Masami Kurumada ( 車田正美, Kurumada Masami, born December 6, 1953) is a Japanese and writer, known for specializing in fighting manga featuring bishōnen and/or mahō shōnen. He is famous as the creator/author of popular manga, such as Ring ni Kakero, Fūma no Kojirō, Saint Seiya and B't X. His male protagonists are a reflection of the classical and modern society's archetype of the true men. The male characters in his works often display very masculine qualities and traits, and pursue to achieve courage and manhood perfection through sacrifice, selflessness and true heroism. He has won the best success award with Saint Seiya and the best inspiration award with Ring ni Kakero.

Al parecer, desde cientos de años, las vidas de Pandora, Pegaso, Hades y Athena han estado entrelazadas. En esta ocasión, Pandora y Pegaso tienen un pasado en común gracias a Partita, la madre de Tenma y la única amiga de Pandora. Sin embargo, ahora que es un espectro, decide luchar contra su propio hijo con el único motivo de que éste despierte el Séptimo Sentido y que su armadura de bronce recubierta con la sangre de Asmita, se transforme en una armadura Divina, capaz de derrotar a los dioses del olimpo.

Así que, aprovechándose de la nostalgia y esos sentimientos de Tenma hacia su madre, le reparte golpes a diestra y siniestra ya que él no se defiende por más que lo lastime, e inclusive llega a “sacar su alma” del cuerpo. Pero, como era de esperarse, el caballero de Pegaso logra su objetivo y ahora protege su cuerpo con una protección divina.

Ya para el final del volumen, Regulus y Radamanthys se enfrentan y el joven león tiene cuentas pendientes con el Juez del Infierno quien, años atrás, mataría su padre, Ilias de Leo.

¿Qué irá a suceder en esta batalla con los caballeros y espectros restantes?

Tenma versus Partita!


I didn’t buy this manga but my brother actually bought the complete manga collection of the saga, therefore he lent me this volume to be able of reading it. My brother bought the Spanish translated version but I am choosing the English edition to make the review easier to work and to avoid having to do a bilingual review. I apologize in advance if I’d mispronounce some name or term on English since I am actually reading the books on Spanish.


This manga volume collects “Saint Seiya – The Lost Canvas” chapters #188-196.

TOO PERSONAL BATTLES!

I won’t detail some stuff to avoid crucial spoilers but I still need to comment about what the heck happens in the volume…

…the battle of Leo Regulus and Radamanthys continues and it gets personal since Radamanthys was the specter responsible for the death of the previous Leo Gold Saint who was Regulus’ father!

Meanwhile,, Yoma sent Tenma to fight againt a female specter of name Partita,…

…but the battle isn’t easy for Tenma and out of any expectation,…

…Pandora gets to help Tenma but without much results.

This volume gets better than the two previous ones, mainly since Partita is much more interesting character and her look is really cool, not like Yoma that it's totally unsettling with top hat (that in certain character of certain other manga/anime totally works, here not) isn't combined with people in metal armors.

Me perdí un poco en este tomo, la participación de Yoma y Partita se han vuelto un poco confusas para mi. Yoma no es aliado de Hades y Partita al final si era aliada de Athena, Yoma es un buen villano siento que funcionaria más como enemigo principal que dejarlo como abajo de Hades como lo están haciendo.

Finalmente iniciará la batalla de Leo, una de las que más espero

El papel de Yoma, no me queda claro si es aliado o enemigo de Hades o esta de su propio lado
Que Partita dijera estar de lado de Yoma, me dio a entender que eran villanos a parte de Hades
No termine de comprender quien era Partita

Yoma solo quiere provocas caos? o es un enemigo?
Me encanta el dibujo de la autora

Bah j’avais écrit tout un truc ça m’a supprimé donc flm je veux juste dire que Tenma et Regulus toujours dans mes persos favs mes bébés. Et que j’aime tellement le fait que Yoma est un méchant juste pour s’amuser. On a pas besoin d’un background de fou pour un méchant et il le prouve très très bien. Real daddy.
J’ai aussi maintenant ma réponse, si Yoma n’était pas intervenu pour séparer les enfants et les faire se retrouver ensuite, Tenma de par ce qu’a choisi sa mère serait tout de même devenu chevalier de Pégase <33 J’aime tellement l’histoire de Pégase, en espérant qu’un jour (Encore peut être dans next dimension) on ai le tout premier chevalier.
