A former Fitness Director of Prevention magazine, she created a marathon walking program and coached thousands to complete long distance events nationwide. She is the author of Walk Off Weight and Walk Your Way to Better Health, co authored The Walking Solution, and has produced numerous fitness videos and audio workouts.
