Well written in the sense that there are no grammatical or vocabulary issues.    However, there is a big problem with the females being TSTL.  My advice is to stick with Illona Andrews, Patricia Briggs, and Faith Hunter if you like shifter stories.

I tried for as long as I could. The premise of the first book is pretty decent, but I feel like the execution is poor. There are a lot of scenes that seem unnecessary, and the plot development is a bit sloppy and drawn out - if that can be a thing. Theres also a ton of repetitive information. I'm not going to move forward with the other books in the series.

This entire series is a magnificent addition to the world build started in the Mageri Series. It isn't connected during these three books but the world is the same & there is a familial connection later on!🌍👍

We slowly get to meet a family of wolf shifters that are establishing a new pack in Austin, Texas. The Weston Pack's Alpha, Austin Cole, has come to visit an old friend now he's not so consumed by the grief at the loss of his best friend & her big brother. It's taken him seven years to return.💔

Each book in the box set is set around a different brother as they find their life mates & grow the pack. Of course nothing is quite that simple & each story keeps you gripped by its differences, steam & love story whilst each battling to find their happily ever after!🔥💘🙏

I thought the narrator did a good job bringing these characters to life.👍 I highly recommend this box set & series!🌟🎧

I would definitely recommend the Seven Series to anybody on the fence about entering the PN genre. Dannika's writing is brilliant and you can easily get lost in the shifter world without feeling overwhelmed.

SEVEN YEARS (1) In the first book of the series, we are introduced to Lexi and Austin. Lexi's world is turned upside down when Austin returns to town after a seven year absence. I liked that the story was heavily focused on Lexi and how both Austin's return and his secret impacts her life and that of her family's.

SIX MONTHS (2) Next up we get April and Reno's story. There is something so powerful in a story about two people who shouldn't be together but just cannot fight it. April is left to clean up a huge mess after her grandmother dies. Throughout the book she finds herself having to make some really hard decisions and coming to terms with how far she'll go for those she loves. Boy did I fall hard for Reno. There's something so sexy about a man that has no problem standing up for the woman he loves.

FIVE WEEKS (3) Best friends separated for decades suddenly reunited by pure coincidence. Now that Izzy and Jericho are back in each others lives they are forced to face their pasts and find a way to move on. Izzy and Jericho's book is by far the most intense and action packed so far. There were moments when I could feel everything that Izzy did and it was heartbreaking.

This series was recommended to me a long time ago. I'm so glad I finally got around to reading it because it was brilliant. The stories for the characters in these books were great.

Great Suspense

I really liked the development of the characters through these first 3 books. It doesn't matter that you may consider the endings of each book will come good; it's how Ms Dark twists the storyline that makes it interesting.

This is light reading, but so much fun... I'll be getting the rest of the books in the series without a doubt.

SEVEN YEARS 5⭐️ - what a great story with dynamic writing and relatable experiences thrown together with fantasy aspects. The obsessive ex, the aggressive pursuer, and the possessive brothers best friend. The love you since I was young romance trope is one of my favorites and this one doesn’t disappoint. Austin is so respectful about the way approaches the potential relationship with Lexi and making sure he doesn’t pressure her into something she doesn’t truly want.


SIX MONTHS 4.5⭐️ - decent shifter/human romance story of a girl who is trapped in debt from her relatives and is doing everything she can to get out from it even being another shifters ‘pet’. Once she’s out from under all the debt she returns for the one shifter to truly catch her focus and heart.


FIVE WEEKS 4⭐️ - decent story of Izzy and Jericho. Though it seemed a bit lacking and ended without having her join a pack that she’s never been a part of. This second chance romance is really good but I wish the females were not always the ones that fought their feelings for the male.

This is a shifter romance trilogy set. I found a great deal on an audiobook version of these three books and I'm so glad I bought it. The men are all brothers, in the same pack.

Lexi and Austin are featured in the first book. They've known each other for years, because Austin was her brother's best friend. Lexi has had a crush on him forever but always felt that Austin only saw her as annoying little sister.

The next book is centered around April and Reno. He meets her one time and he can't stop thinking about her, even months later. April works with Lexi at the sweet shop. April can't talk to men, except her best friend, Trevor.

The last in this set was Jericho and Izzy. Jericho is a rockstar, a talented singer that the women throw themselves at. Izzy has known Jericho for years too but they were best friends, not lovers. Izzy comes to town and finds a job at Howlers, even though her loser boyfriend, Hawke doesn't want her to work.

I was pulled into the story immediately. I feel like I was close friends with the characters and didn't want the books to end! I was rooting for them, stressed with them and hoped for happy endings. I am already looking for more of this series and I don't have shortage of books to read!

Loved the first book of this bind-up of three with Lexi and Austin the most. Reno and April were okay, with Izzy and Jericho I struggled.

Urban fantasy shifter stories with a big focus on romance I have come to realise, is mostly hit or miss. Specially aspects of male 'ownership' over the female body can quickly go overboard. Dannika Dark has treaded a fine line in these three stories and kept the balance.

I also found the stories themselves and the couples they depicted very well conceived and set it an American social milieu I am not familiar with, but found interesting to read.

What somewhat irritated me in each story is that there is the main plot of the story peaking, but then it isn't over yet and there is a second half that needs to be worked through and that part I felt was in all three books dragging. Maybe this is a genre definition, I don't know, however at times I found it difficult to pick up the book again and actually finish it. Which I now have done.

Seven Six Five

The first three parts to the Seven Series in one bundle. This was the first time reading Dannika Dark for me, following recommendations from her fellow author Elizabeth Hunter.
The brothers in this series are all very different characters but they all love their women deeply.
The family are shifters in a world which includes other Breeds, some of which make appearances on the side, but it's mainly the shifter perspective that we see.
Each story is individual and complete, although there is an underlying thread that binds them together.
There is humour, danger and hot love all combined in a well written way and it kept me hooked straight through all three books.
Like I said, I was a first-time reader of Ms Dark but I am sure it won't be first and last.

Loved this book! Loved April and Trevor and Reno! This book will hook you from the beginning and love getting to know the pack more throughout each book!!! Can’t wait for the next!!

Loved Izzy and Jericho! Of course previous books suggest Jericho is nothing but a drug addict player who takes nothing serious outside of his music but this book shows a different side! Love how strong Izzy is and how she really fits with the pack! Can’t wait for what’s next!!!

Every heroine in this series has been brutalized and victimized. I understand a protective male character being more attractive to women who have needed protection, but it's excessive. There is also a lot of minimizing of domestic abuse and rape culture. I'd be really happy to see someone who isn't super damaged and has had healthy relationships in their life find love in one of these stories, then it would mean something because they can recognize a good relationship vs one that just isn't abusive...

Not Bad At All

I previously read Seven Years. I can say I thoroughly enjoyed both the 2nd and 3rd books. Sweet paranormal romance stories. Both loaded with drama and action. Though they are cliffhanger free and technically could be read as stand alone's, I think you would be missing out on important details if you skipped any. It took me a bit to understand some of the pieces of Six Months simply because it had been SO LONG since I read Seven Years.

Happily ever after shifter romance

Danika Dark had me hook from the first word. She had me laughing outloud, crying, cringing. The brothers creep into your heart and take root. The girls make you laugh out loud with there sass. I highly recommend seven series to all shifter lovers that enjoy sassy ladies and handsome men that treat a woman right. The twist and turn keeps you glued to the story.

Awesome storylines, lovable characters....all the series by this author are amazing and always a cover to cover read!

Only complaint, PLEASE PUT THE REST OF THE SERIES INTO BUNDLES, it makes it quicker to go from book to book!!

I DO OWN all the individual books and novellas to all the series but I also BOUGHT all bundles offered for any of the series!! Best way to read them!!

Three shifter romances about three different brothers and each story can be read as a standalone. Book 1 is about Austin who is pack master even though he is one of the younger brothers. Reno is next followed by Jericho. In each story they find their mate and we also see the pack coming together and becoming stronger. It's fun to read and the breed world is well constructed.

Great characters, writing and urban fantasy world. Must read/listen to all books by Ms Dark. Really one of the best writers in this genre even after 2000 books from various authors.

Good werewolf romps

Light reads with romance mixed Insite werewolf lore. Interesting seeing some threads laid down and coming together slowly.
Good pace and characters are different enough to enjoy the same setting as background.
