Syn is in a bind. He’s an NBA player with a hectic schedule and no reliable daycare for his 15-month-old daughter. After an altercation at his parent’s home and no longer able to trust them, Syn is in dire need of a nanny. After a bad experience last year, Sienna promised herself she would never nanny for a single dad ever again. But, you know what they say. Never say never. Sienna comes highly recommended and Syn was not tryin’ to hear no so, he immediately turned on the charm and turned up the pressure. When she agrees to a weekend trial run, Syn already knew he planned to do whatever to get Sienna to stay indefinitely with him and Whimsy. The Holiday Playbook was such a cute story. The connection and chemistry between Sienna and Syn could be felt throughout the book. Sienna’s love for Christmas was infectious and had me wanting to put up some decorations. Get into this book. You won’t be disappointed.

Every Play Count
Every play in the book matters. There is a such thing as love at first sight! Single fathers deserves love and praise for stepping up. Honestly what can you give someone who has everything! Let’s chat!
Sienna is that woman and she knows it. However, she doesn’t allow her status to determine her life or life style🥹. This woman energy and vibe is everything and I love it🫶🏽! She a love not a fighter but please don’t underestimate her at all🤭. My girl let it be known through out this read that she is not what you want🤭. Better ask Yarika, her friend and Courtland. Let’s just say my girl put Cortland in her place in the most calm way🤭! With Christmas being her favorite holiday, she’s determined not to allow anyone or anything tarnish her spirit as they did the previous year🫣. Oh what she wasn’t expecting was a nanny job to turn into more than that. See I already had a feeling that Whimsical was going to capture her heart at first site. Oh but the pressure ya mans Synder was bringing was it for me🥰. Then the way she checked his sister Yarika. Listen once them feeling got involved, she played NO games about him.
Synder being the man he was took care of his family through and through. However my guy didn’t have anyone. Tired of being tired but the only thing that keep him going was him daughter Whimsical 🥰. Can’t forget that trifling babymomma Courtland. Oh girl just as trifling as they come 🤣! So finding a nanny was the plan but what he didn’t expect is to find Sienna. The way this man was smitten from the first look was something out of a fairy tail 🤭 and I was here for it all. Now what was funny was the playbook. This man treated it as an intense game and need plays 🤣. When I say this man wasn’t coming off her, he wasn’t come off her. Syn didn’t realize how much he needed Sienna until she was in present. The way he protected her🥰! Then the way her loved on her🥰🥹! When that time came and them lines blurred, honey it was no turning back and I loved that for them.
Then let’s talk about Legend. The way I smiled when he was mentioned in the read along with Ginger. Legend still being himself but has his cousin Syn back like no other. The moment at the club 🤣🤣! Stop playing with the Sneaux men, especially these 2! Oh and Big N, loved his vibe and demeanor. He played no games. Last but not least Whimsical. She was the sweetest and the way she latched on to Sienna was beautiful. I loved there relationship.
M. Monique did her big one with this read. It was a beautiful and cute. I can’t wait to get into her catalog come the new year. The way I giggled, got angry and teary eyed let me know that the read was a good.

Yeah this really ate and I loved every bite. Come on instant attraction, come on instant family, come on instant protection and care and yes, come on instant love. Sometimes the heart knows before the mind can catch up and this book trusted that truth.
Sienna is a woman who learned her lessons the hard way. Her boundaries weren’t flimsy they were survival. I appreciated that the story didn’t shame her for having them. What made it beautiful is that she didn’t break her rules recklessly; she listened to her body and her spirit when they told her this was safe. That matters.
😏 Synder Sneaux Sir you absolutely wrote a playbook. Quiet leadership. Intentional moves. No chaos. Just “I see you, I choose you and I’m protecting what’s mine.” The way he showed up as a father first and then as a man who wanted a woman and a family made his love feel solid. Not loud. Not performative. Just steady and sure.
The holiday backdrop amplified everything the closeness, the vulnerability, the walls coming down. Watching Sienna step into love without fear and Synder secure both the woman and the family that was the win. The ornaments she gifted him touched his soul in ways she may never understand. This story understood that sometimes love doesn’t need time it needs alignment.
This book was warm, affirming and satisfying. A successful playbook indeed.

Okay Now
Synder was caught between a rock and a hard place when it came to his family and life. A crazy ex who cared more about him then her child. It was all about status and what he can give HER. An immediate family that wanted it all from him and not willing to grow up. He supplied everything and they still couldn't get it together. I would have not been coming around either.
Insert Sienna, she was a low key billionaire that put people in their place when need be. I loved her energy and support all around. Mouth slicker than a snicker.
I am happy my boy Baltimore made a silent appearance on the back end because NO ONE wanted the smoke.
This was a cute holiday read filled with drama and hood ties.

I never miss the opportunity to read any of M. Monique's book. Her writing is impeccable and Synder and Sienna's holiday love story did not disappoint. Sienna was by far my favorite fmc I have read about in 2025. She rarely raised her voice but she when she did she became fiery and a force to be reckon with. Synder had fallen in love with Sienna the first time he walked into her boutique. It was cute to see the dynamics between them. Courtland was aggravating as hell and I'm glad Sienna put her in her place. This was the perfect holiday read to end 2025. Thank you M. Monique

This book gave me all the feels!! Sienna was so sweet & Soft hearted & Synder literally fell for her from the very first time he saw her!! I wanted them together from the very beginning!!
Synder was such a good guy with so much on his shoulder! His family was trash & he legit had the baby mother from hell 😭!

I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. I loved the connection and chemistry between Sienna and Synder. They didn’t play about each other. She tried to resist her attraction to him, but his playbook had him locking her down for life. I liked hat they were able to talk to each other and she could tell him what he needed to hear regarding setting boundaries with his family and also encouraging him not to completely cut them off.

I did not realize that there is a Niceville Shores series out there before I read this book. I just saw a Christmas book advertised, and I decided that I wanted to read it. However, I was able to read this book without any confusion with the characters mentioned. I loved Syn, Sienna & Whimsy. This was a quick read for me. Syn fell instantly for Sienna, and his Holiday Playbook came in handy for him to get her in the end. I still side eyed that sister at the end of this story tbh.

Couple Goals!
I loved this story! Both knew what they wanted. Made separate plans and it all came together. Syn did not play about Sienna and Sienna did not play about Syn or Whimzy! I love how Sienna was not the typical damsel in distress. I love how down to earth she was despite her status. It was also good to see Syn start to repair his relationship with his family.

Perfectttttt M Monique. Reading this cute story on Christmas morning is all I needed to make the day feel magical. Every woman deserves a Synder and every man deserves a Sienna. Is 5 Stars Enough?
M Monique is an immediate one-click and this one was no different. She hits and doesn’t miss. Sneaux and Sienna were that couple. Fantastic read that had everything I was looking for in a holiday read. Sienna and Sneaux rode hard for each other as it should be. The side characters added so much to the story especially Whimsy.

This story was amazing. It started off with a bang!!! The fight was interesting.
Family members always think you are supposed to take up for them, but they dont want to take up for themselves.
It was great to see how they fell in love with each other. A baby girl brought them together. I am glad they were able to overcome everything

Cute Holiday Story
I love reading holiday romance books and this one between Synder and Sienna was too cute. Just enough spice, romance and drama. A quick read that leaves you wanting more of their story. Yes it’s a nappy book but not your typical nappy love story. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it as a good holiday read.
