A formidable and inspiring read of a truly accomplished Buddhist Master & Scholar, written in the traditional sense - including Buddhist terminology (indio-tibetan), this comprehensive biography shows the path of a buddhist student to the limitless activities of an awakened Master. It is important to note that Lama Jampa Thaye is one of the very few 'authentic' fully-authorised western Lama's, he teaches both the Karma Kagyu & Sakya Tibetan Buddhist traditions, and the biography shows how some of the most renowned twentieth century Tibetan Buddhists Masters visited him at his humble home (Chorlton, Manchester) during the 70's, and many continue at his invitation to teach now.
