This was so much fun. Super lighthearted and sweet.

Avery was hilarious, the banter was fantastic. I loved them both so much.

“You’re going to change my life, aren’t you, Morgan?”

Morgan was so swoony and patient, so attentive. When these two were together, they were fire.

I also enjoyed the world building as well, and found family.

Avery's dads were so sweet lol I loved them, I am so glad they were so supportive.

I really enjoyed this. Great

This was my first bear shifter book, and I think the author made it a perfect experience for me 💛

Love the characters, and how attuned they are to each other.

The writing style hooked me in, and I appreciate some snark and humour in books 💛

This was fun! I laughed a lot at Avery’s inner monologue. He’s so funny and sweet. I enjoyed seeing him and Morgan get to know each other and his relationship with his dad’s was also fun to see. I loved that Morgan would take note of things Avery enjoyed so he could remember them for later and that when Avery was having a hard day he wanted to be there to support him. I liked seeing Avery when it came to Morgan’s bear and how caring he was. The banter was great and the dynamic between them was fun!!

GUYS. This was the ultimate rollercoaster from Rae. FIRST she hid the release of the book from me (not really). THEN she introduced me to road hand (iykyk). Bear with me by Rae stone is truly one of the most sweetest and loving book. Yes this book is about a bear shifter/Human Name Morgan. Avery is such a loving fun character. This book gives you everything. Love Sooo much love. It’s starts at a coffee shop Avery’s having a bad day when Morgan walks in not paying attention and leaves and slams into someone coffee spills everywhere… that’s how it all starts. From there the book truly comes to life. Rae can truly write beautifully book as well as broken boys with such finesse. I truly loved this book 5 stars all the way.

I honestly can not tell you how much I loved this book. I had the pleasure of reading before release and my goodness. If you've never read shifters before this is such a fun place to stay. Avery is HILARIOUS!!!!! Morgan is soooo swoony!!! And together? DANG!!!! This is a fun must read! Rae has really outdone herself! This book is FANTASTIC!!!!

Avery is so funny! seriously his inner monologue is non stop comedy!! Morgan is also so damn sweet! he is super patient and all around just drool worthy! ❤️ I loved the relationship Avery has with his dads as well and how they are a huge part of his life and Morgan being so excepting of that too! This was just a fun cute short read!

The perfect amount of sunshine and chaos! Avery and Morgan are exactly what I needed to start off 2026 with. Avery’s parents are what I wish every LGBTQ+ child has! Their love and support for Avery made this book EXCELLENT!!! This was my first bear shifter book, and now I want a Papa Bear. 🐻 ☺️😉

Just more of all of this please and thank you! I’ve read everything Rae has written and this was one of my faves. It’s a good time read and easily had me hooked from the beginning. You can find age gap, bear shifter, insta fall, spicy spice, meet-cuteish coffee shop, past traumas, mental health/anxiety rep, “let me love you”.

I absolutely loved it could read more of Avery and Morgan!!
