Rate this book
The thrilling finale in the Crawley Family Saga series, a family brimming with secrets from MILLION COPY bestselling author Rosie Clarke. She escapes her old life, but can she leave her secrets behind?

London, 1948

After losing everyone in her family to a fatal illness, seventeen-year-old Betty Cantrel leaves her shattered rural life behind and flees to London to chase her childhood dream of becoming a singer.

But the city proves to be tougher than she’d thought. Sacked from her job and thrown out of her rooms, she has no choice but to find Nathan Crawley, the man she’s tried to forget but who she knows, for a price will help.

As Betty is pulled back into Nathan's world, doors open to new opportunities and her star begins to rise as she performs in a nightclub. Success brings its own old loves return, rivals reappear, and secrets refuse to stay buried.

As Betty becomes trapped between the seemingly perfect James Blair and the fiercely devoted Nathan, the past tightens its grip – led by the one person capable of destroying them Frances Crawley.

When jealousy turns deadly, Betty is forced to face the ultimate betrayal. And in a world built on lies, the truth may be what costs her everything.

I loved this book

I couldn't put this book and the previous book in the series down as the story was excellent. I only wish that more books were as good as the two of them. Rosie Clarke is an wonderful author
