The thing about Fox Blackwood is that he's a no-good, stupid, irritating boy.
And, also, I hate him.
Don't worry, he hates me too. It's a mutual hatred born of disrespect and insults.
Ever since he came back from his "adventurous" twenties, he's treated me like a scourge upon this earth. The idiot thinks I want to steal his place in the small town of October, Tennessee.
Yeah, my eyes are rolling, too.
As if I care. I've carved my own place here, and I fit snuggly in it. Before he showed up, anyway, invading my found family and becoming my seriously grumpy boss.
He's dead set on ruining my every moment of peace and ignoring any bits of intelligent thought I try to imbue upon his simple mind. He can't seem to get it through his thick skull that we're just fine without him.
I am just fine without him.
Until...
Ugh. I hate this, but...
Until suddenly, I'm not.
Enemies to WHAT is book one in a series of sweet small town closed-door romances. This funny enemies-to-lovers romcom features forced proximity, a damsel in distress, and a man who yearns more than he breathes.
Storm Sterling loves writing unhinged, closed-door romance that’s HOT without spice. She lives in midwest America with a large, broad-shouldered man and three tiny clones. It is her life goal to write books well enough that she can afford all of her favorite author's books. This goal is secondary only to playing Stardew Valley all day every day.
Please buy Storm’s books so she can afford more gaming hours and more Camilla Evergreen books. Seriously. Please. She’s desperate.
Holy banter and tension, Batman 🤩 this is truly the most fun reading a book I’ve had in a long time: the characters are irresistibly entertaining with their sassy and menacing banter. I think I’ve found a new favorite author! I started this book at 6pm and stayed up until the next morning reading it 🤭 it was totally worth missing out on sleep!
You get both fun, tension- filled banter and a really sweet broken to healing story that is completely adorable and pulls at your heart. I love how the FMC is invited into his family as a newcomer in town and how they shower her with love. And even more, I love the fiesty relationship she has with their son when he returns home to run the family business. The dual POV hits just right because you get to see that fine line between frustrating but playful annoyance and the longing with heavy yearning. As if working together wasn’t enough tension torture for these two, they end up having to live together temporarily. this MMC can really pine 🫠
I read romcoms often, but I love how much of the comedy side was in this romance 💗 10/10 recommend Now I’ll be off to read everything else from this author.
💜 Forced Proximity 💜 Reluctant Forced Proximity 💜 Banter 💜 Grumpy x Black Cat 💜 Broken to Healing 💜 Workplace Romance 💜 Adult Characters 💜 Fun Hate to Lovers 💜 Sassy FMC 💜 Broody, Reliable MMC

This was so hilarious. Her books always manage to make me smile. Poem was a riot, being dificult on purpose to anger the man. Fox was so down bad for her, the poor man was coming at the seams holding his feelings. I just loved their push and pull, it was all over the place and it gave me life. I loved the secondary characters and just everything about the book
Loved this one! Fun read of enemies to lovers with poor Fox being utterly gone for Poem and her totally clueless. I loved that while Poem had been through very hard stuff, she let that strengthen her & rose above it. Fantastic found family!
I adored this book(as I have all of Storm Sterling's books)! This is such a fun story. I love how she always writes perfectly flawed characters who are hilarious and unhinged in the best way. The banter is hot(not spicy). As usual, I can't wait for the next book.
And, once again, Storm delivers with all new characters for us to fall in love with.
Fox believes he’s the black sheep of the family, and for an understandable reason. After all, he’s the son who took the coward’s way out- leaving a note for his twin brother to find and taking off on his motorcycle to roam the country, picking up night shifts at random bars along the way to fill up his tank and hit the road again. Bar fights, women… by the time he decided it was time to come home Fox fully believes while he can work towards being a better man, he’ll still always be the screwup in his family’s eyes.
And why did he run? Because he couldn’t handle the idea of being shackled to his parent’s bar so they could finally retire. After all, his twin, Wolfe was already midway into an apprenticeship as a tattoo artist, and sister, Almond was at cosmetology school.
Imagine Fox’s surprise to return home, ready to finally take on the bar, only to find his parents have a newcomer tucked under their wing… Almond’s new best friend, Poem.
Poem is frustrated from the moment Fox comes back to town. He’s grouchy, keeps firing her (which is fine because his parents just rehire her), and is forever scowling and can’t seem to stop bickering with her. Poem, a daughter of abuse just wants to fit in somewhere, but Fox’s attitude makes it clear to her that he resents her insinuating herself into his family… so she’s determined to make Fox love her like the little sister she believes herself to be. Sure, Fox is hot, but she’s already besties with Almond, and close to Wolfe and his young daughter, Amia.
Fox, however, refuses to see Poem as a sister… because he’s in love with her. What a bummer he doesn’t feel worthy enough to earn her affections back. But when a fight leads to a heated session of kissing after Poem’s house floods and Fox is forced to let her stay with him, all bets are off.
Could Fox ever accept he’s good enough for someone to love, and would Poem recognize what her own feelings might possibly be telling her?
It’s a fun time and the alternating points of view between the pair is addicting. Most of the supporting characters are people I wish would hang out in my own small town! Plus, soon we’ll get brother Wolfe’s love story before the author then turns to Almond.
Read it… you’ll be entertained and your heart will overflow with all the good and warm fuzzies found in a sweet and clean rom-com.
Poem’s favorite thing to do is to antagonize her boss, Fox. He owns the Blackwood Brew bar, and she absolutely loves to fluster him. The grumpier he gets, the happier she is.
I know this is billed as an enemies to lovers story. I mean, it’s in the title. But at no time did I ever feel like Fox and Poem were enemies. In fact, he’s desperately in love with her, and has been for years. He’s just letting his past determine his future, as instead of taking over the bar years ago, he went off on his own and was gone for a long time. He has it in his head that his parents are disappointed in him (and they have no idea, so some of the things they say seem to prove Fox’s fears).
Poem’s life hasn’t always been sunshine and roses, either. Her older sister Muse had managed to get out of their childhood home (you don’t need to know the details yet, it was a hard situation), and Poem and Sonnet had followed as soon as they were both legal adults. They were without resources, though, and while trying to sleep in their car, they were discovered by Gilbert and Belinda Blackwood, Fox’s parents.
Naturally, she loves them like family. And is continually rubbing in how much Fox’s parents love her like putting salt in a wound.
I get why Poem doesn’t know love when she sees it, especially when it’s coming from Fox. It takes some time for the realization to finally hit, which dovetails nicely with Fox’s redemption. It’s sweet and gratifying when he finally lets his love for Poem show, though she doesn’t realize her feelings until a bit later. And it's thanks in part to Fox’s parents, though that hadn’t been the intention.
Enemies to lovers is my favorite romance trope, because rarely are the protagonists actual enemies. It’s beautiful, watching these two people who have very different fears about what they deserve, still come together, and realize they’ve been deserving of love the whole time. Another tugging of my heart strings from this talented author.
Storm Sterling does it again another amazing book! I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever read one of her books and not enjoyed it. At this point, anything she writes is an automatic read for me, and this one was so, so good.
Poem is full of sass, and oh my gosh, I absolutely love her. She is hilarious and had me laughing the entire way through. The banter between Poem and Fox? Perfection. I was laughing out loud more times than I can count. Fox is such a sweetheart, and the sweet moments between them had my heart completely melting.
I also loved Fox’s apartment how colorful it is, how much personality it has. Yes. 100% yes. His decorating style is just so fun.
One of my favorite things about this book is its theme: your mistakes do not define you. What matters is how you learn from them and the choices you make moving forward. I also loved how the story shows that your parents ‘choices and where you come from do not define you either You are allowed to grow beyond that and become your own person. I fell in love with Poem and Fox, I adored the nicknames (especially “kit” 💕), and their backstories, and the way they came together.I honestly don’t think there’s a single page in this book that isn’t highlighted.
I’m genuinely sad it’s over and will be counting down the days until the next book is out. I also love Wolfe and cannot wait to get a book about him. And the cover? Honestly gorgeous.
Thank you so much, Storm Sterling, for this ARC read 🥰
Highlights:
• Poem and Fox (obviously)
• Tattoo feathers
• He’s a twin
• Chapter 28 when he shows her his tattoo… oh my gosh
• Chapter 18 no words. Fox calling her “kit” had my whole heart
Fox and Poem… an interesting pair, that’s for sure, but also what made this story so unique and fun… and a little unhinged.
Let me start with the FMC. Poem’s inability to say anything without trying to be witty annoyed me initially. It took me a while to warm up to her. She was frustratingly clueless at times, but also endearing and a lot of her “need for a family” was explained by her past trauma. I couldn’t help but want good things for her even if I rolled my eyes through it. I found myself liking her and rooting for her in the end.
I enjoyed the banter between her and Fox and loved his family, their work relationship and the whole forced proximity situation.
Fox was grumpy and delightful and I felt bad that Poem was so oblivious and kind of mean to him while completely missing the point. I think the pink tiger bath rug, apple toothbrush holder, and mentions of bedazzling tip jars showed an extra sensitive and sweet side to Fox’s tattooed self and I loved how he didn’t take Poem’s crap, but also completely indulged her as well.
Favorite Fox quote (there were many): “Grimacing I decide at this stage my best option is to let her do whatever she wants to do and simply do my best to survive through her whims. It’s what I’ve been doing for years already, and the worst this plan has resulted in is my continuous torture, temptation, and torment. Tried and true, basically.”
I know I liked it because I was inwardly yelling, “KISS ALREADY!!!!” Were these characters a bit strange, definitely troubled and slightly inappropriate? Yeah. Still loved it. That’s why reading fiction is fun. It doesn’t have to work in real life. Don’t say I didn’t warn you though.
Fox. Blackwood. Need I say more? Well, I will say more, but really, there is no need because Fox Blackwood is everything.
First of all, I love Poem (such a pretty name), she’s such a chaos gremlin and loves nothing more than antagonising Fox. He’s her boss, and she delights in making his life a living hell. She adores his family, though. His twin brother is so kind and sweet towards her; his sister is her best friend. His parents took her under their wing and gave her a job when she first arrived in town with nothing. But when Fox returned to the town and the family business, they clashed right away.
Fox is a complex guy; he never actually disliked Poem. He just doesn’t think himself worthy of her, or anyone else in the town. He has a lot of issues and needs a lot of guidance, but when he chooses to love, he loves fiercely and is loyal to a fault. He’s handsome, hot, tattooed, strong and manly, oh and has a stuffed crow on his bed.
The whole town of October are a friendly bunch of folks, they all seem to care about each other and support one another. They rally around Poem when her house floods (although not enough to prevent her from having to stay with Fox, sneaky little matchmakers). They make sure she has everything she needs and help her out with the town repair fund.
This was a great start to a new series from Storm Sterling, one I am looking forward to continuing.
See, I promised myself to WAIT when a new series comes out, and not read them before the author has finished the series. Unfortunately, I was accepted accidentally on purpose to Storm Sterling's ARC team for this book and so had an obligation to read promptly. I blame myself.
Poem is salty sunshine (some might say, in layman's terms, a brat). Fox is grumpy stoic. The two of them clash and bicker and fight and secretly love it. Poem is determined to cement her place in the small town where Fox grew up, wiggling into his family, bar, and town in a way he wishes he could. He somehow believes he's not worthy of love or trust, and when this comes to a head, they meet with a .... (shocker) surprisingly adult and emotionally mature conversation about it. Hearts are healed. Love is found. Found-family is solidified and original-family is strengthened. Lovely. 💜
So why was this a mistake? Well. The town of October is full of absolutely charming side characters whose stories I cannot wait to read. They love bashfully, yearn at a distance, suffer loneliness, and deserve better than they have - and I am dying to see where they end up.
(Other notes: Heed the trigger warnings at the beginning of the book. Spice level: a little steamy and lots of descriptive kisses, making out, yearning. For clean-romance adults, not for kids IMO.)
This is hands down my favorite book from Storm Sterling so far (and that is saying something). The start of a new series that I couldn't put down and can't wait to read more of.
Poem is who I want to be when I grow up. She is confident, fun and completely herself. She has been through it with her family, but it has only made her stronger. Sure, she is a little bit oblivious, but that just makes her endearing. She is sassy and bratty, and has some amazing one-liners in this book. I could only hope to be as clever as Poem.
Fox is the definition of a man who pines. For some reason he has decided to deprive himself of what he wants under some misguided need to punish himself. He is also completely oblivious to how anyone else perceives him. His decorating sense is precious. His dedication to his family is commendable. He is clearly A+ leading man material.
I love their banter, the way they play. I love seeing that kind of relationship. I love watching their relationship build and progress throughout the book.
The world Sterling has built, and the families at its center are going to be a lot of fun to see expand in the rest of this series.
I received an advance copy of the book from the author in exchange for an honest review. My opinions are my own.
Poem and Fox’s story has all the feels that you expect from a Storm Sterling book. The story is so intriguing and the main characters discover that they are worthy of love (Fox), and can love (Poem).
Wolfe, Fox’s twin, apologizes for not being a better brother as he says to Fox, “As if a person ever just woke up and knew they were loved, no outside affirmations needed. As if a person who felt unworthy of love was going to have an epiphany out of nowhere that, actually, they do deserve the affection they’re working so hard to earn.” Fox becomes aware that his family does love him.
Poem’s epiphany happens soon afterward as she thinks,“When you love someone, is it this big, huge, infuriating thing? Are you supposed to want to strangle them half the time and soothe them the other half?” Hint: Yes!
Storm Sterling manages to give you the depth of these characters' discoveries of themselves while they banter and flirt with each other. For extra laughs, be sure to read the prologue and the chapter headings, as well as hilarious descriptions such as “My exercise comes more in the form of curling a chip from the bag to my mouth while I watch Teen Wolf for the five-hundredth time.” Prepare to laugh out loud!
ok wow this book was hilarious. this book takes romantic comedy to a whole new level. I’m pretty sure I laughed in almost every chapter.
I loved Fox and Poem. I love a man obsessed and an FMC who has no idea 😂 and then add the banter between the two of them and Poem’s sassiness and you have a winning combination.
Not only was the banter amazing, but the romance was top tier. The way Fox and Poem continually show up for one another? Perfection . The way Fox always makes sure that Poem knows his true feelings and continually makes her feel loved? Swoon-worthy.
“I love you,” I say again, kissing her hair. “And you make me a better person, and I think that with you, I could become the man I want to be.”
“It’s infuriating how lovable she is and how very impossible it is to resist the pull as she tugs at your heart.”
“I want to give you love, forever and always. I want to give you every good thing you could ever want and every good thing you won’t dare to hope for. I want to give you my soul and my servitude with it.”
If you’re looking for a rom-com that delivers on the romance and the comedy, then look no further. Pick this book up ASAP!
Thank you Storm for the opportunity to ARC read this book 💜
Enemies to WHAT by Storm Sterling is a communication filled book full of beautiful enemies to lovers moments.
I think this is Storm's best yet! We have depth in all of the characters, lovable characters, and I think we have a beautiful found family that you can't get enough of. The banter was on point starting from Chapter one, you couldn't help but be hooked from page one. There was so much to unpack in only 221 pages, but I loved every single bit of it.
🍑Enemies to Lovers 🍑Found Family 🍑Forced Proximity 🍑Small Town 🍑Boss x Employee 🍑Grumpy x Sunshine 🍑All the Banterrrrr 🍑Sass
This book had delicious communication, delving into the insecurities of both the FMC and MMC and boy were there insecurities. Each one was laid bare for us to see and witness, apologies were made, promises were given, and the sweet follow-through was amazing. This book was enemies to lovers in the most basic sense, and it hit me right in the heart. I'm now (in)patiently waiting for the next books.
I recommend this book if you want your whole concept of communication to be wrecked.
It’s Fox and Poem day! That’s right, Enemies to What by Storm Sterling has been released into the wild, and I am so excited for everyone to have a chance to get a copy of their book. Not going to lie, at different times I wanted to both hug and shake some sense into our delightful pair. The temptation to lock them in a room to force them to work out their issues was also there, but Poem essentially read Fox’s dear twin the riot act for considering that, and rightly so! You would think their issues would be straightforward and easy to navigate, especially given their mutual attraction to one another and a little forced proximity and family meddling thrown in, but you would be quite wrong. The way both Fox and Poem view the world, themselves, and love definitely causes quite a few problems and wrinkles along the pages of their story. But fear not, their HEA is so rewarding in the end. Grab your favorite snack as well as a brand new copy of Enemies to What and dig in to today to enjoy the beautiful banter, the sizzling chemistry and adorable realizations in this series starter by Storm Sterling. I was given a complimentary copy of this book. Thoughts and opinions are my own.
This book was absolutely fabulous. Poem is sassy, considerate, genuine and lovely. Fox is a grumpy, reserved, ruminating, handsome man with tattoos and has the tendency to put his foot in his mouth whenever Poem, the love of his life, is involved. Almond is wonderful. Emerson and Wolfe are funny. Almia is sweet, and her grandparents (Fox’s parents) are iconic. There are tattoos, shoulders, stealing clothes, sassy remarks, bickering and heartfelt conversations and growth. Swoony kisses, tasty food, with wonderful found family and lovable characters. Every time I read one of her books, I think that I would love to be friends with her characters and how to create and live in a community like that on a daily basis. This book is hot NOT spicy and frankly a delight like many of the books of hers I have read. Overall, if you like snark, found family, tattoos, complex characters, and hot not spicy workplace/enemies to lovers romance with pining male leads, then I would highly recommend this book. I got a copy of this book and these opinions are my own.
Something that I love about Storm Sterling is her ability to write deeply flawed characters that still have the emotional maturity to actually communicate their feelings. I find nothing more frustrating when reading romcoms (or romance in general) than when the MCs avoid communication or flat out lie to one another. Yet for some reason, this is an overused trope that often leads to a 3rd act breakup or an HEA that doesn't come until the last page. I love that Storm Sterling dares to write real relationships with real feelings, and you often have a good chunk of the book to enjoy seeing her characters interact as a couple (or at least a pair of people exploring their potential as a couple) rather than two people pining for one another with zero knowledge of the other's feelings. Enemies to WHAT had enough angst and slow burn to make the HEA satisfying without drawing it out to the point of annoyance. Great characters, fun story and world building, and I look forward to Wolfe's book!
ARC Review :🏠🍺💋😘🛏️ 🧁I can’t contain my excitement for this book! It revolves around Fox and Poem, who work together at Fox’s bar, who are continually are engaging in there hilarious banter that made me laugh and smile so much ☺️ . But beyond the laughs, it beautifully illustrates how Fox is always right there for Poem when she needs him, and which it is absolutely swoon-worthy. At first, Poem mistakenly believes that Fox doesn’t like her and that he hates her , but she couldn’t be more wrong because Fox is so hopelessly in love with her because that man can’t stop thinking about her ! I also think the books show well on the found family because anytime Poem needs help Fox Family is always there. And I also think that Fox and Poem show their genuine and heartfelt love to each other at anytime they need it. This story is just so romantic that it will make you smile. 🤍🩵💜♥️
Storm Sterling's newest book DELIVERS!! Enemies to WHAT?! is witty, so funny, heartfelt, and captivating from beginning to end. Poem is the sassy FMC, who came from a not so great home (read the trigger warnings), and has found a new family, if Fox would just get out of her way! Fox, the MMC, has a habit of putting his foot in his mouth around Poem, and therefore comes across as a bit of a jerk, but he is oh SO sincere and loveable! He truly wants to be the best version of himself that he can be for his family and friends, everyone in his life. Watching these two get to know each other better (through lots of sass, teasing, sincere/tough conversations, and CONSENTUAL man-handling) was so sweet and fun! This book is incredible, highly recommend, and I can't wait for the rest of the series!
“You deserve affection, Fox,” I tell him. “And you deserve to believe that you deserve it. It’s not shameful to be loved by you.”
“I want to give you family. I want to give you safety. I want to give you love, forever and always. I want to give you every good thing you could ever want and every good thing you won’t dare to hope for. I want to give you my soul and my servitude with it.”
Fox is a reformed bad boy who has been struggling to redeem himself with his family for the past several years. Poem is his employee who wants desperately to fit into his family— and he’s the one thing standing in her way.
He’s been in love with her since they first met. She thinks he hates her. So classic.
I adore the forced proximity of their situation, and that despite the fact that Poem is sure that Fox hates her, she is fiercely loyal to making sure he knows that he is safe with her. Their relationship progression is so beautiful with the way they are both so dedicated to making sure the other person feels secure. Poem is a communication queen.
This was a delight. Poem and Fox are both fantastic examples of the enemies to lovers trope, but I LOVE the way Poem avoids the RomCom pitfalls and actually communicates, actively avoids being cruel, and calls people out for poor behavior. Their story gives the author many, many opportunities to casually drop wisdom, advice, and relationship goals! By the end of the book, you adore this couple, and you are starting to give the side characters some side eye as you wonder who's going to catch the love bug next. I dearly love a RomCom series where we get to marry off all the main characters! I loved this book - I laughed, and I cried. Poem is just such a mood, and her sense of humor is perfect.
Favorite Quote: “Of course, Poem. It’s always Poem, raising my blood pressure and shortening my lifespan by years with every interaction we have, be it tantalizing or infuriating. I lost at least a decade earlier when she let me hold her against my chest”
I think I say this every time, but can I be dropped into a Storm Sterling book PLEASE?!??!?? 😍 The amount of times I just wanted to reach through the page and give Fox a hug! 🥰 🥹
That epilogue was the cutest, and that bonus epilogue has me super excited for what’s to come! 😆
Thank you to the author for the advance copy, all thoughts are my own. 🚨- Child abuse/neglect (discussed, not shown), self-harm (via hitting of head on hard surfaces, no blood)
* I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
* This is book 1 in the Sweet Small Town Romcom series, but can be read as a standalone. * First person dual pov * Spice: kisses that don't get too heated * CW: read the author's note
If you want a true one sided enemies to lovers, then look no further. Poem dislikes Fox and isn't afraid to show him. It may take a while to warm up to her, especially if you like your FMCs on the very sweet side, but she's honest with her feelings. As for Fox, I loved getting his point of view and seeing how he saw certain things. I liked that he tried helping Poem in his own way and seeing their relationship change. I also liked the side characters and am curious to read their stories too.
Storm has done it again. One of my favorite things about Storm’s books is the way the characters tend to each have their own trauma to work through and help each other grow.
I love an unrealized love by one or both parties and this book sure served it up. Getting to read Poem and Fox’s journey from enemies to lovers was so entertaining. I had to binge read this because I couldn’t put this down.
I will say just as a warning I would heed the warnings in the beginning of the book. Poem does have a pretty sad backstory that could be triggering if you aren’t prepared.
Overall I’m excited to see what happens with the other characters, Almond, Wolfe, etc.
Poem & Fox each have their own deep seated traumas to sort through, some sing pretty serious, sad stuff.
But, they bring much delight through their bantering play, physical affection, and all the hot not spicy swoony stuff.
The side characters though! LOVE. Highly recommend. Much joy that several of them are slotted for their own books after this one.
Definitely read the reader’s expectations & if none of it looks triggering for you personally, plus some to all of it looks interesting, well, then, might I suggest…reading it? Especially if you like bratty princess heroines & gruff, wants to throttle her or kiss her type of MMC.
I loved it so much I want to read it for the first time all over again. Storm packed all the emotions into this one, you’re going to smile, laugh, and cry, so be prepared.
Enemies to WHAT is first book in the To Lovers series, so I'm very excited for the rest of the series, and especially Wolfe's book as well as Almond’s.
It has all of the following tropes and more, so make sure to check it out.
Book Tropes: 🐦⬛Enemies to Lovers 🐦⬛Forced Proximity 🐦⬛Boss/Employee 🐦⬛Grumpy/Sunshine 🐦⬛Found Family 🐦⬛Small Town
I received an advance review copy, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Such a great, amazing book! I love this author’s books! This dual POV story has plenty of banter and sizzle with none of the spice.
I greatly appreciated the themes in the book of found family, love, friendships, learning to trust and most of all communication! The FMC and MMC each have their own issues in life to work through and the author does a fantastic job with how they work it out.
I love the comedy though the entire book. I couldn’t stop grinning during the last third of the book. I definitely recommend this book!
Storm started a new series! Eeeeee! (Happy squeals) I loved this book for its simplicity. Just 2 people, their backstories, and them finding love. The dialogue that brings them together is totally beautiful, mature, and captivating. I did wish for more explanation of the MMC’s past, but we might get that in future books. All of the side characters are super endearing and I’m dying thinking of how long I have to wait for their books, but this is going to be a super fun journey. 100% recommend!
Storm has a way of wrapping a story around your heart. I don’t think I’ve read parents written by another author that play such profound roles. Fox and Poem, however, will leave you laughing, crying, and everything in between. From the sparring to the flirting, (which is totally the same thing), you won’t be able to put this book down. I know I couldn’t.
No spice No language Read the author’s note
PS- to those of you being mean to Storm, stop. (Not that you read my reviews, but seriously. Go find another hobby.)
I loved this book so very much. Allow me to rant about WHY. Ok Poem. I loved her name and I loved her attitude. I loved that she didn't let her childhood destroy her life even though she had every right to. She didn't demean Fox when she could've. She was like the perfect salty sweet Fox was amazing! I loved Storm's representation of his self esteem and self harm that didn't come in the form of drawing blood. I loved the resented love and the growth he underwent. This book was genuinely amazing, and I loved it so much. I cannot wait for the next book!
