I wanted more interaction between Addie(?) & the sheriff while they were dating before the end of the book!

This was disappointing. It’s been a while since I read Jennifer Weiner, and when I checked my Goodreads, I saw that I had given a couple of her books 5 stars. OK, great! However, I didn’t scroll down far enough. Apparently she’s been hit or miss for me and I just haven’t read her often enough to remember that. This was a mess. It wasn’t remotely believable, and the characters behaved completely irrationally without any good reason except to propel a ridiculous plot. It’s a shame because I really like her writing style, it has a nice flow to it. On the fence between two and three stars.
