Handlebars: Heart and Soul, Volume One

Rate this book
This book will not fix you.

It is not the antidote to every place of pain in your life. However, it is meant to be a guide to help you open your heart and declutter some of the unconfronted mess within your soul.

At the end of each chapter, you'll be prompted either to engage your heart by answering honest questions, or to enter into an exercise that helps you put into practice the revelation you received. This book is not meant to be read in one sitting but engaged with over days or even weeks, and the only honest way through is with vulnerability.

I’ll be the first one to review this book! I’d give it way more than 5 stars!

My favorite thing about this book was the questions and journaling prompts at the end of each chapter. They really helped me engage my heart and reflect on what I was reading. Anyone can read this book, and I truly believe it will be so helpful for your walk with the Lord—but especially for GEN Z!
Thank you guys for writing this book! I’ll be going through it plenty of times and gifting it to a lot of friends. 🤭
