Toxic Siblings: An Adult Survivor’s Guide to Setting Boundaries with Toxic Family Members and Choosing Peace

You were taught that siblings are forever. No one warned you that they could also be the people who hurt you the most.

Toxic Siblings is for adults who grew up inside toxic family systems and are finally asking the forbidden What if the problem is not me? If your sister humiliates you, your brother manipulates you, or your parents protect the harm and call it family, this book puts words to what you have lived through. It is written for adult survivors of toxic siblings, narcissistic siblings, and emotionally unsafe sibling relationships who are exhausted from explaining, fixing, and forgiving.

This is not a book about repairing sibling relationships at any cost. It is about survival, clarity, and reclaiming your right to emotional safety. It speaks directly to those facing sibling abuse, sibling rivalry that never ended, family boundaries that are constantly violated, and the quiet grief of sibling estrangement. If you feel trapped between guilt and self protection, this book was written for you.

Inside, you will discover how to
• Identify toxic sibling patterns and narcissistic family dynamics
• Set firm boundaries with toxic family members and enabling parents
• Decide when low contact or cutting ties is necessary, not cruel
• Heal as an adult survivor of a toxic family without minimizing the damage
• Release family guilt and shame rooted in obligation
• Build healthier relationships after family estrangement

You are not broken. You were hurt.
This book helps you stop surviving toxic siblings and start choosing peace.

A must-read for anyone dealing with a toxic sibling

This book was like therapy. It helped me realize that I am not the problem, as I've been manipulated to believe my entire life. A lifetime of verbal abuse is not normal, and I no longer have to smile through it to appease everyone else. I know how to set boundaries now, how to maintain those boundaries, and how to remove myself from abuse without justifying or explaining.

I found myself in ways I didn't even realize, that now seem so obvious. It's the starting point for a healing journey. This book gave me the map.

This was a pretty good book (although it did not come close to the issue we are having with my husbands sibling). But gave some very good techniques to deal with issues and how to establish boundaries - which I thought I knew, but obviously didn't! Good read for anyone dealing with this topic.
