This book hardly grazes the surface on feelings and the bible examples are sparse. The author is more concerned with man’s opinion than God’s. Her biggest worry is being canceled by society. In the book, the author was hard to relate to and the stories felt shallow. The bible study did nothing for spiritual growth nor emotional growth. I found at times she was contradicting. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Superb book in a daily Bible study format unpacking the area of emotional health and wellbeing. This book was so timely.

The content is almost never spoken about in the community of believers but it's so vital that we understand how we're wired by our Creator and how to partner with Him to live in a way which honours how we've been created.
