Content Light swearing, violence (mild). Author This novel is just over 100,000 words. Quite a bit longer than the previous books in the series.
The writer was tossing ideas at the plot and just left so many plot holes. He started a topic only to abandon it. This is the second series by this author to suffer from this. He is organized when he began the series, only to let it die horribly for the reader
At first the story line seemed a little slow. But as the story developed I become more engaged and loved the progression. Highly recommended. Eagerly looking for more books by this author.
This story was very entertaining and kept me engaged. It seems like it might be a sequel but was easy to read without the prior book if so. There are a number of typos but it is not terribly distracting. My thanks to the author for sharing their work.
The series has steadily improved over the three books and in the end became a decent read. If possible I would have given 3.5 stars, but it’s a new year and I’m feeling generous so I have increased this to four.
