This was OK as an audiobook. I couldn’t have plowed through the ebook. Lo encounters Carrie and enters into a sketchy scheme with her because she feels indebted to her for something that happened 10 years ago. We are never told what or where this other thing happened. (I did read the woman in Cabin 10, but I don’t remember it.) There is a death, and Lo finds herself in heap of trouble. It is the second book in a series which is probably going to be more adventures of Lo.
