Found a lot of different ideas and information that could be really handy for parents to know and use. While it's not something that i have knowingly had to deal with, it's good information for every parent to have. Great way to know what to look out for with seemingly "difficult" children. arc from NetGalley
A fantastic read, and solid advice for anyone suffering with anxiety amongst kids and stress management. Helpful easy to use tips and strategies to make REAL differences. This is a resource that should be in every home in this day and age.
Really enjoyed the tools in this book. Although my children so far only seem to experience average levels of anxiety I still feel that the tools will be so helpful with them. Making CBT techniques accessable to use with the family in family situations is so helpful. I loved the "thinking trap Culprits"... and explaining anxiety in ways that helps children to understanding what is happening in their bodies.
