About the author

Patrick C. Harrison III (PC3, if you prefer) is an author of horror, splatterpunk, and all forms of speculative fiction. His current publications include GRANDPAPPY, A SAVAGE BREED, VAMPIRE NUNS BEHIND BARS, 5 TALES THAT WILL LAND YOU IN HELL, among others, and his works can be found in numerous anthologies, including AND HELL FOLLOWED and ROAD KILL: TEXAS HORROR BY TEXAS AUTHORS VOL. 4.

PC3 is the Splatterpunk Award-winning editor (with Jarod Barbee) of AND HELL FOLLOWED, and has edited several other anthologies. He is a freelance editor, having done work for notable authors like Aron Beauregard, Daniel J. Volpe, Mark Towse, Rebecca Rowland, and many others.

Whenever PC3 releases a new book, you can guarantee that I make sure to set things aside and binge-read it the same day it comes out. Yeah, it’s like that. So, when FISSURE FACE was released, you can bet your bottom dollar that I did nothing in life until I started and finished it. And oh my goodness, it was so worth it.

That being said, this book is foul, HA. Like… so foul, lol. If you’ve read anything by PC3 before, you know that the man can tell a hell of a story, no matter how depraved and weird it can get at times. Like some of his others, this one gives that fever dream vibe that I love so much. My only grievance with this book is there’s another damn can of tuna, lol. (IYKYK)

As with all his books, I highly recommend this one. I am keeping my review short on purpose because I really encourage people to go into this one blind. I was REALLY caught off guard once I realized what was happening and I want other readers to experience that feeling too! Lol, Patrick C. Harrison III delivers once again (the man never misses) this was one of the most strange and weirdest things I've ever read but I absolutely loved it. Fissure face is hilarious (PC3 always seems to have some comedy in his writing) its gross, gorey and a disgusting Bloodbath of juices. I read this and was excited going into it and it delivered with everything! This is a 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and had my fucking head spinning the whole time! Pc3 continues to deliver, the man never brings out a bad story!

This book was a trip! I went in not knowing a thing, just wanting to read another book by the author. I am so glad I did! It was weird in the best ways, enjoyable, quick, and kept my "WTF" facial expressions and sounds, on repeat. I laughed, I gagged, I was stunned, confused, and thrilled. I truly enjoyed the ride.

Typical depraved insanity ftom the author. A slob buys some panties from his favourite porn star. Upon putting them over his head, he develops women's private parts on his head. What a great original story. Wild and crazy

This was a crazy whirlwind of a story. I never really knew what was gonna happen next. The ending had me audibly shouting WTF. Definitely recommend going in without any idea of what this book could be about. Guarantee you it will leave you on the edge of your seat after each chapter.

As far as PCHIII goes, I considered this title tame compared to 100% Match, however, this easily distinguishes itself as one of the most perverse/grotesquely unique that I could never have expected to lay eyes on.
