Betwix: Stuck between normal and rather strange...

Rate this book
Jake isn't having a great time. Not even a little bit. Instead of being seen as a hero, having saved lives a few times in the previous weeks, he's unfairly locked up in a tiny cell. One of his least favorite things.
True, the cell is at school and not in a correctional facility and he only has to be there for eight hours a day...
That leaves time to practice some new skills. That and make a new enemy that no one in the world would even bother to think was possible. Even Jacob doesn't find it all that realistic and he plays with vampires, demons and aliens of a fairly regular basis.

This time it isn't about survival.
It's about not going insane.

P.S. Power

P.S. Power works in fiction, mainly focusing on Fantasy, Science Fiction and Horror genres, with brief forays into other things just to keep life interesting. He averages 1 to 2 books monthly and has several series going. He lives in an isolated cabin in the middle of nowhere, as a recluse, yet still manages to find time to talk to people online, in a positive and delightful manner. Not one of those creepy hermit types though, you understand. It's more of an isolated farm style thing. Or ranch really. He's also interested in three dimensional photography, and long moonlit walks on the beach, sometimes with vampires. When he can find time he also does writing and voice work for scripted online programs. Anyway, feel free to drop him a line.

Hello Everyone!

In chatting with Dale over the past few weeks, it was decided that he was interested in blogging to you, his readers. The blog he had within the main site was not going to be a viable solution and there were thoughts of just creating a Forum where only he could post and everyone else could reply. This MOD is a nice meeting of the two for what will hopefully be a highly successful blog!

Hoping this first (and only) post by me will kick off a nice method of interaction with Dale's readers!

p.s. - Also going to try and get the feed that comes with this to feed into Amazon and Goodreads. Good luck to one and all!!

Unlimited do-overs

Wow, book 7 already, what a journey so far. The MC finally finds his strength with the power of unlimited do-overs with time travel. I want more backstory on the MIB of this story, I'm feeling like I missed something important. And why would the president call school officials directly? He has people for that. Unusual and funny at the same time. I miss him learning more blood magic in book, but maybe more in the next? He should be an expert in more things by now given his time bubble training room in the spaceship and on other planets. Looking forward to book 8.

Exceptional plotting in all series

Great for teens and adults alike.
LOVE the fact that he uses Paradox and Grandfather Effect correctly, NOT calling them Butterfly Effect. Loved the movie when it came out, but have hated it ever since because all genera, all media, have used the term incorrectly ever since. It's refreshing to see it used correctly.
Editing could use polishing.
Please use less "that way"'s. Seems like they're used as filler to get the word count up. They become aggravating after a while.

15 going on 150

Jake is described as just a regular human being, but the truth is he maybe a 100% human, but he is extraordinary! He is 15 years old but he has lived more like 150 years. Figure that one out! This is another great addition to "Behind the Wall"

Worth reading!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to bother reading this book. Very little seems to happen. Suddenly, I was at the end and wanting the next book in the series!
