I fell in love with the characters in this book in the first book, Tryst. The chemistry between Tristan and Bentley is phenomenal. There is sexual tension, humor, anger, longing and love in their exchanges. No matter what the circumstances are, the reader has no doubt of the underlying love for each other. That being said there is a lot going on in this book and Ms. Lane does a terrific job of keeping the reader engaged with the plot.
The characters in this book are more developed and the twists the story takes are sure to keep the reader on the edge of their seat. This book has perhaps the most creative demise of a character I have ever read. It also has, perhaps the most romantic proposal. Tristan and Bentley may be destined to be with each other but Bentley is willing to sacrifice her HEA to keep Tristan safe from her crazy mother. Needless to say, like all good alphas, he doesn’t like her plan and fights to find her and keep her with him. Both characters are perfect for each other, one is just as headstrong as the other; a combination that brings them together and often times throws roadblocks in their path.
This book has it all, a great plot, great characters, creativity and an HEA that will heal your heart.

before u read this u really do need to read Tryst the first book to fall in love with the characters
Tristan and Bentley story continues still apart making new lives or looking for eachother
in this book we learn alot more about the reasons things in the first book happened and found myself saying oh thats why that happened and omg the twists and turns in this story makes you think about things and keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Tristan and Bentley must be destined to be together but with he crazy mother 1 some major secrets and twists that u would never ever see coming even had me shouting wtf how and what lol but Bentley is stubborn and will push all away all the time can Tristan find and win her back or will everything in his way stop him

So I read Tryst, and have been waiting for book #2. It definitely had a lot going on in it.
Bentley annoyed me a little in this one, at times i wanted to slap her and say JUST LET HIM TAKE CARE OF YOU!! LOL but very strong female character, and i can't understand why she wanted to be independent.
The one thing that stopped me from giving it five star, (and i am trying real hard not to give away spoilers here) Darla should have hung around a bit longer...(and thats all i am going to say)
But other than that... great book, kept me hooked. Definite must read, but make sure to read Tryst first, otherwise you won't understand whats going on in this book.

My life..well...my life is more like tornados, and hurricanes. One leaves you gutted while the other tears your fucking world apart.
After reading Tryst I couldn't wait to read Rendezvous! I loved the characters in Tryst! Bentley & Tristan are great characters! Full of angst, humor, love, passion.. a little bit of everything!

Bentley is a headstrong, kick butt, mouthy chick and I love her! She's been through a lot! I wanted to slap her a couple times because she keeps running from Tristan!
Property can be fixed, and items can be replaced. Those are just material things, but losing your heart is to be thrown into a never ending hell.
One of my favorite parts has to be at the masquerade ball! The part with Dr. Finn is hilarious! and I love Bentley with the mysterious stranger!
While Bentley is still running for her life (away from her dead beat mom Darla), Tristan is trying to find a way to end Darla for good! Some parts were a little dark.. especially the cabin scene...
It's strange how in this moment she looks tragically beautiful
I love the chemistry between Tristan & Bentley! I can't say that enough. I don't think they have a perfect relationship but it works for them!
What I wouldn't give to be at the book signing when Tryst shows up in a loincloth and angel wings!! OMG! I'm sure my jaw dropped just a little bit just picturing him! *fans self*

I would have normally given a book of this nature three stars not due to any poor writing which is anything but the case here.It would be because of lackluster Bentley who had the backbone of a slug & the attitude of an entitled shrew.
If your man is willing to kill for your love,you do not assault him because of some neurotic wedding issues.Bentley is not on par with the Tristan the hero,in fact I disliked her attitude towards the book end.
This is one of those rare new adult novels where the hero does not get blind drunk & screws various skanks to resolve any issues of abandonment.He is steadfast to the very end,does whatever it takes to be reunited with his runaway love even if it means enlisting the help of wild dogs & deadly snakes.
So because of Tristan I will grant this book five stars as I have never come across such lethal perfection as he is in any novel of a similar genre in 2015 as of yet.

This is my second book review for Arie Lane. I love this story Bentley and Tristan are made for each other. He will do whatever he has to keep her safe.
Bentley's mother has been trying to kill her for years. Crazy ass, psycho woman is what she is. Bentley has been on the run hiding from her for years after her twin sisters death. Reason being is because Bentley is the constant reminder of her affair that ruined her movie career. Through out this book you get to see the craziness of her mother, the love and protectiveness of Tristan and everyone who cares deeply for her.

Wow I have rated this book with four stars. I fell in love with Trystan in book one and that has not changed. In fact, I feel the man needs to be listed as a saint for putting up with Bentley throughout this second book. I mean seriously she kind of turned into a bitch and that made me sad. She was physically violent and verbally abusive. I get that she has lived through hell but how many more ways could this guy prove his love. He bought her a freaking star for heavens sake. I loved the additional characters of this book. The writing was excellent, but the author lost my love for Bentley with her over the top theatrics! I have to be honest, several times after one of her tyraids I just wanted the poor man to toss in the towel and walk.

Not a bad sequel. Most of the time I felt myself really rooting for the couple and other times I thought they might be better apart. There were moments their relationship felt too toxic. But in the end, considering everything they went through, most of it made sense. I still feel like the cover doesn't really go with the book. The cover makes it seem as though this may just be a steamy romance read, when in reality it goes so much deeper. There is a deeply well plotted story in the first almost 2/3rds of the book that has nothing to do with a steamy rendezvous.

This is a really great read that I could not put down until I finished the very last page. It moves along at an amazing pace, has great characters and a story that will keep you interested and entertained from beginning to end. This book must be read, there is no doubt about it.

This book was absolutely amazing. Bentley and Trystan went through hell and back in the series conclusion. There were many times where I was literally sitting at the edge of my seat waiting to see what was gonna happen next.

What can I say.
That was the most perfect ending to a really intense book ever. It took all of the bad feels this book has and made them melt away. Tristan and Bentley are the cutest couple ever. They went threw hell to get where they are now. I am recommending this book to everyone

What a beautiful love story!! Arie Lane outdid herself!! Tristan and Bentley are soooo perfect for each other!!! I loved every minute of this series!! A must read!!!
