The Cat Came Back: A Lowcountry Pet & Home Mystery Book 3
SOME SECRETS ARE TOO BIG TO DROWN.
Serena Hartwell seemed to have it all, wealth, beauty, a stunning home on Daniel Island, and a Maine Coon who weighed more than most toddlers. Then she was found floating in her infinity pool, and Carrie Ashford's quiet pet-sitting job became another murder investigation.
The Hartwell family insists it was a tragic accident. The police seem inclined to agree. But Goliath, twenty-two pounds of orange-and-white fur with unsettlingly knowing eyes, saw what happened. And Carrie has learned to trust animals more than people.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND A gentle giant Maine Coon who steals every sceneA forty-year-old tortoise named Sheldon (yes, really)A dysfunctional wealthy family with deadly secretsThe romance between Carrie and Marcus heating upDaniel Island luxury meets Charleston charmMargot and Phantom adjusting to new family membersClean cozy mystery with heart, humor, and a satisfying twist
As Carrie digs deeper into the Hartwell family's perfect facade, she discovers that money can buy many things, but it can't buy loyalty, love, or silence forever.

Another success
Again the dectective lady solves a mystery with the help of a cat, a dog and a turtle. It is fun to watch the lady watch the animals to figure out "who commited the crime"
