This book totally blew me away. Though I would have loved more of it, seeing something more develop between Amber and Adam, it was a great book! I loved that Adam was another "half" sibling! His animosity towards the other Dares fed my need for drama. Oh, and not to mention, I loved Marcus in Carly's books, so seeing his sister and a Dare, phew! Blew me away.
Adam is hard, demanding and a little overbearing.
Amber is strong, independent and not what you would expect from the sister of a star football player!
"He grinned. Finally, he'd be free. He ignored the pinch in his chest at never talking to Alex again." This line is perfect. It's what Ian and Alex both went through and is what I would use to descibe this whole series! As if we needed more proof that Adam was a Dare?!
This is a sexy tale with lots and lots of Dare family interaction. I think this book was an amazing addition to the Dare World. It was well written and hit every aspect I would expect from a Dare to Love Kindle World story!

The Dare family is new to me but I thoroughly enjoyed reading about them through Allie K. Adams eyes.
Adam Dare is a half Dare, and as such doesnt want to be a part of the family. He feels out of place. The extended Dare family dont agree and descend emasse to Montana.
Amber is a stowaway but ooh she is feisty! The sparks between Adam and Amber are hot and explosive! I loved every conversation and interaction. Its foreplay at its best.
Allie is a master at her craft and this book clearly shows why. I can not imagine its easy writing a book set in another authors world but Allie K. Adams does it well and I am very curious to read the rest of the kindle world series and the orginal by Carly PHillips.

I’m about 90% sure that this is the first book I’ve ever read by Allie Adams… and I have to say, I loved it.
Truth or Dare is in the same “universe” as Carly Phillip’s “Dare” books. I’ve read most of Carly’s books, but not all of them in that series (I know, shame on me).
This book caught my eye because it was in the same universe (with some of the same characters) as the other books… but it was written by a different author. Plus. That cover. I couldn’t pass up that cover.
Because I hadn’t finished all of Carly’s books in the Dare to Love world/universe… I was a little lost at first on who some of the characters were. That was my fault. I should have read the other books. Allie did a wonderful job of filling in the missing pieces for me, so I didn’t really feel like I was too far behind.
In Truth or Dare we’re introduced to Adam Dare. He’s a sibling of the previous set of Dare’s in Carly’s book, but unlike them… he’s an only child. And he didn’t grow up surrounded by his half siblings. Adam is a cowboy and a Veterinarian. Yes, please.
Just like his half brother’s, Adam is a prime piece of alpha male. I’m pretty sure if you looked up the definition of “Alpha Male” in the dictionary, you’d find a picture of Ian, Alex and Adam next to each other.
The leading lady in the book, Amber Bigsby was a hoot. Her brother is/was a football player on Ian’s team in Miami. So she’s used to big, badass (and grumpy) alpha type guys running around. Amber is fiercely independent, and knows how to take care of herself… which is how she ended up on Adam’s farm. Running and hiding from a sleezeball asshat is a smart thing to do, in my book.
When Adam and Amber finally meet (after a long and scratchy ride… for her… ) their chemistry is explosive. I think it caught both of them off guard. And then his family showed up. Which caught them more off guard. After Adam learns who she is and more importantly who she’s related to, his reaction is priceless. I also loved when his family realized they knew her too. I thought it was funny to see how connected they were and that they met by accident.
Of course… because this IS a romance novel… there’s some ups and downs with our happy couple. Both Adam and Amber each have their own struggles and obstacles to overcome before they can really let their walls down and be happy.
I loved this book. I loved the characters, I loved the writing… I just loved all of it. It was so much fun to be able to see the Dare’s that I’m used to (and have missed). I think Allie K. Adams is a wonderfully talented writer and I can’t wait to see what else she has out there. (I will totally cop to drooling over the book covers for her other books on her website when I was browsing around on there earlier… Holy hotness).
10/10 would recommend this book to everyone.

Meanwhile, Adam has his hands full with a stow-away street kid who ended up on the ranch after a nasty encounter with a date rape drug and an unscrupulous drug company sales rep. She’s outspoken, competent in a cattle barn and very, very hot, and Adam can’t keep his hands off.
A compelling story about love and about family. The Dare series produces consistently great stories with likable characters, hot love scenes and a story that provides you with some food for thought regarding relationships and life in general. Allie K. Adams has met the challenge with a fun and touching story about cowboys and corporate hot shots – a thoroughly enjoyable read.

Great cowboy story! Adam Dare, the Cowboy Doctor is so not happy to be related to so many people he knows nothing about, nor wants to. Estranged from his half-brothers and sisters, as well as a father, who never acted like a real father to Adam. When half-bro Alex, the pro football player, calls wanting to come for a visit to Montana and bring the entire Dare clan with him. Adam is not too happy.
Enter Amber Bigsby, the beautiful damsel in distress. Adam unknowingly saves the feisty young girl. The sexual chemistry between these two is blazingly hot.
I loved that the hot sexy cowboy is a Veterinarian. This story was really a cute love story as well as a story of a young man who finds the family he has always had so close yet always pushed them away. I look forward to reading the other stories in this great new series.

I admit I was curious and a little worried about another author writing about the Dare Family since Carly Phllips does such a bang up job with them. I liked this one enough that I might read the other ones in Ms. Phillips' kindle world.
I am knew to this author, but the prospect of reading about yet another hot, alpha illegitimate Dare Brother was just irresistible to me. Add to that is the non-conventional heroine who happens to be Marcus Bigsby's sister.
The book was a quick, fun read. After Adam's interactions with Ian and Alex, I really don't question his paternity at all. I rather enjoyed that part more than the scenes with Amber. I felt chemistry, but it seemed to rushed to me so the book fell a little short of my expectation in that department.

wow, I mean I love the Dare series by Carly Phillips, all about 2 halves of a family. this one is an add on by Allie K Adams, and we have another half brother. Boy did Robert Dare like to put it about, kids with 3 diff women. he hasn't been that great a dad with any of them in the past, maybe he is starting to learn. Allie has written this story about Adam Dare and Amber, including most of the half siblings as well. the way she's written it it fits straight in with Carly's books, you feel it is just continuing on from the main series. if you read it maybe try slotting it in after Avery's story, as it takes place before Tyler's story. this is a great accompliment to the main series and well worth including

I fell in love with the story from the get go. Amber and Adam are awesome if two people belong together it them. This book is loaded with Humor , family drama, learning to except the present an letting go of the anger from the past, forgiveness,Love,relationships,not giving up on family, pride, and how to let someone in loose some of the pride. You will find all of this in this book I absolutely love the new series and can't wait for the next book in the series . Ohhh I forgot to tell loads of hot men!!!!! . Most defiantly a must own for your library.

Adam is the alpha male with the chip on his sholder even though he does not think so. He has a hurt from the way he was treated by his biolocical father all his life and thinks that making his half siblings pay for his "fathers' mistakes is the way to go.
Through the book you see Adam drop his anger as the other Dare's prove that you can not always judge a book by its cover.
A truly great read and addition to the Dare world.

Another Dare who doesn't disappoint on carrying out the dominance trait. I really enjoyed Amber's attitude and willingness to do things her way.
