Later, as a CPA with clients ranging from commuter airlines to exclusive resorts, I became an expert in what lies beneath the surface—financially and otherwise.

But I’ve always been a reader first. The kind who couldn’t help rewriting endings in my head or imagining what the heroine might have done if she had just trusted her instincts. Eventually, those inner rewrites became full-blown stories—gritty, passionate, and laced with peril.
