Take action

This is a great self help book. Olivia Telford not only explains not only the concepts methods to help stop overthinking, negative thought patterns, but also allows me as a reader to be a passenger on her own journey.

Everything is explained on a step by step basis. This does make some of the steps repetitive, but yo me that just helps drum the point home.

The book is mix of different therapies and psychological methodologies. Though Olivia says what worked best for her the most important lesson in this book is everyone need to find what works best for themselves. This means putting in the work and the work is constant. There is no magic pill and there is no ending to improvement.

incredible book

I will say that it was being sent to my email a lot. So I said I'll get this. Thought it would be slightly typical. But this really helped and just changed my world. What an incredible book.

This is a book I will have to give to my friends. It's a generational shift, and it's the world we are coming to. Let's show love and peace.

I strongly recommend.
