Shad and Daee were too cute! Shad was definitely a grinch but Holidaee showed him that he didn’t phase her. I would love to see more of these two

Softening the Grinch 💚
Shad was mean af, a certified Grinch. He talked real crazy and kept women at arms length. That is until a snow storm forces him to be snowed in with Holidaee, his door dash driver. They were already on each other's bad side from an earlier interaction and it seemed to be fate that brought them together. I loved their back and forth banter, the sexual tension, and the gradual change of their feelings. Daee broke through the ice around Shad's heart, leaving an impression that he refused to let go. It wasn't your typical love story, and I enjoyed that difference.

Honey i love a mmc like Shad and then when a fmc like Holidae pops on the screen to get him all the way together. Got me rubbing my feet together and smiling. K Nicole said yall thought Kasim was unhinged lmao!! Kasim ain’t got nothing on his baby brother. This is fast insta connection turned more. I like that piece about Shad put into the book. It gave his character more feelings. My man just didn’t want to lead with his heart. One of my favorite moments was playing the video game together. Alls well that ends well. These two are cute and Holidae momma had me cracking up. Plus the cover is too 🔥.

This was a cute read that got straight to the point. I love me a MMC with a smart mouth who says whatever he wants. I also love that Daee gave it right back to him. They sure did keep themselves busy during that snowstorm. I wish I would have read Kasim book first.

This book was short, spicy and straight unhinged in true Bully Series fashion. A blizzard, forced proximity and two hardheaded people with terrible attitudes!!! Chaos was inevitable.
Shad Davis is MEAN AF. Like certified Grinch behavior with zero chill. Sir needs a couch, a therapist and a long talk with himself because whew. I honestly don’t know how Holidaee didn’t smother him in his sleep. Daee held her own her mouth was just as lethal, only difference is she didn’t lead with hostility. She matched his energy, mirrored his mess and somehow managed to pull out the soft spots he kept buried under all that bitterness.
The passion was raw, intense and fast no slow burns here. Watching Shad realize he didn’t want to let her walk away was the best part because it proved even the meanest Grinch can crack when the right woman storms in. 🗣️Yeah go ahead and climb that mountain to get your woman back 😂

One storm changed two lives.....
Ms. Nicole, you got that gift ma'am because you always write these characters that are unhinged to the tenth power. Hold on, yes, we fall in love with them. It's like an addiction because you want more when you only get a little. Shad is a force to be wrecking with over Daee. He is going to put any man who tries to look at her in his rightful place. I get the feeling she is going to be soon searching for a new job because of him. I am anticipating when these two make another cameo. It only took one major winter storm to change hearts and lives. I know that Kasim and Sneaux wedding is going to be epic. I can only imagine how it will play out.

K. Nicole is easily one of my favorites. Her unique style of writing feels familiar and will always pull me in quicker than I anticipate!
This Christmas novella was no different and I absolutely love that it was Kasim’s half-brother Shad! Very similar personalities yet different and the way he approached Daee had me cracking up! But Daee wasn’t intimidated by him, she gave it right back and I ate that up! Shad a closed off Grinch while Holidaee was an open book and lover of Christmas! It took some time for Shad to learn Daee wasn’t going to put up with his mean demeanor but once he did sparks started the fly!
Their connection grew due to forced proximity and the chemistry was undeniable! As expected, the ending left me looking for more story but I was warned.
I need more K.Nicole!!! Please and thank you!!!

Holidaee is refraining from relationahips because of her past.
They cross paths at her place of employment. Shad went to purchase some items before the stoem got bad. She was the cahsier that ddressed his rudeness.
Shad laters order food and guess who is the delivery driver......yeap.....Daee...lol
He prevents her from going back into the storm to protect her. However, they become physical and he denies his true feelings for her.

You’re A Mean 1 Mr. Grinch
What can I say! I read this novella in 1 day/ a couple of hours within downloading it because I can’t put it down! Yes I said hours because I’m a mom and I like saver my reading as well!
Ahhh my heart dropped a few times due to Shad’s actions but in the end he seemed to wrap it up and pull himself back together! The banter took me out lol but whew my guy was intense on Holidaee! This is def a much needed Christmas Read and I can’t wait for the other books in this series!!

Mr Grinch For Real
I thought Kasim was bad but lil bro Shad aka Mr. Grinch put the original bully to shame.
Shad and Daee have two run ins within a few short hours and both are feeling some type of way (not good) about the other. A storm and Shad force Daee to take up temporary residence in his apartment.
While I enjoyed the story, I couldn’t fully connect with this pairing. I look forward to seeing them grow into a real couple in the next book.
Loved the catch up with Kasim and Sneaux.

K Nicole!!!!???? Yes sista! This whole damn series is 🔥 but I’m mad I didn’t know this dropped on Christmas! Either way, I’m glad we are back to regular programming. And I’m glad we are getting an update soon.
It’s currently 1am and I wasn’t going to bed until I finished devouring this here. I laughed out loud so many times. Shads thugged out ass was a lot. I loved it!
I read this one without reading the first 2 so I will be circling back and reading all books when the next book drop! This book was soooo good though! It was quick and spicy and just the right type of toxic. Shad is a true bully but he is softening for daee and I loved watching him crawl back. I can’t wait to see what this relationship holds including watching him melt for her.

I've been enjoying this series
and this book was just as good as the first two. Whew that Shad was something else, but Daee held her own with him and he respected it. I especially loved that she didn't play about him about him calling her a bitch. There was no laughing it off; she was not with being disrespected in that way.
A great book to finish out my year of reading.

I did not know where this story was going after these characters had their initial interaction. He was mean as hell and disrespectful. I wouldn't call this insta love but it's close to it. They were a match made in heaven because she didn't let him talk to her crazy without push back.
I didn't know there were two other books before this one before I picked it out. I was able to read it with no confusion though. I'm off to read those books.

I thought Kasim was mean but nope! Shad is mean as hell and I loved every bit of it! Daee was a little Dom in her own right and I loved the banter between the two of them. The chemistry was off the charts! A definite holiday spicy novella to add to my yearly rotation!

Another Outstanding Book
K.Nicole never fails to create stories that drop you right in the middle. I could imagine every expression and feel every emotion. This book is so good. I love Daee’s real name. I like how this book ties back to the other story. I can’t wait to see these 2 again.

Shad almost made me go up his head from page 1!! He had been given Dae a hard time. He showed he had a heart when he trapped her in his apartment I thought she was go freak out the whole time. Idk if I would be open but when you kind of stuck you’ll open up!!! A summer wedding?!?!

Story nice and short… can’t wait to see what happens with them.holidae is really going to make him change his ways that i can tell but he still going give off that BDE 😍. Cute quick read!
That darn Shad was a mess! Smart mouth and all but when Hollidaee found herself delivering food to him in a snow storm and becominh stranded there, those walls he'd resurrected came tumbling down and being snowed in together was the start of something beautiful! Great short read!

Love a good grinchy man!
This was a quick, cute read. Shad is so over Christmas. He is hard and he is most definitely an a-hole. Meeting Daee by chance, it’s pretty rocky at first. Until they have to “get along”. That “get along” turns into feelings they’re not sure they can handle.

Shad was a straight fool and I laughed so hard at how he put Holidaee in a headlock for throwing his food delivery order. I like how they were trapped inside of his apartment spending time together really getting to know each other before hooking up. I hope Holidaee ends up pregnant in next book and I can’t wait to read about Kasim and Sneaux’s wedding.
