This was such a delightful read. It was packed with adventure, witty, funny, and interspersed with little tidbits about John Muir. The descriptions of nature were superb. I recognized a lot of own self-traits in the author, and when I feel that "connect", it draws me in even more.
For anyone who loves adventure, the outdoors, backpacking, thru-hike escapades, this is an entertaining, thoroughly enjoyable -from-start-to-finish-read.
