Needs Editing
I preordered this book. Was beyond excited about the plot and premise, only to be met with unfinished sentences, characters that start on the same pages, and an excessive use of double dashes(—). Like seriously 7 on one iPhone kindle page.
This was a DNF for me. I can ignore some mistakes this just feels like a lack of editing.

Different and still adorable
Not quite what I was expecting from an omegaverse, but I liked what made it different. The different take on omega heats I loved. I love when authors add their own flare and twists on things like that. The fmc had quite the background, but other than a few key incidents I feel like it was mostly ignored and just focused on the mental/emotional aftereffects instead. I would have given it 5* but the timing on some of the pov changes are wonky. Like the claiming part with Kade...His point of view shows things about to get spicy but her pov directly after clashes by writing that she just woke up surrounded by her alphas yet he is in the same position from his pov. Which is just weird and doesn't make much sense. Also happened in the scene just before it where conflicting information was written. Things like this happened in the beginning too and at one point I was confused on if the different pov was same day, days later or weeks later. Other than the wonky timeline issues this was a cute story and what I consider to have low to nonexistent angst.

Wonderfully sweet
This story is sweet with very little that stands in the way of a happily ever after. The story of Evie finding her strength after being worn down is simple and beautiful.
There are a few minor inconsistencies that did throw me off. She seemed to have a first kiss with the same Alpha twice. The double dashes indicating pauses, I think, are frequent in some areas.
But overall it is a very well written simple story.

needs some editing
Was so excited for this book and I did read it all the way through. There are some continuity errors where some things were repeated or didn’t match up with prior pages, and a lot of unnecessary punctuation. I saw past that and finished the book and enjoyed it. It’s got great bones I just hope the author does another round of editing.

Excellent
A great build up of drama and possibilities. Love the characters, want to hang out with them. A great Alpha and Omega tail. (Yes I meant to spell it that way)
