The battles with the Raiders are heating up. The Cleaners have finally learned they're currently stuck inside a trash beast-and not just any trash beast, but one created by Zodyl for one to cross the mysterious barrier that separates the ground from the Sphere. Rumor has it…no one ever survives the crossing, and right now they're hurtling toward it. The clock is ticking…
screaming crying throwing up this series is soooo damn good. after i read this volume i went to the store and bought the most recent three because i just needed to know
who would have guessed the old fart fucking BUNDUS was cold asf and the fucking child DEAD was as well. god this manga can’t get any cooler. amazing characters, design, and crazy ass lore.
This was great. The big fight continues with more major lore drops. Most of the focus is on Bundus, we get to see what he and a couple more characters can do. Chapters 68-76
so ur telling me i have to wait another couple months for the next volume but the anime just flys past every current volume released in the US lol… die…
4.5/5 Oh found family trope how I love thee 🙏 (also Rudo is so much more vulgar in the manga, it's so funny to me, please let him swear more in the anime)
Rudo batendo de frente com Zodyl foi espetacular. Defendendo os zeladores e falando o quanto eles o ajudaram e são importantes. E, por fim, o ataque final de Rudo contra Bundus foi absolut cinema, maravilhoso!!
I honestly don't have much to say about this volume in particular. Overall, I enjoyed myself while reading it.
If I had to point out what stood out about it, first and foremost is the fact that Enjin finally made himself useful 😂 He's really just been chilling and letting all the other characters fight, but here he at least made sure to bring all the cleaners together. He showed he's able to locate them, if he tries hard enough, so they were all able to work together to try to fight Bundus.
Second of all, I looooved seeing my baby boy Rudo confronting Zodyl and pushing against his way of thinking. He's really seeing the cleaners as his friends and appreciating the strength that gives him 🥺 I love to see my baby standing up for what he believes in! It was even better seeing him use his abilities to their full extent in order to protect himself and the other cleaners.
Finally, I absolutely loved the concept of Bundus' vital instrument being his prosthetic arm. It's just such an innovative way to think about it! It also made him so powerful! He really put up a great fight. It was even sweet seeing how Rudo was upset thinking he had destroyed Bundus' vital instrument because, despite Bundus being his antagonist in the moment, he still holds firmly to his belief in the value of people and things.
All in all, I look forward to continuing the series!

This was a very quick read, since most of the volume was taken up with various battles. We did get some dialogue and background when the leader of the Raiders was monologuing, though. I like Rudo. Despite all he's been through, he has it in him to have empathy and be kind. I also really liked Enjin in this volume. I felt he displayed the qualities of a leader. We now know where the Cleaners are, and it looks like backup is on the way. Not sure what backup is going to do given where they are, and where they're heading, though. I'm looking forward to finding out in the next volume.
Binged the series after watching the anime. I absolutely love the art style and the story of this one. I love the range of characters, the vibrant world and how the writing hints toward whats to come. Nothing really to review on my site (save for the subtext between Zanka and Jabber) but I'm ok with that. Now I just need more physical volumes to come out because i'm not a fan of reading on my screen.
I didn't sleep the best last night, so my plan for today is to read a lot of manga, and this volume was the first on the "schedule". Mostly a fight volume, which is fine right now, since it doesn't require a lot of thinking on my part. It was kind of funny how Rudo pointed out the Zodyl was jealous of Rudo having friends.
It was ok. Just continuous fights from the last few volumes. I thought that the facial expressions were funny. I’m starting to like Enjin’s character as well. I like that he’s funny and unserious but is strong. I kinda wish Rudo would stop yelling and start maturing a bit given his circumstances. As always, the art is beautiful and detailed.
