All the core detail of what the system is
It made me read the original as well. The extra time and twenty bucks or so yielded a little more colour but not worth it. The core concept: Stop getting distracted and stop reasoning yourself Into procrastination. Plan ahead an execute against tasks. Build firewalls around you against interruptions and distractions. One of the better summary books
