Sadie moved to the mountains to disappear. Unfortunately, three days in and her brooding landlord seems determined to keep her very much seen. Holden Strickland watches. A lot. And yes, there’s something undeniably stalkerish about a massive mountain man lingering around your cabin when you’re running from your past. Holden may not be dangerous, but if you’ve survived the kind of suffocating “care” Sadie escaped, wariness comes naturally. Sadie’s ex, Spencer, perfected control disguised as devotion, and the betrayal cut even deeper when even her own mother thought he hung the moon. So, when Holden, a paramedic ranger with an unsettling ability to read what others miss, saw Sadie’s fear the second she stepped onto his land, he also knew that nothing was getting to her without first going through him. The way Holden watches her and even films her, was a bit creepy at first, but he never crosses the line. Well… not exactly. Everything shifts when Sadie crashes her car and Holden takes charge, hauling her to his cabin and assuming control in a way that feels dangerous, intense… and disturbingly right. Sadie hates how much she likes it, but this isn’t Spencer. This is consent wrapped in power, and the difference matters. The faux blackmail game was deliciously twisted and hands-down the hottest scene in the book. And the fact that Holden filmed it? Oh, la la. Sadie leans fully into Holden’s dominance—every degrading word, every command, every second on her knees with the camera rolling, and it’s scorching. In the end, the most unforgivable villain isn’t the darkly intense mountain man, it’s Sadie’s mother. Her betrayal hits hard, making Sadie’s final act of self-respect deeply satisfying. If you love mountain man romances with sharp edges, spicy roleplay, and unapologetic kink, this book absolutely delivers.

How I adore these stories!! It’s like Christmas every time Bridget sends me a new ARC of her next possessive ranger. Truly, rangers are top tier for me now. Cowboys? Kindly move over.
This one kicks off a new series, 'Paramedic Rangers', and returns to a full standalone model. There may be light interconnected elements here and there, we shall see, but they’re more like fun Easter eggs for longtime fans and won’t impact your reading at all. That’s the beauty of these books, you can jump into whichever story calls to you based on tropes alone and be perfectly satisfied. They make fantastic HEA palate cleansers when needed.
I’m lucky enough to love just about every trope out there, so I always dive in headfirst. And honestly, if I bump my head too hard this time, at least they’re trained paramedic rangers and fully capable of taking good care of me… and then absolutely ruining me.
The characters in this one were hot hot hot. We also get a combo I didn’t realize I needed until now: landlord x tenant. What?! Yes, please. Add in the roleplay and I was fully sold. I love seeing characters have fun in their relationships and unapologetically lean into their fantasies and that’s exactly what happens here.

I will never not be impressed by how much emotion and heat Bridget can pour into 80ish pages. This novella is hands down a 6 star read!

The isolated cabin setting during a storm adds a perfect backdrop for their fiery connection. Their interactions are charged with a mix of longing and restraint, making the moments of connection all the more explosive.
Holden is not just a brooding ranger. He's a man with vulnerabilities and a fierce protectiveness that makes him irresistible. Sadie's journey of self-discovery and her struggle between wanting to hide and feeling drawn to Holden was beautifully portrayed. The emotional stakes are high, making every turn of the page thrilling.
The intimate scenes are steamy and well-written! It has all the smutty goodness. Full of heart-pounding passion with the exploration of desire, isolation, and the lengths we go to for love.

This definitely was about some dark , kinky sex. Sadie rents a cabin from Holden, A Paramedic Ranger, who has lived alone for years, but decides that Sadie is different, and that she will belong to him. He watches her from outside, and takes a video of her starting to tease him, but changes her mind. Flips him off instead. She winds up refusing to listen to his warnings about the mountain roads being dangerous in the rain, and hits a tree. He followed her to make sure she made it safe, so he gets her out of the car and demands that she's going to stay with him. Lots of his Dominant, Kinky personality comes out full strength, and the filthy things he says to her seem to really light a fire in her. It's fully consensual, but it wasn't for me. I respect that we all have things that do it for us, but I could never be turned on by my man calling me a dirty slut. To each their own. He is however forthcoming about how this is just a kink play because they both like it, but he's also protective, and nurturing when they aren't having sex. There is a HEA ending. Trish. A.

Bridget Adrienne's books have been getting progressively darker and I've loved them all, but blackmail was nearly where I drew the line.
I'm so glad I didn't. The blackmail leaned more into CNC territory instead of being threatening, and Holden genuinely cared about Sadie. He took precautions to make sure she knew she was safe and it was just a fantasy. There were conversations about kink and limits that really impressed me. Despite being one of her darker novellas, it was also the most mature emotionally. It easily became my favorite.
AND, the cherry on top, what we've all (okay, just me) been waiting for...there's lube!!! I was so excited! Thank you for keeping Sadie safe and comfortable!🥰🎉

Craved By The Ranger by Bridget Adrienne as a short, dark, mountain man romance is ideal for an afternoon curled up on the sofa.
The the storyline was well crafted and paced for the short format with main characters Holden, paramedic ranger and landlord to mountain newcomer Sadie, engaging.
The story had me hooked from the start with their mutual attraction and curiosity evident which quickly turned to sizzling tension and chemistry.
Protectiveness and confrontation leads to some steamy and spicy scenes as both characters navigate their personal issues and insecurities and with a little suspense and drama thrown in, this quick read had me turning the pages right through to their satisfying HEA.
I look forward to reading more by this author.

Well, that’s a new one for sure. Bridget had me blushing and laughing so hard I thought I was gonna die from how red my face was. I finished this and the bonus scene as my husband walked in from work saying “What’s for dinner? Daddy’s hungry.” and to say that I broke down laughing/crying hysterically would be an understatement. I couldn’t breathe for a minute, I know this isn’t a daddy dom romance but after reading Holden and Sadie’s story, him saying it that way just broke something inside of me. I realized a while ago I like these types of books, but I didn’t realize how much I would like the dynamic. I enjoyed how Sadie immediately felt safe around Holden, even after she caught him watching her during a rainstorm. I can’t wait to read more of Bridget’s books very soon and see what tropes she writes next.

She is looking forward to getting away and having time to herself so she rents a secluded cabin. He is her hot and hunky landlord that seems to have little to say to her yet everytime she turns around he is there. She can't tell if he likes her or can't stand her, until they get trapped together and she quickly realizes he doesn't do anything half way. He is OTT and intense, a man on a mission and intent on getting what he wants. She is independent but there is something about a man that shows up. It is steamy with a happily ever after.

'Craved by the Ranger' by Bridget Adrienne was an absolute page-turner! The story was sizzling hot, with a possessive MMC, forced proximity, voyeurism, and plenty of spice. It follows the story of Holden, a paramedic ranger who's also Stacy's landlord, and Stacy, who's trying to escape her abusive past. As Stacy settles into her new life, she finds everything she didn't know she wanted in her hot landlord. She found safety and someone to explore her desires. If you're in the mood for a spicy romance that you can finish in one sitting, this is the book for you!

This was exactly as described-insta love, steamy, and a quick read! I did enjoy the brief glimpses of the characters and how our heroine had left behind manipulative people to make a fresh start. This was the first time I read something by this author and I would recommend it as long as you are on board with my first sentence! There was a bit of background for both, which helps, because many short stories completely leave that out. I would recommend the read!

Another amazing short spicy novella by Bridget Adrienne! I loved how this book not only has lots of spice, but also shows you a deep emotional side of the characters. We get a look at their pasts and how it connects them and draws them to each other! Their connection is undeniable! I loved this book from start to finish!

Another great, quick, steamy story by Bridgette Adrienne! The title says it all. From the moment Holden saw Sadie, he knew he had to have her. He craved her. Needed to be near her - to protect, to watch, to have.

I love Bridget’s novellas, but this one wasn’t a favourite for me.
It had lots of passion, role play, it could’ve had a great plot. I just felt it was very vague with the plot and characters. Maybe this one would’ve been better being longer to give it more plot? It just felt like something was missing, but still good!

This book was smoking HOT OMG. I was not expecting the spice to hit so hard with this one!
Sadie is renting while she escaped a not so great reality and Holden is her landlord. Our man is obsessed and loves to watch her, and Sadie is absolutely into it!
These two are into voyeurisms and exhibitionism and I am here for! The video recordings were the absolutely best part.

As usual, Bridget delivered a fast pace, HEA, spicy little story who can be read in a couple of hour ! I love them so much, specialy when I want to read, but don't feel like diving into a huge complicated book !

This book was a surprise to me and I almost stopped reading it. But when I got into it, I understood it better and enjoyed it more. Holden is a paramedic ranger and Stacy's running from her ex. Stacy and Holden fit together with their kinks. I give it 4.5 stars.

Love the spicy and pull this book had. Wasn’t a huge fan of the landlord/renter trope but I got over it quickly when he takes care of her. These two make a cute couple.
