I might be biased because this is my brother but I really like this! It's informative but romantic in a sense with its writing style and easy to understand. The actual text in the book is structured in this poem-esque way and list format. Making a lot of the harder to comprehend vocabulary words, so much more digestible. It's clear the author knows a lot of knowledge is being shared at once, so points are reiterated appropriately so the reader can understand what's going on. Great book if you need motivation for wanting to get out & do something with your body! But just a nice book to read for anybody who wants to understand the science and the more emotional reason for why our human bodies should be moving!!
