It’s informative in quite a few ways. But the recipe section leaves a lot to be desired. There’s no side notes or extra information. It is literally just recipes. I like a little extra info with mine to help me such as the brand not mattering, or how one brand was better than another when it comes to ingredients. Or maybe tidbits about how you can put a few recipes together and so on. It just falls flat on that part.

Content was a little light as far as IIFYM itself, though I knew and understood what it was coming into this. The recipes themselves are very broad and crowd-pleasing though, and easy enough to replicate or make more plant-based. Overall a nice little cookbook/guide.
