This delightful mystery is a reread for me. As a long-time fan of Agatha Christie, I have read all her novels, some of them multiple times.
When I saw this illustrated edition in a newsletter, I immediately purchased it.
No, it is not one of my favorite Christie novels, but the updated illustrations make it a darned good addition to my collection.
The story is too political for me and it has too many characters. But... nothing can take away from Dame Agatha Christie's writing style. Her characters are fascinating and her plots are complex.
