This festive story grabs you from the first page and keeps you caught up in Cole and Holly. She is the daughter of the man that launders money for Cole but has been embezzling it. His first thought was to use Holly to get to her father but the sparks between them leads in a different direction. Will their encounters lead them along the path to happiness.

This book is well-written. It keeps you on the edge of your seat as you make your way through it. I loved the chemistry between the two main characters. Lots of spice and intrigue. I enjoyed this new journey that Kelani takes us on. I can't wait to see what other plans this author has for us with this new series.

Holly enlists Cole's help with a fake relationship to keep her father at arms length. But there is more to Cole than Holly realises. And the fake relationship is about to turn ugly and more complicated than she could have imagined. A good read.
