A wild, whip-smart and hilarious memoir confessing the highs, lows and sexploits of viral sensation, Only Fans star, porn creator, podcaster, entrepreneur and call girl Blue-Eyed Kayla Jade. Honest, unflinchingly raw and wickedly amusing, Call Girl Confidential reveals the truth behind being a full-service sex worker in Australia today.
Australia's most sex-positive influencer reveals the truth behind being an international full-service sex worker in this unflinchingly honest, whip-smart and hilarious memoir.
Charting the highs, lows and sexploits of viral sensation, Only Fans creator Blue-Eyed Kayla Jade, Call Girl Confidential chronicles her journey into sex work, detailing Kayla’s many adventures – including with those in the upper echelons of power – and her experience juggling motherhood with two small children.
Equal parts raw memoir, seductive romp and eye-opening tell-all, Call Girl Confidential challenges assumptions about ambition, femininity and success by redefining what it means to be a woman who unapologetically claims her worth, her pleasure and her future in today’s digital world.
“The days and weeks were long; the c*cks, longer.”
Call Girl Confidential by Blue-Eyed Kayla Jade drops you straight into a world that feels glossy on the surface but messy underneath, following a young woman navigating sex work, social media, motherhood and the strange performance of being seen but not really known. It’s bold, cheeky, and at times surprisingly vulnerable, like scrolling through someone’s curated feed and suddenly stumbling on the truth behind it.
What I loved most is how readable it is. Kayla’s voice feels like a late night overshare from a friend who’s had one too many drinks, funny, sharp, a little chaotic, but also cutting straight to something real. There’s a strong sense of control in how the story is told, even when the author’s life feels anything but.
It doesn’t shy away from the complicated stuff either, power, agency, loneliness, and the blurred lines between empowerment and exploitation. While it absolutely leans into the glam and drama (because yes, we want that), there’s an undercurrent of “what does this cost?” running through it.
Is it subtle? Not particularly. But honestly, that’s part of the appeal. It’s loud, addictive, and just a little bit provocative, like the literary equivalent of a neon flashbulb going off right in your face.
If you’re in the mood for something fast paced, a little scandalous, and packed with personality, this one’s a very fun ride.
I Highly Recommend.
Thank you Affirm Press for my advanced readers copy.
IMPORTANT: definitely a read for 18+ and I won’t be giving this a rating as it is a memoir and I feel icky giving someone a rating out of 5 when it is literally their life story.
Call Girl Confidential is the highly anticipated memoir from sex-positive influencer Blue Eyed Kayla Jade.
The honesty and openness that Kayla pours into her writing is so evident. Having watched a few of her TikToks in the past, and listened to her podcast, it is clear this book is an extension of those medias. Her voice is so very prominent, and it reads as though she is simply sitting in front of you telling you about crazy experiences from her life.
And they are CRAZY. Whew! The life this woman has lived is beyond comprehension. The parties she’s attended, the people she has met and damn, the money she has made (!!) blew me away.
However, what stuck with me the most was how grounded Kayla is. Yes, she has lived this extravagant, high-speed, high-risk lifestyle, but the moments she cherishes the most are those with her family unit. You can tell she is fantastic at compartmentalising, because reading about her escapades as a sex worker and then jumping to her life as a mum- they’re absolutely two wildly different people.
One note, Kayla is very open about having ADHD and this is definitely reflected in the writing style. Sometimes the narrative was not very cohesive and some experiences Kayla was describing felt unfinished- but I felt as though this enhanced the reading experience and showed you a glimpse into her mind.
You will not want to miss this release, quite possibly the most entertaining and jaw dropping memoir I have ever read. I am so appreciative to Kayla Jade for how forthright she is in her storytelling, because you will have the time of you LIFE reading her book.
I was so excited to receive an ARC of this book. Like most people I was super excited to get my hands on an early copy of this book and see what her line of work is all about. Kayla Jade quite literally bares it all and gives us a look into her lifestyle.
First of all this is a very sex and body positive book which I applaud! Even though it is 2026 we are still seeing women shamed for these things and it was so great to read a book that was so openly candid about it all.
You could really see Kayla’s personality shine through and the casual way it was written felt like she was sitting right there with you talking away.
For me personally, it just doesn’t resonate with me as I hoped it would. Some parts fell a bit flat for me and some of the anecdotes felt more surface-level than reflective. I think what I was hoping for was a bit more introspection alongside the humour and honesty.
That said, readers who enjoy very candid, tell-it-like-it-is memoirs, may enjoy it more than I did!
A big thank you to Affirm Press and Simon and Schuster for the ARC
Now I knew this was going to be pretty juicy and full throttle as an avid watcher of Kayla’s TikTok videos and listener of her podcast — what I wasn’t expecting was how honest, raw, emotional and genuinely hilarious this was.
From the funnier, chaotic, vividly sexy and provocative moments that played out surrounding her career and experiences to the profoundly intelligent, interesting and deeply introspective nature of the conversations on sex, intimacy, shame, womanhood, motherhood, abuse and mental health.
Ultimately this is a memorable, chaotic, hilarious yet genuinely courageous story of a woman taking charge, having power over her sexuality, body autonomy and creating a safer, healthier, less stigmatised community for all women wanting to own their sexual identity without shame or guilt.
Side note— I still really wanna know how Peggy Sue is…
This was probably the the funniest, raunchiest, most disorganized memoir I've ever read/listened to. Extremely entertaining and if you've ever come across Kayla Jade on social media, she 100% stayed true to her authentic voice in this debut.
I was entertained the entire time through, but definitely recommend this for 18+ readers because it is EXTREMELY graphic - which I guess is to be expected, but still.
I’ve followed Blue Eyed Kayla Jade for years, and one thing about KJ is she has always been unapologetically real. Raw, messy, honest, funny, vulnerable… and that’s exactly what this book felt like.
Call Girl Confidential was JUICY. I genuinely felt like I was sitting across from my bestie having cocktails while she spilled every secret and life story imaginable. The honesty around motherhood, relationships, trauma, survival, and the realities behind the call girl industry was what made this such an addictive read for me. It’s explicit, confronting at times, and definitely not glamorised - which honestly made it feel even more authentic.
I absolutely devoured this in less than two days because I physically could not put it down. Some parts had me laughing, some had me shocked, and others genuinely made me emotional. Whether you already love KJ or you’re just after a brutally honest, unfiltered memoir that reads like a conversation with your bestie, this is worth the read💋
I am a big fan of Kayla. I loved watching her TikTok’s back from her money counting story times. I think she has always had a sweet, softness to her. Someone who seems like genuinely a really, sweet lovely human.
This book absolutely shows her vulnerability and parts of her life that I really enjoyed learning more about. Absolute props to her journey, her baby daddy relationship (which is just such a beautiful friendship!!), and her insights to her career and how she got to where she is today.
However, I got a bit bored by the client/heavily sex detailed chapters. I’m not sure if it was just the way they were written or just right book wrong time, but they just lacked substance for me. I found myself skimming the chapters a bit in the second half, losing interest a bit. Plenty of stories and experiences but the language used for all just felt a bit repetitive.
Still enjoyed though, and would rec for anyone that follows her or loves a cheeky “hope no one is reading over my shoulder” kind of book 🫢
I always find it fascinating to read about the lives of other people, especially the lives of those who are very different from my own. I love how Kayla Jade is upfront and not filtered about her life, but still acknowledges the parts that she prefers to keep private. Just forewarning that this book is quite explicit, however, I knew what to expect going into this because I had previously listened to Kayla Jade’s podcast. How she portrays herself through her podcast and social media is exactly what you’ll get from this book. It’s very Kayla Jade and I could hear her voice coming through each word on the page.
God there are so many words to use to describe this book but I think the best one is HONEST. I mean god Kayla didn’t spare the details as she takes the reader into the life of a sex worker. Holy gods I might need a minute.
A book written by the most popular adult worker in the country? As if I would ever pass that up!
Kayla, more commonly known by the public as 'Blue Eyed Kayla Jade', has put into written words things and events I couldn't conjure up in my craziest thoughts, even after reading an incredible amount of dirty, smutty romance books. There are no punches held back, she really did just let it all fly - well as much as I'm sure she was able to.
I honestly thoroughly really truly enjoyed reading this book. It was honest, raw and it wasn't dressed up in glamour and money. Talking about your life not only as a famous, well-known, full service SW, but as a homebody, a mum, as a partner in what sounds like a heck of a well-oiled co-parenting-friendship-business relationship, cannot be the easiest task, even one thats as publisied as much as it already is. Kayla repeatedly mentions her ADHD diagnosis and even how a majority of her online following are other females, there will always be people that scrutinise and hate.
I have not read any autobiographies before this, so when it comes to a technical review of this, I have nothing to compare it to. As mentioned, Kayla has ADHD and it almost shows in her writing. Having no real continuous flow of a beginning to end type of storyline, for example, childhood to now type format. But I enjoyed reading exactly how it is. It almost felt like how an actual conversation might play out, chatting about whatever naturally pops into your head next.
I admire how Kayla has expressed her life and experiences in this book. It really gave a hell of an insight into the life she lives.
If she ever wishes to write a follow up, sign me up!
Massive thank you to Affirm Press & Simon&Schuster AU for gifting me a early copy of this debut book by Kayla Jade!
I’m not sure what I expected when I jumped into this read. Maybe something a little raw, vulnerable, honest.
Well, I certainly got that AND MORE!
I might as well have been wedged between Kayla’s cheeks for some of her bookings, the details were that vivid and descriptive. I’d never heard a certain term involving the word “bubble” and I never want to hear it again..
This memoir bares quite literally all… a stripped back, zero sugar coated look into the world of full service SW on the Gold Coast and beyond.
I realised about 1/3 through that if I was to keep reading it was due to morbid curiosity, until the last part of the book where Kayla delves into her life as a mother and how dedicated to her family she is. That was the kind of vulnerability, strength and openness I had hoped to find in this memoir, and although I felt like a nun clutching my pearls for a large portion in the first half, everything came together in the last part of the book.
I laughed, I cringed, I threw up in my mouth a little at the bookings described in this book. Overall, as usual, what you see with Kayla is what you get.
This is a great book for any lovers of binge watching Kayla’s tiktoks, and answers a lot of question viewers have tried to pry from her in the comment sections of her videos.
I don’t think I was expecting this one to stick with me the way it did.
Call Girl Confidential was honestly such an eye-opener. It gives a real, unfiltered look into the industry, but it never feels like it’s trying too hard or playing things up. It just is what it is, and that’s what makes it work so well.
I will say, the opening chapter was WILD 😅🫣
I read and listened to this at the same time. Having Blue-Eyed Kayla Jade narrate it herself made such a difference.
It felt SUPER conversational like you’re just sitting there while she tells you these stories. At times it genuinely felt like one of her GRWM videos, just a lot more raw.
There were parts that surprised me, parts that made me cry (the Xavier story), and parts that were so hilariously funny.
It’s a really well balanced memoir, which I didn’t expect going in! ✨
Overall, just a really well written, really honest story 🫶🏼
This is everything you want in a book from Australia’s most loved SW. Between the stories that were straight up hilarious, confronting, sexy and eye opening, there was also a candid reflection from Kayla about her life and her experiences inside and outside of sex work.
Every question you’ve wanted to ask Kayla Jade is answered in this book - what are some of the wildest requests you’ve had? - what was it like being with an A List celebrity? - is it true you are or were married with children? - do you fake all your big Os? - what are some of the juiciest industry secrets? - what have been your best and worst experiences? - Have you fallen in love with a client? - what’s female vs male clients like? - what are some of your best tips and hacks?
I finished this book in one sitting - it was such a fun, interesting and juicy read!🔥
I knew this was going to be juicy because I’m no stranger to binging Kayla’s videos, but even then I was not prepared. My jaw was on the floor, my eyebrows were in my hairline, and at multiple points I had to put the book down just to process what I’d read. I mean… the part about the rugby ball? IYKYK.
It’s chaotic, graphic, funny, messy, and somehow still feels really grounded. Kayla’s voice comes through so clearly that it genuinely feels like she’s sitting across from you spilling the most insane tea imaginable. I loved that this book felt like a yap sesh with one of the girls, and it was such an easy read that I absolutely flew through it.
Definitely 18+, definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you love a memoir that feels like being handed the most unhinged story of all time… this is it.
Thank you so much to Simon & Schuster for sending me an early copy
Call Girl Confidential offers a raw, honest, and at times surprisingly refreshing look into the inner workings of a sex worker’s life. It strips away the illusion of glamour and replaces it with something far more real—and that’s exactly what kept me turning the pages.
It’s not romanticised, and that’s what makes it compelling. There’s a certain curiosity that pulls you in, almost like you can’t look away, and I found myself completely hooked because of that.
Was this the best book I’ve ever read? No. But did I enjoy it? Absolutely. It satisfied that curiosity and gave me a perspective I wasn’t expecting, which made it a worthwhile read for me.
If you’re after something a little different—something raw, honest, and a bit confronting—this one is definitely worth picking up.
I am familiar with Kayla through TikTok. Her story time videos about her encounters with clients earned me as a follower of hers. I was excited to read a full length book about her life. I enjoy the sex positivity stance she takes. There really isn’t any shame in loving sex or doing what you need to do to pay your bills.
Hearing her stories about her clients and answering FAQ about sex work and giving tips to people who want to work in the field were the best parts of the book. Personally, I did not care for the guides on how to perform oral sex on your partner and the hygiene talk about caring for your genitals like she’s a gynecologist.
Overall, the book is fine. It wasn’t a gossipy read, so if you’re looking for a tell all, this isn’t it.
Now i realise in my description a 2 star rating for a book = boring...this was anything but boring however saying that I did not think Kayla would go into such explicit details of who she did & what she did. We have heard most of it before via her tik toks or her podcast.
I listened via audio so have to admit I skipped through a few chapters as I was sick of hearing about the same thing.
I enjoyed the last few chapters where she talked a bit more about her family/home life.
I hate to say it but I am so glad i did not pay to listen to this!
Unfortunately, this fell flat for me. It's a ride, undeniably, but so are many memoirs of a similar vein. I felt the text was dominated by superficial anecdotes lacking the depth of critical thought and self-reflection (be it overly earnest, self-deprecating, or deeply humorous in tone) central to the strongest books within this genre.
Listening to the audiobook, phrases and passages sounded unnatural/unfamiliar to Kayla Jade, and I found myself questioning the extent to which the text was ghostwritten (or at least, edited with a very heavy hand).
It's certainly no Bella Green, Tilly Lawless, or the OG, Kate Holden.
Thank you affirm press and Simon Schuester for this advanced proof! Kayla Jade bares all in this memoir. The nitty gritty of Only Fans, motherhood, sex, sex work, ADHD, and finding oneself. This was a fantastic memoir. Kayla Jade is brutally honest about the highs, the lows, and everything in between. There were many comedic moments, many steamy retellings, as well as raw and heartfelt commentary on her life. I love that this is so sex positive, because sometimes still even in the year 2026, women’s pleasure and being a sex positive woman is just not as common place.
I have followed Kayla on TikTok for awhile and also listened to her podcast so I assumed this would be mostly repeat for me. Nope….This book covers all the things that those platforms do not allow. I appreciate her normalizing sex work as work.
At the same time, this is not a book I recommend for everyone. If you like her content and want to learn all the behind the scenes stuff, this is for you. If you have no idea who she is, please do some research before taking my recommendation for this one. 😂 This is best on audio!
*4.5⭐️ As a long time Kayla fan I was so eager to dive into her book. Just like her tiktoks, the book was written like she was chatting away to me telling me her life story. Her authenticity and laid back personality shines though along with her easy going story telling. This is a must read for Kayla Jade fans.
Whilst I received this book from the publisher, all thoughts and opinions remain my own.
**Thank you to Blue-Eyed Kayla Jade, Simon & Schuster Australia, and Libro.fm for this ALC**
I had no idea who Kayla Jade was when I started reading this. However, she had a lot of interesting, yet quite vulgar, stories about her experience on OF and being a FSSW. She has good insight about herself and how her own mental health has affected her work. This was definitely an interesting, enlightening read!
“the dildo of consequence rarely arrives lubed” kayla jade is my idol I love her and respect her and hope she’s rich and successful forever. this was so interesting and entertaining but it’s incredible to hear how self aware and grounded she is. i’m so glad she has found people to surround her that are open minded and supportive it sounds like she has a great system worked out. long live my queen blue eyed kayla jade! also if anyone finds a physical copy of this book let me know
I've consumed a lot of Kayla Jade's content and I'm pleased to say that this book (especially in audio format) feels like an extension of the social media personality that we've come to know.
I enjoyed the variety of topics that she covered off in this book. I especially like that she covered the good, the bad and the ugly aspects of sex work. It felt like a very holistic perspective. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for an enjoyable and jaw dropping read.
OMG!!! I was absolutely blown away with Call Girl Confidential. The story was beautifully written and I love the growth throughout the story. This book surprised me because I’m not usually fan of Non-Fiction because there is no escapism like there is in Fiction. With that said I ate this book up and enjoyed every moment.
Personally, I find it harder to rate and review biographies because who am I to judge what the author has decided to put down in writing from their lives. I enjoyed this book. I was a quick read. I'm a long time follower of Kaylas tiktok so most of the stories I'd heard before. It was fun and insightful though!
