Review of advance copy received from NetGalley
October 1, 2026
First, thank you, NetGalley and New Harbinger Publications, for letting me get an e-ARC of this book in exchange for a honest review.

5/5 — stars

This is not something I usually read. I tend to read romance and fantasy. I am not even a parent, but I intend to be one in the next ten years. And as someone with OCD, I am always interested in learning more about it.

I liked the advice the book gave. I felt it was well written and helpful. I especially liked all the parts about contamination OCD, as that is the type of OCD I struggle with the most.

I would recommend this book to anyone who has OCD and wants to become a parent, as well as anyone who is already a parent and would like to learn more about what OCD is like for parents.
