who is behind the scandal.
