Great first writing from this author. I love a novella and this one intrigued me with the story line of 2 couples close when 2 want each other and the other 2 cheat. Aria to me was very manipulated by everyone , Kade knowing bout their cheating spouse, obviously her husband. And Marisol just being a nasty human. I did think Kades reasoning a kinda stupid but I guess being in a toxic relationship can do that to you. If you want something different try this out. I think this was suppose to be a novella so thats good. And Kade is jot in the bedroom. It was silly seeing how everyone knew and even deep down so did Aria. But im glad the author brought up a lot of ways both their marriages were doomed or how they would explain they weren't with the right people.

What a great novella to start the new year off. First let me say I never feel compelled enough to post reviews. But this book? Deserves all the hype it can get!!! Kade and Aria were so perfect for each other. I absolutely loved every single thing about this book!! It was a quick fun read that flowed effortlessly. First of all, Massive congratulations on your first book! It’s well written and thought-out, I was invested from the start & had it finished in just over an hour! The characters are super easy to love & the passion for the novel really comes across well!

This book is a brilliant short novella & the character building was done really well! I loved seeing Aria getting her confidence back & reclaiming her power! She deserves it! I do hope to see more books in the future for different characters or even more of our FMC & MMC

Oh it was so good! The emotions I experienced when reading this story. The pain of not being fulfilled in a marriage and the choices that makes some people take was perfect. The anguish and longing for more for better. It was so good and I can wait to see what else this author has up her sleeve.

i liked the concept but i didnt love the execution. the last few chapters were pretty repetitive which shouldnt be happening in a novella. i felt like i was re-reading the same love declarations over and over towards the end. the writing was just okay and i noticed a lot of spacing/punctuation errors. i liked kade and aria as a couple but i wish we saw the relationship develop slowly instead of going from 0-100. the audacity of jackson and marisol... i am glad everyone got the endings they deserved ;) all in all this was decent for a first time author but it just didnt stand out to me.

I re read this because I actually really enjoy her writing. Kade is such a good book boyfriend. You can really tell he loves Aria and the mouth on the man made me giggle and kick my feet. I wish it was longerrrr.

The bonus chapter really healed my heart because I’m so happy that she’s finally with someone who loves and treasures her. For anyone who really loves the twisted series by Ana huang this has the same vibes!! Kade could run me over with a car and I’d lay down and ask him to do it again lol
