It helps guide you in a new and positive direction of lifestyle changes. There are great recipes inside and great colored pictures to see what the meals look like. It is nice that it doesn't read at all like a diet plan, making this a more positive way to lose weight. This would make a great gift for someone who would like to begin a lifestyle change. I gave this book 5 stars but it does deserve more. I highly recommend this cookbook to everyone. I loved it and I know you will too. I look for more from Riki Berko.
