Brianna Calloway has spent years being treated like the baby sister everyone must protect. But she’s grown now, working inside the Iron Reapers MC’s world, and ready to prove she doesn’t need saving.
Logan “Blade” Jameson knows better. She’s off-limits. Far too young. And wanting her is a mistake he swore he’d never make. But the more she steps into his life, the harder it becomes to look away.
When a new threat rises inside their town, Blade must face a brutal truth… Loving her isn’t the danger. Losing her is.
This is the sixth book in the Iron Reapers MC series and its another winner. Bri and Blade’s story was angsty to say the least. Blade wasn’t admitting his feelings for Bri. When trouble comes the club steps in to help the troubled couple. This is one of those books I couldn’t put down because I had to see what would happen next for this couple. I loved every bit of this book.
Blade seemed very quiet at first, but he was hiding deep, over the top, permanent-type feelings. He’s a lot, very intense, and loves with his whole heart. Absolute catnip. Bri is a good deal younger than Blade, but I think that works. Her love for him is no less great. She was the one who made it clear she was into him first, and Bri is like sunshine. Really likable and relatable. I enjoyed the love story. Who can resist a J/P hero? Especially one with touch-her-and-unalive vibes. The love story wasn’t all that was going on, however. The club was met with a serious threat: a substance-trafficking ring that moved in on their town. The one flaw was that the reasons the bad guys selected that particular town to take over were pretty flimsy, and the amount of firepower expended seemed disproportionate. Nevertheless, it was exciting and suspenseful and I really enjoyed it. I loved it when Bri stood up to her sister Brooke about Blade. Bri didn’t flounce off or whine. She carefully explained her feelings and her reasoning in a calm and mature way, without introducing her foot to Brooke’s posterior. Cat’s Stats Book is SAFE. Heat is EXPLICIT. TRIGGERS include illegal substances (including trafficking and o/d), violence, kidnapping, gaslighting, language. TROPES include Age Gap, Instalove, J/P Hero, Touch Her and Unalive, Bechdel Test, Sisters Are Doing It for Themselves, Workplace Romance, Lady in Red.

Blade is book 6 in the Iron Reaper's MC series and is Blade and Bri's angsty, forbidden love story. This story is emotional, intense and dramatic. Blade has a difficult time moving on from a past tragedy and Bri struggles with her own trauma. It was easy to get caught up in these characters and their story. Great addition to this series!
"You’re my air, my oxygen. Without you, I don’t breathe. I don’t exist.”
I honestly do not think I breathed for the last 75% of Blade by Elisa Leigh! This book, this book is amazing. Elisa Leigh has written the perfect MC book! Blade is the perfect OTT possessive and protective male. Bri, well she is the perfect bada** MFC. These two together are perfect! The story is so good, I could not stop reading, I had to know what happens. Every page held my interest, right from the first page, and held on until the most beautiful ending!! Excellent!!!
This story has a lot of drama going on with Blade and Brianna. She is a forbidden factor but when trouble comes to town can he put aside the feelings for the woman that has captured his heart and is in the crosshair of danger. This action-packed story kept me glued to the pages.

The author has given us an older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Blade and Bri. The heart pounding story keeps us turning the pages with connection, denial, fears, danger, action, realizations and steam.

Elisa has done it again. I loved everything about Blade and Bri, even when he was denying his feelings about Bri. Once these 2 finally got together it was not an easy beginning. Old enemies arise but they make it with the club's help. I highly recommend this book.
Great book! I liked how strong Bri was and how she stood her ground when Blade tried to push her away. I loved how protective Blade was but his demands almost led to a disaster. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this one! Its the first book I've read in the series and I had no problem just jumping in. Also, first I've read by this author. I'll definitely be reading more by her! I loved the writing style and the plot really kept me in it.
