This is book 3 of the Whispering Oaks: Steel and Seduction series and is about Jace and Willow.
Book 2 of the series is where we met Jace. His sister is the FMC/best friend is MMC.
I wasn’t sure if I would like Jace after the ending of his sisters book but he really did show that for the right woman, he is a total sweetheart with a dirty mouth and he came along way. After meeting Willow, Jace understood what all the guys had been telling him about meeting the right one.
Willow may seem like she has the amazing life. Rich parents..designer clothes..but life isn’t always what it seems. Willow is one of the sweetest people who tries to stay off her dad’s radar and she keeps tabs on her ailing grandmother.
When these two meet, sparks fly and they know they shouldn’t go there.. a relationship isn’t possible but when your heart says yes…it doesn’t really matter what your mind says.
I didn’t like Willows dad at all. I never saw him having the outcome he did though. Tory throws the little plot twists in there at times.
Will Jace and Willow get their HEA? Will Jace be the man Willow needs? Will it all blow up in their faces?

Willow and Jace’s story is fast-paced, angsty and sexy. Willow is the new boss’s daughter and should be forbidden to him, but Jace is not one to play it safe. From the moment they meet, he is aware of the pull toward her and the instinctively knows that she’s the one for him. His buddies have all recently found their soulmates and now he knows how they had felt. He can see the stress she is under working for her rather smarmy father and admires her professionalism and work ethic. When he asks her out for a meal, they end up back at his place in effort to keep her father from knowing they like each other. That night forever entwines their lives.
Willow is able to let her guard down with Jace and finds herself in his arms. His patience, compassion and kindness are elements that have been missing in her life for far too long. With her manipulative father and alcoholic mother, she has rarely felt affection or understanding, and has often been used as a pawn or blackmailed. Jace makes her feel safe, seen and heard. Their mutual attraction soon deepens into a love neither thought was possible before they met each other. Jace will do anything to ease her burdens and help her regain control of her life, even if doing so costs him his job. He asks his buddies for a little help in that area and all are more than willing to help.

Willow and Jace a somewhat mismatched pair but oh did they hit it off. Willow is the off-limits daughter of the new owner of Jaes workplace. But when she asks for help in finding some room what a guy to do but help out. And if your smart you will continue to help out as much as possible as she is his kryptonite.
They are initially pushed together to work not that either of them minds it, but one thing leads to another and the heat level between them rises to where clothes are way too warm to have on and they fall off frequently. But Jace is the type of guy who makes sure his lady is very well spoiled and satisfied in every way possible and numerous times they are together.
He gets it, you make sex better and more enjoyable for her and you will get all the sex you could want. But he does that in every phase of her life everything is better for her with Jace in it, and Jace finally gets what his sister has and now fully understands it all. That special person is worth every effort you have to give because of how they make you feel when you are with them and how you feel when they aren't.
Loved the book quick read, loved Jace being the man in control most the time and how being with her tests that when he can't control it all but is there if she needs/ wants him.

Between The Sheets is book 3 in the Whispering Oaks: Steel & Seduction series and features Jace & Willow. Jace is the older bother of Jade and best friends with Locke who we met in book 2. I knew from meeting Jace in the previous book that whoever stole his heart was gonna be one hell of a woman. IT felt like their story picked up right where Jade and Locke's left off. It was like coming home.
Tory did not disappoint with these two. The attraction between these two was instant and only got stronger and hotter as the story went on. Willow has been dealing with a whole heck of a lot while hiding it all from everyone. From an emotional abusive father, an alcoholic absent mother to her ailing grandmother. She always kept up appearances while doing everything she could to stay close to ger grandmother. The one person she loved more than anything. Jace had me swooning in how he cared for Willow and seemed to see her when no one else did. He saw the work she put in, how her father treated her and how she needed someone to shoulder the burden with her.
If you like interlinking stories, instalove, sone family drama (both good and bad), plenty of steamy scenes, a protective alpha MMC and a sweet and sassy FMC and a definite HEA then this one is for you!!!

**Heartfelt!**
"Between the Sheets" is the third book in the Whispering Oaks: Steel & Seduction series. I loved Willow; she is truly a sweetheart. Unfortunately, her abusive father uses her kindness and love for her grandmother against her, forcing her to work as an accountant at the Industrial, the same place where Jace works. From the moment he meets Willow, they both feel an instant connection. I love how protective Jace is of Willow—he is supportive, understanding, and willing to come to her rescue with just a phone call.
Jace's family embraces Willow and welcomes her into their lives. Their relationship grows stronger as they get to know each other, forming a deeper, more intense, and passionate connection that is incredibly spicy and sizzling.
This interconnected series is well-developed with wonderful characters; each couple finds their happily ever after. Jace and Willow's journey was truly a heartfelt, emotional experience that I couldn't put down. I devoured this book in one sitting and am already looking forward to seeing who will be next in the series

Easy decisions when following your heart
Between the Sheets is the third book in the Whispering Oaks: Steel & Seduction series by Tory Baker. Once again this author has delivered a fantastic book into my hands and I enjoyed the entire read, from cover to cover. Be aware that this series has interconnected characters and story-lines but I you should still be able to read the books as standalones, but better if you read them in order as it adds a better understanding. This is the story of Willow and Jace. They know each other because Willow is the daughter of his boss, and she works in the business also. These two have an instant spark that has been brewing for a while. Both know they are forbidden but with one little slip things go off the rails quickly and they find themselves falling hard. Willow is a young woman who has been able to keep up the appearance of a perfect daughter, perfect family, and always doing what is expected. But either Jace that very high wall starts to crumble and Jace is the one who will be there to catch and comfort her. Some decisions are easy to make when they are made from the heart.

This is book three in the author’s Whispering Oaks: Steel and Seduction series featuring hot, obsessed, blue collar working men. It’s interconnected with her Undercover Lovers series with all the guys (and their women) occasionally making cameos here making me want to do a total reread starting with the Rowdy Johnson Brothers as they also have characters in common.
Jace, the MMC in our book, is just as obsessed and possessive as any of the author’s other characters. Thankfully, I don’t think she could write ‘em any other way—they’re all amazing!
Willow, the FMC, was strong and extremely likable as have been all of her FMCs. No wimpy women for her MMCs! I had no complaints either with Willow or the relationship between she and Jace, they were super hot together which made reading this book a breeze and recommending it a no brainer. Check it out! 4.5 stars

We met Jace throughout this series and we now get his love story with Willow! Jace is a rough around the edges kind of guy who was known as a love them and leave them type up until a few months ago. Seeing his sister and his friends settle down really got to him, but meeting the woman he never knew he needed changed him for the better. Willow was his new bosses daughter, a somewhat forbidden relationship, but not really. There was some drama with Willow's family, and some details I didn't expect, but I loved how it all turned out. I did receive an ARC book for this one, so not sure if the published book is different, but if it's the same then it needed a bit more editing in regards to misspelled words and repeating sentences. A lot of steam, with a bit of side plot! No cheating or OM/OW drama, no condoms, instalove, dual POV, HEA and an epilogue in the future. Looking forward to what's next in this series!

This is the third book in this amazing series. It’s been so good so far and this one is no exception. Jace and Willow are one of those couple you fall head over heels for. He calls her Peaches talk about swoon worthy. Jace is the over the top protective brother of Jade and we meet him in book two. He gives Locke and Jade a really heard time about their relationship. But in his story he captures your heart.
Willow is his boss’s daughter and should be off limits. But it doesn’t matter there attraction is instantaneously. After one night they fall hard and it turns into a steamy and beautiful romance.
Unfortunately there’s a lot of drama with Willows family but in the end it all comes together. Now they are ready to start their life together. This is an incredible romance with awesome wonderful characters. ❤️

This whole series with this group of men has been the best! It’s hot, sexy, passion filled and stand by your woman! Once they decide this is the woman they want. They will do everything in their power to make it happen. Jace has finally found the woman that makes him want only her. Willow has always felt like she is not seen - not by her father, mother or co-workers but she would be wrong. Jace sees her and is willing to take a chance with her. “Jace looked at me like I was the only thing in the world worth paying attention to. Like I mattered. No hesitation. He touched me like I was something special.” Willow can be her true self with Jace. It is a ridiculously hot, sexy, crazy love! I recommend the whole series - I don’t think you will regret it!.

Book 3 of the series and we have Jace, wasn’t too sure if i was going to like him as in book 2 he didn’t come across as the nicest with the way he reacted to Locke his best friend and his sister Jade getting together but I must admit he came across really likeable, when he meets Willow the new employee at his workplace the attraction is instant and he knows he’s found the woman who is strong enough to handle him. Willow is strong, sweet and dealing with family issues. I really liked the direction this story took and how it was handled. As always the steam between them was on fire, good to catch up with previous characters and getting to know Toren whom I hope I will be reading about soon. A very enjoyable read.

When Willow begins working for the company her father recently invested in she meets Jace and the connection she feels for him is unexpected. When they arrange to have dinner together she confides in him the family dynamics that she is facing which only brings them closer.
From the moment that Jace met Willow he knows that she was the one and didn’t care if his job became collateral damage. When he finds out what she is going through all he wants to do is protect and be there for her and show her the wonderful life they could have together.
Willow has had to be strong as she had no other choice, but when Jace comes into her life she realizes that she doesn’t have to face everything on her own and the chemistry and feelings between them are intense and never in doubt.
From the moment that Jace met Willow he knows that she was the one and didn’t care if his job became collateral damage. When he finds out what she is going through all he wants to do is protect and be there for her and show her the wonderful life they could have together.

I loved that Willow didn’t blink at Jace’s playboy past s as long as it stayed there, nor did she balk at the fact her dad was his boss. She knew what she wanted, was secure in herself, and leant on him when needed. Jace was steadfast and loyal once he found the woman for him, and smart in an understated way.
Admittedly the drama was a bit over the top, but it fit in the way you expect from an instalove novella rather than a full romance novel.
Definitely enjoyed, and look forward to seeing which couple is up next.

This is the third in the Whispering Oaks, the last one being Jace's sister Jade getting with his best friend and them keeping it under wraps. There is some drama but Jace takes the time to re-evaluate his life. There is a new owner where he works with that comes the man's daughter. She makes an impression on him, he is ready to make her his, he just needs to know if she is on board.
There is a lot of Willow's family drama but Jace is there to help her every step of the way. This is a very steamy read with some family drama.

The men of Tory Baker’s books will melt your kindle. Jace is no saint when it comes to the bedroom, but the one and done scene is getting old, especially now that all his friends are settling down. Willow’s father just became partner at Jace’s job, and she now works with him. She might be off limits to Jace, but that’s never stopped him before. Being with Willow is everything he never knew he wanted. He’s all in, and so is she. Their story is steamy, sweet and sassy. I love the banter and the friendships that carry out through each book. I’d love to be invited to the group chat of these characters. Loved it!

I loved Willow and Jace! These two are hott AF! Willow is very sweet and very protective of her Grandmother, who is in poor health. Jace knew that Williow was for him as soon as he saw her but then he finds out that she is his new boss’s daughter. Jace and Willow are wonderful and prefect for each other and I really loved the protectiveness that Jace has for Willow. I can’t wait to see what Tory has in store for us next with Toren and Nora’s book next.

Jace works at Industrial when the owners daughter Willow comes to work there as the accountant. It was lust at first sight and he ask her to dinner at his place and she ended up staying the night. Things are going great until her recovering alcoholic mother finds out some serious bad things going on with her tyrant father. Jace knows he loves her and pretty sure she loves him so now he puts it to the test. Love the relationship Jace and Willow have as they tear up the sheets, counter and everything in between.

A sexy instalove workplace romance that is all about being there for her and makes it burn that much hotter! I ate up Jace, who’s the perfect used to be a playboy but now he wants it all, MMC. He’s adorable and sexy and charming and its so cute how much he love his mama and admires everything she did for him and his sister as a single mom and the way he used what he knows about how strong a woman can be but knows that doesn’t mean she always has to be…divine. It’s standing next to her not in front of her, always showing up, and knowing when to make a stand and it’s fabulous.

I read this book in less than a hour! Willow and Jace are perfect for each other and even thought they come from different backgrounds I think they are very similar!
Willow standing up for herself was amazing. I was so happy when Willows's mom stood up for herself, her mother, and her daughter. I wanted to drop kick William ashford I!. But he got what he deserved in then end!

My goodness there was some chemistry between these two, they set things on fire when they were together. I liked how real they could be with each other, that they shared the good and not so good with each other and the support they gave one another too. I liked that I did not see how this story would go, that he was there for her and those she cared about when she needed him and that he gave her people who supported, protected and loved her and made her part of their family too.

The characters were very complex and complicated and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building was excellent and solidly drawn. All in all a great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.

Holy hotness this book is absolutely fantastic and smoking hot . It will definitely have you engrossed from the beginning until the end. Jace meets Willow but when he finds out its his bosses daughter can he stay away from her? Willow has had it rough between her parents and sick grandma can Willow find love? Absolutely liked it.

This is book 3 in Whispering Oaks Steel & Seduction series. Jace was introduced in book 2 in the series and I wasn't a huge fan. Jace redeemed himself with his interactions with Willow. I loved how all in and honest about his past with Willow. Willow has family issues especially with her father but now she has the support of Jace. Good addition to the series. Loved them as a couple.

I loved this book! I was excited for Jace’s book after the last book in the series and it was fun to get to see his story.
Willow works for her dad as an accountant. She’s starting at a company he just bought and finds herself in the orbit of Jace.
Jace isn’t sure what to do about Willow at first. He knows without a doubt that she is meant to be his but he hasn’t first figure out how to make that happen.

This was such an enjoyable story! Jace was so sweet and was there for Willow with everything she was going through with her family. Willow was a sweetheart who was doing everything she could to take care of her beloved grandmother, including deal with her nasty father. These two have some strong chemistry right from the start! Great read that I definitely recommend! This is my honest opinion of this complimentary copy of this book

Another sizzling romance read in this series featuring Jace and Willow. If you like an alpha man who falls fast and hard, is totally devoted and obsessed with his woman, this is it. I loved how Jace was so supportive of Willow during the trials she faced. Undeniable chemistry, slowburn to sizzle, family dynamics, drama, emotional connection, friends and so much more. Cannot wait for the next book!
