Bilhetes Picantes De Um Cowboy
Eu confesso que tive um pouco de dificuldade de comprar a ideia de Sierra e Rogan como um casal. O clima entre eles começou muito esquisito, o cara nem conseguia falar com ela, então fugia. Depois vieram os bilhetes - que na verdade não tinham nada demais até então. E, finalmente, foram falar cara a cara. Mas eles saíram do silêncio estranho para os braços um do outro num piscar de olhos, e toda vez que estavam juntos, eu só sentia um climão ainda esquisito. Eles não se conheciam, não de verdade, mas já tinham dado uns pegas e marcado um encontro num intervalo de minutos.
Simplesmente não consegui criar vínculo emocional com o casal, e foi assim por boa parte da história, ainda mais pelo fato de Sierra ser bem reservada. Enquanto Rogan já via todo um futuro, ela só queria a sobremesa (se é que me entendem), e me passou um pouco a sensação de frieza, mesmo sabendo ser não intencional.
Eu ia dar 3 estrelas, mas então veio o epílogo e foi uma explosão de fofura. Seria 4 estrelas, se houvesse alguma menção ao sonho de Sierra de fazer faculdade. Rogan disse que apaioaria os sonhos delas, mas cinco anos depois não ficou claro se ela conseguiu realizá-los. Fiquei esperando essa informação, mas ela nunca veio. Que pena!
O livro não foi ruim - teve até momentos interessantes - e o final foi a melhor parte. Só o entrosamento inicial deles que poderia ter sido melhor. As mudanças foram muito abruptas, me dando a impressão de que eles eram dois estranhos, mesmo quando estavam juntos. Mesmo assim, valeu a leitura.

Perfect romance read when you need “love that makes you stupid”. Rogan lives for his family legacy of Stone Hawke Ranch. He didn’t know what was missing until his new live in housekeeper arrived and turned him inside out. Loved the sticky notes. Filled with undeniable chemistry, witty banter, fast track to love, humor, sizzling passion and a noted HEA.

Notes make life interesting
Steamy Notes from a Cowboy by Loni Ree is part of the multi-author Letters in Love series. I loved this story as it made me laugh out loud and blush just as much. The story is about Sierra Spencer, a young woman who has found her life upended and takes a job as a housekeeper at Stone Hawke Ranch, and Rogan Hawke, the fourth generation owner of the family ranch. Sierra is hired by the wife of Rogan's ranch foreman so when he opens the door and finds her there he is dumbstruck and loses the ability to have his brain make his mouth work. Sierra was already not sure about what she was going to encounter, after all the ranch is in the middle of nowhere. When Rogan basically grunts at her she is really not sure about this. But she knows she just needs to work for six months to save enough for her own apartment and to get to school, with her goal becoming a nurse. Rogan for his part decides that the only way to communicate with Sierra is through post-it notes, so he writes her a lot of them as he tries to avoid her each day. When Sierra has finally had enough and leaves a note for Rogan that changes things between them. Now they have to figure out how to navigate dating while they live in the same house and deciding what the future looks like for them, as they know they are a couple and that what they have is special.

This instalove romance had me hooked with the steam, rom-com vibes and likeable main characters of Sierra and Rogan.
Sierra has taken a temporary live-in housekeeper position on the ranch of Rogan Hawk and their first meeting has sparks jumping for both of them. Whilst Sierra manages to reign in her feelings to get on with the new job Rogan is rendered speechless and determines that the only way he can cope with his overwhelming attraction to Sierra is to avoid her at all costs and communicate instructions via Post It notes.
The notes allow Sierra to settle in but her sassy nature eventually calls Rogan out via a snippy note of her own and their sizzling chemistry only ignites further from there.
This story had me chuckling and turning the pages quickly to see how they navigate and deal with the strong connection they have to one another and how they get their HEA.

This book is a part of the Letters in Love series and focuses on Rogan and Sierra. Rogan took over his family’s ranch and never looked back. His first and only priority in life was the ranch and nothing could top that. So when Sierra gets hired as the live-in housekeeper for the ranch and shows up ready for a change, Rogan gets his whole life flipped upside down. He immediately knows that Sierra is his but he is unable to express himself. His solution is post-it notes for all the communication between them. That solution proves to be very temporary since it takes the two of them no time to jump in with both feet. This was a great story and a great addition to the series.

When Rogan meets his new housekeeper he wasn’t expecting the beautiful woman that was standing in front of him. He knows he needs to keep his distance until he can adjust to the feelings he has for he decides to give her the tasks he wants her to complete by post it notes. He thought they could continue with that method until she responds with a note of her own.
The housekeeping job is exactly what Sierra needs as not only does it pay well but it gives her a place to stay as well. She doesn’t know why he is keeping her distance but the one thing she does know is she isn’t about to let it continue.
The notes they exchange are entertaining and once Rogan stops denying his feelings there is no going back as they give each other what was missing in their lives.

Loni Ree's Steamy Notes from a Cowboy is her contribution to the multi-author Letters in Love series. Highly entertaining from the first page, Rogan and Sierra's chemistry is obvious from the moment Sierra arrives at Stone Hawke Ranch for a contract position as a live-in housekeeper. Rogan isn't prepared for the instant attraction to the beautiful woman, so he chooses to communicate instructions through post-it notes. And Sierra's whimsy comes through in her sassy, hilarious responses. An original, steamy and highly entertaining instalove romance well worth a read.

Who doesn’t like a steamy note. Sierra accepted a new job as a live-in housekeeper. Rogan is her boss and from the start he is completely smitten. He is unable to voice his emotions so avoiding her is the best way and leaving posted notes around the house is his way of communications.
Sierra starts to write her own posted notes back.
Trust me you will fall and route for this great characters. Between the ahhh moments is great spice.

The characters drove the storyline and they were very appealing and likeable and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and well paced. World building was excellent and solidly drawn. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

I loved Rogan and Sierra's sweet, fun journey of love. She's the new live in housekeeper, and he gets tongue tied every time he's around her, so he writes her notes. I loved her reaction to the notes, and when things took a steamy turn, the story got that much better. Steamy Notes from a Cowboy is book two in the multi-author Letters in Love series. The writing is great, the characters are well developed, and the story is filled with fun banter and a happily ever after. I look forward to reading the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Loni Ree is one of my favorite authors, she knows how to grab onto her readers from the 1st page to the last. The story of Rogan and Sierra is one of leaving everything that you know to accept a job as a live in housekeeper at a ranch. There you meet your grumpy boss who leaves your daily instructions on post it notes. This is part of a multi-author series and you will be sorry if you miss it or any of the others in this series! I can't wait for more!.

This novella is a sweet little snack. Rogan's assistant decides he needs a live-in housekeeper - so she hires one. When Sierra shows up at the ranch, Rogan is practically struck dumb - he's in big trouble! He decides the best way to keep things professional is to avoid Sierra and leave her yellow sticky notes. After a few days Sierra has had enough so she leaves Rogan a pink sticky note. It tells him to man-up and talk to her! The resulting kiss is off the charts!

Rogan, the workaholic rancher meets his new housekeeper Sierra and he is left speechless! Insta attraction! So he leaves her notes and does his best to keep out of her way. Meanwhile Sierra is doing her job and decides to write him a note. From the moment he reads her note he caves, asks her on a date, both are keen for dessert.

Omg post its!!!! This story was so much fun, so cute! I couldn’t get enough of these two. Rogan getting so tongue tied that he had to refer to sticky notes 😂❤️. That was too cute. And when Sierra had enough and fired back, I lost it. This was the absolute best read I’ve read in quite some time. This was an absolute blast. They were so adorable. This is worthy of a reread and grabbing a physical copy. I need to go read more from this author now ❤️

Sierra's job certainly doesn't last long in this story as Rogan sweeps her off her feet pretty darn quickly upon her arrival at the ranch. The banter in their notes back and forth is fun to read and when Rogan finally corners Sierra and can finally voice what he wants to do to her - the steam ratchets up to 10. I loved the epilogue scene at the end with the meatballs - absolutely hilarious.

I loved this story from beginning to end. Sierra needed her new job as a housekeeper at Stone Hawke Ranch, and she never expected that her boss, Rogan Hawke, would be a grumpy—yet handsome and attractive—cowboy. Rogan was distant toward her, but Sierra was a strong woman who decided to confront him. From that encounter, a closeness developed, and they both realized that they had found love when they least expected it.

2.75⭐️ - Rogan said “i don’t want to rush. i want to take my time, to make this last as long as humanly possible” & he meant it 🫠 never have i ever had a book be a short story & like half of it is the couple’s first intimate encounter & it be dragged for so long (not in a good way) that i’m here just waiting for it to finally be done because it’s taking *for ever*

Rogan takes one look at his new housekeeper Sierra and I'd struck dumb. She is everything he ever wanted.in a woman and he can't even talk to her so.he leaves her Post-it Notes with.instructions. Sierra finds her new boss sexy but annoying when she had enough of his little yellow boys she leaves.one of her own which sets them on the path to.forever in this cute read.

This book is part of a series called Letters in Love with authors Mia Brody, Evie Rose, and Nichole Rose. A cute instalove story with a cowboy and his new sassy housekeeper. Sierra's reaction to Rogan's sticky notes made me smile. Rogan and Sierra were good characters especially loved Sierra. Fun read.

Sierra has accepted a new job as a live-in housekeeper. Her new boss Rogan is so enamored with her he has a hard time speaking. He decides to avoid her and just leave her post it notes around the house. She is not happy with this so she writes one back. Such a cute story!.

If you enjoy Instalove romances that capture your attention, has a heartwarming story; and characters which make you root for them, you should definitely check out this author’s books. This novella was another amazing example, and you can’t help but be roped into this sweet and spicy romance between Sierra and Rogan.
