I love mysteries, and books, hot and cold caffinated beverages including caffeine boosted milkshake and any food any where especially (non-spicy) ethnic and cookbooks, and mysteries and books of all kinds about books, and coffee and all the above. Ellery hits all my happy reader points (love her jokes about Frappes/Frappucinos, the coffee world's milkshake indeed, that are fully inline with jokes I and my barista coworkers made daily about them) and warmd my intellect and my heart. I'm constantly reading quotes to my husband from her headers or passages that make me laugh or hmm. We are plotting a trip to NC in the future, now included on the Family Bucket List.
Thank you Ellery! You keep writing, we'll keep reading. You ar HIGHLY addictive to read, and in a VERY GOOD WAY.
**Mild language and what they call “behind closed doors” content.** This series is seriously so cute. This one wasn’t quite as good as the others - I was confused by details, especially at the end. This may have been because I was distracted more than the writing. But it’s cute and heartwarming, as usual. A good reminder to cleanse the works of secrets.
I needed a soothing read. I love mysteries. This fit the bill. Human nature stories can be kind and meaningful. This one was. It filled the bill. I await another.
Another delightful mystery that shows you community and friendship contributes to creating a wonderful life. Every one of her books makes me wish I could visit Miracle Springs
